I gotten my brows micro shaded and went in for my touch up and she gave me a whole new set of brows . Had my brows super huge like a sharpie marker ran across my face .once she was done she looked in the mirror and saw my face and saw I cried i...n front of her . And she expressed she was sorry for messing my face up and assumed I wanted them thick . When we never discussed thicker brows . Just a touch up as suggested . I was refunded for my touch up but not my deposit for the full service . Only because she says I like the first initial service she will not refund . But once she done the touch up it messed up what she done on the first service . Months later I am seeing another licensed professional I am on my 5th removal spending over 1500 on removal of this mistake she has made . She has blocked me on Facebook and declined my refund request via my bank . This was a huge disaster and my face still is not completely healed and it looks like I have two eyebrows , I will forever be ruined .
