Michelle was very easy to work with. She helped us when we knew very little about flowers and had a hard time making decisions. With her help we were able to visualize our special day! Her girls set up the flowers and gave us our bouquets and the men their boutonnières without any issue. The team set the flowers up with the chuppah vendor without issue. It was breathtaking! Would definitely recommend!!

I was so happy with my experience working with Michelle at MDS Floral Design! During our first meeting we created a whole vision board for what I wanted for the bouquets, centerpieces, extras, etc. We went with more simple route & she was so accommodating on helping stay withing a certain pricepoint and making everything come to life the day of the wedding. She really hit the nail on the head and more with the flowers she and her team delivered the morning of my weddding. I was so happy with how everything came out and they were all beyond my expectations! My mom made bows to be hung at the ceremony space for my wedding & Michelle and her team did a wonderful job of hanging them up for us! All together a wonderful experience and with beautiful flowers I'll always remember! Definitely hire her and her team for your big day!

Michelle was so kind and thorough. She is an expert in this space. I did not know how to best describe the colors or ideas I was going for, and she met with me and perfectly captured what I wanted for a fall but pink wedding. Her team did an amazing job and she made planning so easy. Also felt very affordable based on what we went with compared to other vendors.

All designs were incredible, and the florals and colors were amazing. Michelle was incredible to work with! She has vast knowledge and experience in the industry. We collaborated on many of the designs, and how Michelle and her team brought everything to life was amazing!! Michelle is extremely professional and able to help with all details down to the last minute. You are also able to see a sample of a centerpiece which was super helpful. We had a last minute change in ceremony locations due to rain, and Michelle was able to adapt without missing a beat, and created a back up plan beyond anything I could have imagined! Michelle was an absolute DREAM to work with and our wedding florals completely exceeded my expectations! During each of our meetings with Michelle was she was thoughtful, creative, detail-oriented, and patient! She never made us feel rushed, even when I sat there googling flowers as she was making suggestions! When we asked for it, she gave us her honest opinion and guided us away from making choices that wouldn’t be as impactful as others. We went to her studio a couple months before the wedding to see some samples, and we were blown away! She had a table set up with a center piece and a few bud vases, so we could begin to visualize what our arrangements would look like. During that meeting, she took the time to swap in-and-out flowers, show us various vessels we could use throughout our venue, and even helped us pick our napkin color! Sneaking into the ballroom on the morning of my wedding, while Michelle and her team were finishing setting up, was truly SPECTACULAR. She captured my vision, and then some! I burst into tears and was overwhelmed by the beauty she created! I had a similar reaction when I saw the chapel, filled with gorgeous bright flowers and glowing with tons and tons of romantic candles! Michelle can do it all—glam, romantic, whimsical, traditional—whatever your vision is, Michelle will capture it! I highly recommend trusting Michelle and her team with your wedding flowers!

I just don’t know where to begin! Michelle is simply amazing and the best in the business. She made our daughter’s wedding at Ashford Estate so magical and magnificent. From the very beginning, Michelle listened to our vision and created the most gorgeous bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, elegant chuppah, and spectacular centerpieces. Our guests kept raving about how incredible everything looked. The cake was so gorgeous and looked too pretty to eat! I cannot thank Michelle and her team enough for the most gorgeous floral designs for our daughter’s wedding. You must hire MDS Floral for your wedding! It was the best decision that I made!

We worked with MDS for our florals and couldn't have been happier. Michelle was a preferred vendor for our venue... if she is on the list for yours... hire her! She knew my venue better than I did and was so helpful in choosing the right flowers for the right places. Knowing the venue or not, Michelle and her team will do a beautiful job with your flowers. My favorite part of her work was our ceremony "chapel." She transformed it with romantic greenery and florals. The candles and lanterns made it so dreamy. She even put tealight candles in all the windowsills, which was an extra touch that brought tears to my eyes when I walked in to see it. Our centerpieces and bouquets were absolutely gorgeous as well. I can't say enough good things. I felt so lucky to have her there to make my wedding the most beautiful, romantic vibe!

Michelle was such a great help in trying to figure out my florals. See, I didn't really have a vision lol. I wanted simple and timeless, but aside from that and budget, I didn't have too much of a clue about what I wanted. I ended up doing fake flowers with MDS and they were absolutely stunning. They looked so real and really helped set the vibe for our beautiful ceremony and reception. MDS had great, competitive pricing and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.

Michelle is absolutely phenomenal. She was able to make our centerpiece and bouquet visions come to life with just a few inspirational photos. Michelle took the time to meet with us in-person several months before our wedding and discuss our contract in-detail, which eased my anxieties and was very helpful. During this meeting, she showed us our physical centerpiece so we could approve and make any necessary tweaks. On our wedding day, she delivered flowers to three different locations which was so much appreciated. Michelle also offers lots of different rental items and décor (charger plates, seating chart signs etc.), which we ultimately did not use her for but something to keep in mind if you also need other types of items for your wedding. Michelle was amazing to work with for my wedding! She was extremely responsive, creative, flexible, and a good communicator. She helped me bring my vision to life while also helping me shape it. I knew I wanted to work with her after our initial consultation call since she was full of ideas and also open minded to different things I wanted to incorporate. She helped me build all of my floral designs off of one example that I had envisioned. I trusted her completely as a vendor and knew she would follow through day-of. My wedding looked like a dream thanks to Michelle and I will definitely be working with her again in the future!

MDS made our day and venue sparkle! Michelle brought my visions to life and ran with her creativity! Our beachy wedding was filled with beautiful palm leaves & lanterns. Michelle is the best!!! Everything she offers for arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, etc... absolutely stunning. I didn't really know what I wanted for flowers except that I knew I wanted a very "clean" look... she worked with me to make everything perfect for our wedding. The centerpieces were absolutely STUNNING. She is a true professional and just absolutely amazing at what she does. Super nice and easy to work with. When we went for an in-person visit at her office, I was pretty indecisive about some things because I didn't really have an exact vision and she took the time to work with me... I didn't feel rushed at all. I can tell that she really cares about her work and her customers. The one thing that really stood out to me was that I was looking at the table overlays and none of them were really popping out... I kind of explained what I was thinking of and she pulled one out from her shelf that was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! There are a lot of businesses out there who won't go the extra mile to show you what they have to offer - really doing themselves a disservice but also the customer... Michelle is NOT that person. She will make sure you are happy with what you are choosing and show you every other option that may work better if you seem hesitant. Not only that, but she's not pushy or "sales forward." She wants you to stay within your budget and is completely honest about what you really "need" vs. don't. My mom was nice enough to be paying for the flowers and it's hard not to get carried away once you see all of the beautiful additions you can include... we definitely went over our initial budget (by our own "fault") but Michelle definitely helped us reel it in. There were a few things my mom wanted to add and she was honest / felt weren't necessary and explained that. So we really appreciated that. I highly recommend Michelle. Our wedding was at Mallard Island Yacht Club (where her daughter also got married and the photos she showed us of flowers were just OMG). The venue was who recommended us and we're so happy they did. We got so many compliments on the flowers and I was in awe. I initially did not want to spend a lot on flowers (contrary to my mom lol) because it really does feel like a "waste" of money at first to some extent... but these memories and photos last you a lifetime. I am so happy we did splurge a little and get what we wanted for floral arrangements. It makes all the difference in photos and on the day of... don't think twice! YOLO. :-)

Michelle and her team did a phenomenal job with the flowers for our wedding. From the start, communicating with her was easy and she really helped me fill in the holes of the visions I had using her expertise. I sent her a ton of inspiration and she made plenty of great suggestions, and even worked with us and the budget we wanted to stay within. Our sample appointment went very well and the centerpiece was gorgeous, which made everything so much more exciting! Leading up to the wedding day, it’s hard to imagine everything coming together, so I was just hoping everything would look how I imagined it would. Let me just say, she went above and beyond. There wasn’t a single flower that wasn’t perfect! From the bouquets, boutonnières, flower girl ball, to ceremony and reception florals and centerpieces, guests were complimenting the flowers all night! She set everything up perfectly, and it truly looked even better than I could’ve ever imagined! I would definitely recommend using Michelle and her team to anyone who wants to leave the flowers in the hands of a professional who will make sure everything will look perfect for your special day!

My family and I originally met with Michelle in early 2019 after seeing her beautiful floral displays at an Ashford Estate vendor event. We were immediately impressed by Michelle’s gorgeous designs and her passion for her business. My family and I have always been very into creating floral centerpieces and Michelle was with us every step of the way making such thoughtful suggestions to our entire wedding floral design. She even prepared a second sample centerpiece for us when we wanted to make a few updates. Michelle is truly an artist and such a wonderful partner in putting together the most jaw dropping wedding day arrangements for us, which included everything from bouquets, reception centerpieces, escort table arrangement, and even the small arrangements on cocktail hour tables. Every detail was carefully met with perfection and myself and all my guests were wowed. When I first saw my bridal bouquet I had tears in my eyes as Michelle brought to life exactly what I had always dreamed of. I could not recommend MDS enough, she helped to make not only my wedding day memorable but also the entire planning experience so easy and comfortable.

Michelle at MDS was so sweet. She worked mostly with my maid of honor. Our flowers were beautiful. The centerpieces we took home lasted awhile too! The mantel in our chapel was absolutely breathtaking.

All I can say is WOW. Booking Michelle was the best decision of my wedding. She is incredibly sweet, kind, attentive, professional and talented at her work. My husband and I got married at Bonnet Island this past June, and I will never get over how beautiful, elegant and stunning our florals were. Michelle’s work is absolutely outstanding. She was easy to work with and already knew our venue (the Ashford Estate) inside and out so she knew what we would need. I also came with lots of ideas and she was able to execute things better than my inspiration photos! Thank you Michelle!!

I was sadly disappointed in the following from our wedding day. My main disappointment was the dead flowers in my bridesmaids bouquets. I spoke with Michelle about a week before the wedding if the Dahlia’s would be ready for June 14th, to which she responded yes. I would have much rather been told me they were in but not at their best yet for my wedding day than having dead dahlias in the bouquets before the wedding even began. As we were taking photos we had to make sure the dead flowers were not showing which is unacceptable. Second the baby’s breath wreaths that we paid $125 each for were so tiny & looked silly on those giant barn doors. I figured since MDS has worked with the Ashford Estate many times that it would have fit the barn door space better.. It was written in the proposal that I wanted a lot of dusty miller & there was only a few in my bridal bouquet. Instead there was more greenery which I made clear I did not want. It was a lovely bouquet but I don’t understand when it was in writing why it did not have the specifics that I wanted & we talked about. Lastly our sweetheart table/ cake table was suppose to have a full gold sequence overlay which it did not but we PAID FOR! I also made it extremely clear I wanted only pastel purple flowers( because that’s was my main wedding color), nothing darker than that!! I saw dark purple roses in all the arrangements & they stuck out like a sore thumb... My flower girls head pieces came out beautiful and the ceremony space looked beautiful as well! The reason I am expressing why I am so disappointed with the following is because it is stated clearly in the proposal what I was asking for & for almost $6,000 I shouldn’t have dead flowers & things I didn’t want in our florals. I am an extremely go with the flow type of person. But to have so many disappointments from a vendor that wasn’t inexpensive is unacceptable. Also as a business why would you allow dead and near dead flowers to a wedding!?!?! I had satisfaction in MDS Floral until our wedding day unfortunately. I hope no other bride has had or will have the unacceptable disappointments as I did.

MDS Floral truly helped my Wedding vision to come to life! I cannot say enough about Michelle and her team and the work that they did. They made my Wedding feel like an absolute dream! From the start at our first meeting to go over the Wedding Michelle was amazing. She listened to everything my mom and I had to say, gave suggestions, and showed us tons of pictures that helped us to really describe our vision to her. We were there for a long time, almost two hours, but the entire time she was patient and we had such a fun day getting to design it all. A few weeks before the Wedding when we met again to review samples we ended up adding on a ton more additions! Michelle didn't hesitate on any of them and was willing to do whatever we needed to make my dream come to life. The end result could not have been any more perfect. They made the Ashford Estate Barn Chapel look like it was straight out of a fairy tale - it truly came more beautiful than I had ever envisioned. Our reception centerpieces were just breathtaking. We went with a variety of centerpieces and I am so glad we did - the work that MDS does was too beautiful to pick just one. To show how much Michelle cares - while I was getting ready she came into the salon and asked if we wanted flowers on the cake because she thought it could use some. I had never intended on adding flowers to the cake but I am so glad she had an eye for that because the flowers on the cake really finished the look and made it absolutely beautiful! I definitely recommend MDS to help your Wedding dreams come to life! They were nothing but easy to work with and could not have done a better job on our Wedding.

Michelle was awesome to work with. I changed my mind the week before the wedding and she was willing to make any changes that I wanted. My bouquet did not come out how I imagined on my wedding day and the MDS team was able to fix it for me so that I was happy with what I wanted!

Michelle is an absolute sweetheart & a pleasure to work with. i probably drove this lady crazy... i kept changing my mind or seeing things i loved on pinterest and would send her the ideas. she was so patient with me & brought my vision to life!! when my flowers arrived on my wedding day, i was in [happy] tears! they were so beautiful & everything i ever dreamed of. later when i walked into my ceremony and reception room, i was in AWE! not only did she make it absolutely beautiful & everything we talked about, she added some things to make it even better because she knew my vision so well! ALSO she was priced so fairly. i must have priced out at least 7-10 florists before finding her & she was the most fair, easy to work with, communicated back quickly & worked with me on my budget several times in order to make sure i got every single thing i wanted! i HIGHLY recommend using MDS Floral Designs💐

Michelle and MDS Floral did an absolutely beautiful job with the flowers and decorations for our wedding!!! My husband and I got married at the Ashford Estate in November and I cannot say enough about the beautiful touches they added to the venue. The ceremony space in the barn chapel was set up beautifully and so romantic! The cocktail hour room, reception, extravagant centerpieces, our bouquets, everything was so incredible! Michelle was wonderful to work with throughout the process too. She was so patient and took the time to understand everything I wanted and created my perfect vision for the day! Her recommendations were incredible and I cannot say enough about how happy we were with everything she did for us. Everything was exactly what I imagined for my wedding day!

Michelle is wonderful. I knew I wanted to work with MDS but was hesitant to reach out to her at first because the one thing I knew I did NOT want was flowers (her flowers are beautiful, I'm just not a flower-y girl). Instead I knew I wanted an enchanted forest, old world vibe at my wedding. And that required candles. Lots and lots of candles. Michelle immediately knew the look I was trying to accomplish and set about to make my dream a reality -- she even offered to spray paint her candelabras antique gold for the tables in our ballroom. Her and her team far exceeded my expectations and really accomplished the "wow factor" I was going for. To this day guests (and other vendors!) are still gushing about the candlelit, romantic vibe, and the feeling they got when they walked into the ceremony space and saw hundreds of candles (literally). It truly felt like a fairytale. Michelle was always responsive, worked within our budget, made great recommendations about the overall look and would put inspiration photos together so we were able to see each element and how it would all come together. On the day of our wedding she far exceeded our expectations, and truly created a magical, dream wedding, we will never forget. Thank you!!

So happy with MDS. Our tables looked beautiful and Michelle was so easy to work with. I stopped by a few times without an appointment and she always spent some time with me so everything would be perfect. The boathouse chapel at Bonnet was beautiful with the candles and the chuppa with a chandelier. Totally stress free and I would def use them again.

I truly cannot say enough how incredible Michelle's work and flowers are!!! I actually found her shortly after I booked my venue without realizing she was the preferred florist. I was (and still am) obsessed with her flowers - taking screenshots of almost everything and liking almost very post on Instagram. Michelle was very helpful in picking out all the florals to ensure my dreams came to life especially the chuppah which was breathtaking. It was exactly how I always dreamed it would be :) I really cannot thank her enough for helping to make my day even more beautiful

I hired MDS for my wedding and I would have given them a full five stars if this review were based solely off of the floral arrangements themselves. The flowers I received were exactly what I asked for, were done with high quality and came out absolutely beautiful. However my poor experience in terms of the customer service with MDS is why I am only giving them the 3 out of 5. I had high expectations after reading all of the positive reviews on here however I found that I was just a dime a dozen when it came to working with Michelle. I found that she was disorganized, disinterested, unprepared for our meetings and unprofessional in her demeanor. Although i am quite satisfied with the end result, for the price I would think you could find a better deal and experience elsewhere.

Michelle was always available to answer questions and offer great suggestions. Michelle, was away on the big day but her team was able to execute the set up flawlessly! Our guests were amazed with the gorgeous arrangements as much as we were! I also got my jewelry from her boutique that completed my gown perfectly. I couldn’t image any of it turning out better. The flowers came out perfect for the day, she understood exactly what I had wanted, stayed within my budget, and everything looked beautiful. I got SO many compliments on how the flowers looked. Her team also went out of their way to deliver my flowers both to the hotel I was staying at and the venue which helped our day run smoother. MDS Floral made my wedding dream and vision come to life! They created the most beautiful flower arrangements (church and venue) for our wedding in Beach Haven, NJ at Parker's Garage. From the church entrance, alter, and pews to the venue centerpieces- all high with a wreath that wrapped around the bottom, our bouquets and our lovely sweetheart table that had the flowers cascading down to the floor. Michelle and her staff were fantastic to work with and very responsive throughout the entire process. I could not have asked for a better florist for this special day and I am so grateful that she was recommended to us!!

It was such a pleasure working with Michelle at MDS Floral Designs for our wedding. My husband and I were married at Mallard Island Yacht Club this past August. Michelle has an exquisite eye for detail. She was able to make my dreams come true by piecing the parts together of every single detail that I wanted for our wedding, and making it flow into a fairytale. When booking Michelle, she had so many photos to show me and offers so much more than just flowers. We met with her a few times prior to the wedding, and at our final meeting I was blown away with just the sample for our wedding! She made the changes right there that I wanted so that we knew we were both on the same page. Our guests said they have never been to a more magical wedding and I know that Michelle's designs were a big part of that. Between the luscious bouquets personalized to exactly reflect my personality, the gorgeous centerpieces, table cloths, flower girl baskets and floral headbands and so many more things that I can't even list them all, it was all perfect and Michelle made sure to make it happen for us. Also, little did I know she did the flowers for my surprise bridal shower and the compliments we receive were astounding. I would recommend MDS to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, creative, kind professional - working with her was a dream.

Michelle and everyone over at MDS Floral Designs did the most perfect job for our wedding on September 3, 2016 at Bonnet Island Estate in Manahawkin, NJ. EVERYTHING looked absolutely STUNNING (despite some adjustments we had to make last minute due to the wind!). They made the changes so seamlessly. Everyone kept coming up to me saying how beautiful everything was. My jaw literally dropped when I walked in the the reception hall as well as the boathouse chapel where we said our vows! It looked breathtaking! Michelle was such a pleasure to work with - she was so easy to communicate with and so flexible - even up to the last minute with any changes we had to make in the 11th hour. She really runs an amazing business including her new store front where I purchased my bridesmaids gifts from (rose-gold bracelets) that were absolutely gorgeous and looked great on the girls the day of! MDS really knows their stuff and I would recommend them to any couple looking for real professional service and an amazing outcome for your big day!

MDS Floral Designs put all my dreams into motion on my wedding day. Everything was perfect. Michelle was super helpful and knew my venue inside and out. I showed her pictures of what i wanted and she was able to create the exact image. She even gave me samples of my table arrangements and head pieces for the girls. MDS was absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed working with Michelle and her team! We met with Michelle twice throughout our planning process and she picked up on our vision immediately. She was very budget conscientious and even told us on a few occasions that we were potentially going overboard. Our chuppah, was absolutely stunning, the most beautiful I've ever seen, but I might be biased :). I could not recommend MDS highly enough!

Michelle and her team did an amazing job decorating our ceremony space and venue. She tailored everything to our exact needs and what we wanted. She always got back to me in a timely fashion and worked within our budget. I loved everything about the decor of our ceremony and reception to the flower girl buckets, she did an amazing job.

Michelle and the entire MDS team were absolutely incredible! When it came to flowers, I had a very specific budget, a strong idea of what I didn't want and a limited understanding of what I did want! Michelle took the information and vision that I gave her to create exactly what I was looking for in every aspect of the wedding. The bouquets were exquisite, the centerpieces were perfect and I got SO many compliments on the mantel of the Boathouse Chapel at Mallard Island. On the day of the wedding, a few of the bouquets were accidentally missing some of the details on the wrapping that were supposed to be included, but the woman who did the set up came and talked to me, made me feel that the situation would be 100% handled quickly and she delivered on that promise! The way MDS was able to incorporate lace from my mom's wedding dress and a pendant from my Nana was exactly what I wanted. MDS is a top notch vendor with the most beautiful vision when it comes to flowers and decor - I highly recommend them, especially if you're getting married at Mallard or Bonnet Island!

Michelle was great to work with! She was wonderful working with me on pricing and staying within in my budget and really did an amazing job at brining my vision to life. My ceremony area was even more perfect than my vision and I cannot thank her enough for making my dream ceremony a reality. She was great at letting me see different options she has on site. She also has AMAZING jewelry and bridal things in her store that you should defiantly check out. I actually bought all my bridal jewelry from her, and they are beyond gorgeous. You will love working with Michelle.

MDS Floral provided us with gorgeous flowers for our wedding- including lanterns and floral arrangements for our ceremony space, flowers and sequin tablecloth overlays for our cocktail hour, and beautiful cascading arrangements and floating pillar candles for our reception centerpieces. All of our bouquets arrived in water, keeping them fresh all day. Our guests raved about how beautiful the centerpieces were. Michelle was a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend MDS for any wedding!
