Then we decided to change the cake to make it bigger and more complex. She listened to us and gave us exactly what we asked for and more. Amy is reliable, talented and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend using her for a wedding cake or any other occasion. It's rare you find talent like this.

For instance, for my Sangeet, Amy took a tile design from the Taj Mahal, along with a design on a hand stitched Indian pillow, and brought them together to create an intricate and unique design on the cake. She even suggested the cake flavor to be chai tea! For my wedding cake, she designed flowers that were in my bouquet and cascaded them down the cake - so gorgeous. You can also preserve the sugar flowers on the cake. In fact, they are so lifelike, that many of my guests were asking if the cake had real flowers on it. The passion fruit buttercream Amy used in the cake was unlike anything I have ever tasted! All of my guests loved every cake! in fact, many guests took multiple slices (one friend ate four slices!). Not only are Amy's cakes works of art, but they are delicious too!

Amy was professional,pleasant and enjoyable to work with. Amy was proactive with dealing with the cake delivery and the timing of the delivery. Amy worked out all of the small details with the restaurant,leaving me to handle other wedding business. When we arrived at the restaurant, the cake was already there awaiting our arrival. The restaurant staff and my family could not stop raving about how beautiful the cake was. Every single guest MADE the extra room for dessert after dinner because it was such a lovely cake. She even made a fondant version of our new puppy so he could be with us there in spirit. Absolutely no issues with quality, delivery, or service. She is a passionate baker, I only hope she is teaching future generations because I don't want to live in a world without these cakes. rate Mickey Mouse and I fell in love with a specific cake and asked her if she could do something similar. I went on a limb because I hadn't even met her or tasted her cakes. I felt her pricing was fair and really liked how responsive she was so I went with it. Not only did she delivered and the packaging was great and safe but she "delivered"! The cake was a total success. It looked perfec and she added to the design and I thought it looked fantastic! My son was over the moon for it. Besides its look, the taste was amazing! I was very happy with what we got. I am very much looking forward to working with her again. Thanks again Amy!

whale and sailboat sugar cookies to go with the nautical theme for the shower. I had to store them for two days till the party and the cookies were still soft and delicious. Everyone loved them so much that I had to hide a few for the mommy-to-be so she was able to have some after the party. Everything that Amy makes seems to be done with such an attention to details that you can see how much she loves what she does (and taste it too!)

it looked AWESOME!! We had a cherry blossom design for our cake - 3 tiers - and Amy made all the little sugar flowers and butterflies by hand instead of piping them into the buttercream frosting. Her attention to detail is extraordinary! We chose an apple spice cake with vanilla buttercream - not only was it an unexpected flavor but our guests declared it as the best wedding cake they've ever had.

Amy also suggested details that I hadn't thought of, such as LED lights and a creative sign for the license plate. Amy was also super flexible about the pick-up time for the cake: we went to Me Too Cakes at 10 in the evening. Amy patiently showed us how to operate the lights and how to protect the cake from damage. I should also mention how tasty the cake was too: chocolate with hazelnut buttercream frosting. Were it not for the fact that our wedding planner brought a few pieces to the bridal suite, we would not have been able to sample it as our guests finished it off. I cannot say the same for the wedding cake, which was average at best. I would definitely choose Amy again for another event.
