I would highly recommend getting the embellishment package simply for the farm tables and the drapes - we got so many compliments on how beautiful the barn was and how we didn't need many decorations because of the natural wood colors and lighting inside!
We paid for the extra 5 hours on Thursday to set up the day before and it was SO worth it. Going in the next morning and having everything set up was so great and I was able to relax.
The Meadow Barn staff got us anything we needed the day of and I couldn't recommend them enough!

due to the pandemic, Katie was so accommodating and allowed us to have a small family ceremony on the original date that we had chosen. The venue itself is stunning. Having an outdoor ceremony was a big selling point for us, and the area is beautiful with the apple orchard and wildflowers in the background. Katie and the Meadow Barn team have created a space that works for couples, guests, and vendors alike. I would highly recommend working with them.

80 guests and is beautiful by itself so we didn’t have to add too many decorations! The games and campfire were a hit. It was so nice to have everything in one place (ceremony, scenery for photo shoots, reception) so we didn’t have to worry about traveling or killing time between events. to set up for our reception the next day but for those that don't go that route you have only from, 8 am the day of the wedding to set up, talk about stressful! It was difficult to communicate with and get ahold of the manager and they were not super flexible about really anything. It was also crazy to me that after spending the amount we did on the venue we had to pay another $500 just to use their wooden tables.

The bridal suite and hang out for groomsmen were so convenient. The managers throughout the day were super helpful and everything went very smoothly thanks to them and all of the planning Katie helped with before that day!
