Temple was a joy to work with and was ready to provide us with anything that we needed. The team was so helpful with planning our event, including helping my mom and sister create a scavenger hunt on the property without us knowing! The ceremony site provided a perfect backdrop of aspens and pine trees for our fall wedding. It gave me the forest vibes I was looking for without having to travel to far into the mountains! The property was beautiful and we couldn’t have hoped for a better space for our wedding.

Their team was kind and patient and organized, their partnership with A Touch of Bliss was so helpful, and their on-site caretaker was awesome! The location is conveniently close to Denver for our guests who didn’t want to stay in the mountains, but it was also high enough that we got to enjoy the mountain vibes we very much wanted at our wedding.

n the mountains. We loved that our families could stay on site (waking up with coffee on the porch before the chaos began was our favorite part.) Aja (the manager) and Temple (the owner) are incredible people who work so hard to make the place feel magical, to ensure your guests are comfortable, and to keep the day running smoothly! We had so many people compliment us on our choice of venue, noting now different and special it felt in contrast with other weddings they had attended . The only small downsides we experienced were the lack of Ubers/Lyfts for guests (the majority had to drive home) as well as the requirement of buying liquor from the venue, which was 3x typical liquor prices. But those things felt small in the grand scheme of things and if we had to do it all over again, we would choose Meadow Creek every time!

It was so nice to be able to set up on Friday afternoon to avoid the stress of getting everything set up the day of. We all adored Ann, who helped us with whatever we needed all weekend and really made us feel at home. We had breakfast from the venue both Saturday and Sunday morning and it was delicious! The communication leading up to the wedding with Rob was great. He always responded quickly, and we had a very thorough walk through 30 days before the wedding. . That being said, the venue is beautiful. The Caretakers are lovely people. The accommodations could use some updating. For the price, it's a really good deal, but again, you have to deal with Rob which means it's his way or the highway. We had several issues with things that are too long to post here, but it definitely left a sour taste in our mouths and we likely will not be back, nor recommend the venue to others we know for events.

re so thankful that we did. Rob is very friendly and responsive, as well as upfront about everything they offer and pricing. We were able to rent out the property Friday-Sunday, and it was amazing to be able to spend more time with our friends and family. We were able to have our rehearsal/dinner at the venue on Friday, enjoy a breakfast with family and friends on Saturday, as well as an awesome brunch on Sunday after the wedding. Rob and his staff are very accommodating, and I never felt forgotten about or like things weren't being handled. The value for this venue is amazing, for everything included. The day of the wedding it was wonderful to wake up in the Meadow Cabin, in the middle of the field where we were about to say our “I do’s”. It was an absolutely perfect day. We really wanted a Colorado mountain wedding, and being new to the area we had to spend a lot of time looking around and considering different locations and options. Meadow Creek was by far the most beautiful, cost effective venue we visited. It was nice that so much was included in the venue package, from breakfasts to valet parking to bartenders. Rob will go through every item with you and you can tailor the services to your wishes if you just ask. It left a lot less for us to worry about. Rob was very hands on and helpful with sorting out all of the details you would never think about. He has so many years of experience that he is able to take from to help you sort through it all. The staff, including the owner Rob, were extremely attentive, and did a fantastic job with planning and preparation. Rob worked with us on the alcohol selection and we were able to bring some seasonal pumpkin beer for our guests, which we really appreciated. The breakfast both days was excellent. Our big day went off perfectly without a hitch.

One of the things that sold us about this venue was the option of having the venue for 48 hours over the weekend. Even though the wedding day still went by so fast, it was great getting to spend the whole weekend there celebrating. It was also so great using a B&B and being able to stay at the venue with our families and wedding party.

ner, was always available, he has weddings at his location figured out to a tee, and he was easy-going and easy to work with. The B&B is great too, it was so nice to be onsite, to have the whole place to ourselves for the weekend, and to have extra time on Friday to set up and on Sunday to break down. The cost of our 7 guest rooms and breakfast each day was included in the cost of the venue rental.

The lodge is beautiful, combining mountain rustic with standard B&B decor. The rooms are large and well kept. We loved having our families and wedding party stay with us for the entire weekend. Meadow Creek offers you a chance to slow down and enjoy your wedding weekend as it gives you the opportunity to have everything in one place.
The outdoor ceremony spaces offer a gorgeous backdrop so dress it up if you like, or just stick with the beauty of nature. The reception pavilion is beautiful. We didn't decorate at all outside of our linens and centerpieces.
Although, Meadow Creek can accommodate more than 100 guests, we had 60 and it was absolutely perfect! The party never stopped and the ceremony was beautiful.

The on-site staff was remarkable, too! They helped me set-up the reception site since I didn't have a day-of planner, and cooked a wonderful breakfast the next morning. It is located far enough in the mountains to be secluded, but not so far that it was a pain to drive there (plus the meadow there is a sight that has to be seen as words cannot simply describe its beauty!)
