In my very first conversation with Jessie of Meadow Wood Farm, we gushed about a recent celebrity wedding. Just a few minutes later, she sent me an email with a moodboard and one q...
uestion: "How do you feel about disco balls?" In that moment, I knew she *got* it. Making her both our florist and our coordinator was an easy decision, especially since the wedding was local to her but not to us. She made everything--renting dinnerware, picking up farm tables, choosing flowers--so easy and even fun. The day of our wedding was so peaceful and enjoyable because Jessie and her team had thought of everything from snacks to a jewelry cleaning pen. I didn't worry about anything. Jessie even made an extra boutonniere at the last moment so that every important family member felt special and included. When we got to the reception space, it was utterly magical--everything we wanted and more. You will be so glad you hired Jessie and the Meadow Wood team.
Jessica’s talent, taste, and customer service are above and beyond! She did the flowers for my wedding and I couldn’t be happier with how the arrangements turned out and how dedica...
ted she was to making my ideas come to life. First and foremost, her style for arrangements are bar-none! The vibe I was going for was asymmetrical, whimsy, yet chic and modern. She like editorial-in-Vogue kind of good! Her and I communicated about 80+ times (emails/texts/phone calls/ meeting in person). That level of interaction / dedication is so far beyond what my other wedding vendors were willing to give. She even hunted down and found a used fire mantle that I used as my arbor, for next to nothing. Her husband sanded it down and painted it white. On the day of the wedding, she not only set everything up but also helped during our first look photos which I totally did not expect. She was a helping hand, even outside of setting up the flowers. Honestly, she could charge double her price, but I’m glad she didn’t because I wouldn’t be able to afford her then! I cannot speak highly enough of her.
Jessica and her team are TREMENDOUS! From the beginning stages, narrowing down my design, ideas and theme & sharing professional ideas and examples, to execution (wedding day), wor...
king with Meadow wood farms was such a breeze. All of my (consistent) questions were answered promptly & thoroughly, and delivery was beyond my expectation! Although I had a set up time crunch (by my venue) Meadow Wood still delivered and prepared everything that I asked for! They even designed any extra/unused foliage throughout my venue, last minute, and brought life to areas that I didn’t even think of! 10/10 WILL recommend to any/all!
We had a fantastic experience with the Meadow Wood team. Our flowers were outrageous, in the best way! I was blown away to see how my vision came to life. Jessie perfectly understo...
od my vibe and goals even just over the phone. She brought in stunning candelabras, runners, and bud vases to make our reception feel like a giant dinner party. Her team was on time and professional. If there were any issues on the day of, I never knew (and suspect there were none!).
The flowers at our wedding were ABOVE AND BEYOND amazing, we are still getting comments about how pretty they were. We were looking for locally sourced flowers for our late summer ...
Virginia outdoor wedding, and we were particularly interested in a sustainable end of life for our florals, repurposing as many as possible and Jessie even said she would donate or compost whatever she took back. Jessie was so incredible to work with from day one - helping us talk through our vision and see what was possible within our price range. Jessie constructed and decorated the most beautiful Huppah that was an absolute dream to be married under. We are SO HAPPY we went with Meadow Wood Farm, highly recommend!

h. I was so happy with the florals for my wedding, each bulb was perfect! I got so many comments on my flowers during the entire wedding and reception. I worked with Jessie and shared my vision and she ran with my ideas and made them even better, which was exactly what I was wanting for a florist for my wedding. Jessie has a creative eye and knows how to build beautiful arrangements. She had me make a pinterest to get some ideas going months before the wedding and she was able to create beautiful bouquets and all kinds of arrangements to match our style and theme for the wedding and the venue. We had great communication during wedding planning. It was very helpful that Jessie came out to look at the venue with me months before the wedding to get an idea for the florals. My bridal bouquet was incredible, full of color, my favorite flowers and all local from Virginia, exactly what I was looking for! Thank you so so so much Jessie!!
Jessie, of Meadow Wood Farm, provided beautiful flowers for our daughter's recent wedding in May. She met with us and the other vendors at the venue walk-thru and provided floral ...
samples so we could determine how best to locate the various floral arrangements. Jessie was also very accommodating to floral fragrance allergies and provided flowers that were stunning but did not induce any sniffles or sneezes. The flowers were incredibly fresh with beautiful blooms. The flower arrangements used during the outdoor wedding ceremony were moved indoors for reuse during the wedding reception. Meadow Wood Farms was always very prompt and attentive during our interactions. We highly recommend Meadow Wood Farms
