We could not be more happy with the experience Meadowbrook provided as our wedding venue! The entire team was so helpful, was easy to communicate with, and made us feel so supported throughout the planning process! My husband and I were so pleased with how everything looked, the food and drinks were amazing, and we felt like the team made our day go so smooth. It was so nice to have separate space for myself and the bridal party and for my husband and the groomsmen to get ready in on the morning of with options for food and drink provided as well. Meadowbrook also provided so many beautiful areas for photo opportunities and we are so happy with how beautiful our photos turned out. I am so grateful that we could truly relax and enjoy our wedding day because we knew the Meadowbrook staff were making sure everything was perfect for us. We had so many guests compliment us for their experience as well as so many people loved the ballroom and thought the setup of the space was so welcoming! I could not recommend this venue and team anymore! They are so professional and talented!

Having our reception at Meadowbrook was the best decision! Brittany, the director of special events and our day of coordinator, was so helpful and organized. Everything was beautiful and went so smoothly. Meadowbrook Country Club was so flexible and easy to work with - we were even able to set up/decorate the whole day before the wedding and they cleaned up/took everything down for us that night. All we had to do was go by the next day and pick everything up. Their chef and pastry chef were very talented and everyone loved the food and cake. It is so convenient that they have them in house, and you don't have to use external vendors. I would recommend to any couple to have their wedding reception here! It lived up to all of our expectations.

Meadowbrook did an absolutely fabulous job on our wedding. Every step of the way we experienced extensive knowledge, professionalism and suggestions that made our event just as we dreamt it would be! It was amazing and we could not recommend them with a stronger rating.

The shower that we hosted was amazing. The staff assisted for the entire event. They helped from unloading the cars upfront to helping load the presents for the bride at the end.

The renovated banquet space at Meadowbrook is absolutely beautiful and can support such a variety of events. Personally have attended many events here and hosted our wedding and reception in the space, baby shower in the libraries and Anniversary party for family. The staff is so easy to work with and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for a successful event. The food menu is flexible and there are a lot of good options to choose from depending on your preferences. We love this space and crew and always recommend it to others looking to host events.

We absolutely loved Meadowbrook Country Club for our reception! It was absolutely beautiful...we had hanging lights on the window, a beautiful outside patio for cocktail hour if needed, a spacious room, yet still comfortable for the amount of people we had and a very friendly staff. We worked with Brittany who is the event coordinator there. She was very easy to work with and definitely made sure we had everything we needed. It was a beautiful reception, and we are very glad to have picked Meadowbrook! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a wedding venue!

I held both my wedding ceremony and reception at Meadowbrook. Everything was absolutely beautiful - we were thrilled! The food was delicious - we are still receiving compliments. Elana and Brittany, the coordinators, are both very laid back and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Meadowbrook Country Club provided a beautiful setting for our ceremony and reception. They made it very easy for us! We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful wedding day! The food was amazing! Our guests told us that the filets were so delicious and so tender (like butter). Also, they raved about the twice baked potatoes and said they were out of this world! Everyone left very full and happy!

I absolutely loved our wedding reception at Meadowbrook Country Club. Many people have told us it was the best food they have ever had at a reception! The staff is very professional and attentive to detail. The ballroom is beautiful and doesn't need decorating to feel over the top. Elana, the event coordinator, is very laid back and made it all happen! Our wedding party was able to get ready up at the club together, have a relaxed lunch, and take pictures on the golf course. I have no complaints and would do the same thing all over again. I give it 5 stars for sure!
