Donna at Meadowbrook is amazing to work with. She did such an amazing job coordinating our wedding. COVID threw a wrench in our plans and our wedding ended up having to be outside ...
and honestly Donna made it all look and come together even better than we could have imagined. Honestly, I think everything looked better outside than it would have inside. We highly recommend Meadowbrook Country Club. The service was outstanding.
What a wonderful experience. Donna and all the staff at Meadowbrook Country Club were amazing! They helped us have a flawless and beautiful wedding! Beautiful venue, delicious food...
, and attentive and helpful staff! Everything was perfect and went so smoothly. All of our guests had a blast! Donna was fabulous. She met with us whenever we needed, gave us great ideas, and made sure we didn't have a thing to worry about the day of! Thank you so much for making our day so memorable and special!!
I don't even know where to start. Meadowbrook was so good to my family. When we started planning the event, they allowed my parents, who are members to Meadowbrook, to invent our o...
wn menu and served our guests family style since we're Italian. They EVEN let my Italian Aunt Pierina from Canada come into their kitchen to teach and coach the Chef and his team during Labor Day weekend how to make Sicilian rice balls, and made my grandma's marinara sauce. We MANDATED the pasta was al dente, and that was EXACTLY what we received. Their service was seamless, they were ABSOLUTELY on schedule, and even provided wedding planning recommendations that I can't thank them enough for. Their coordinator, Donna Collier, is an angel. She works hard and is a tough cookie. She put on the best wedding night of my life. She even let my florist who is a friend of mine use their upstairs space to set up all of my flower arrangements. I'm telling you Meadowbrook went above and beyond. My wedding night was the manager's birthday, but he was excited and joined us that night to help to ensure everything went smoothly. He accepted a birthday cake we secretly planned for him. They let us refrain from having last call, and some guests were there past 2:00 am having the BEST time ever. I am still being told by my 300+ guests that it was genuinely the best wedding venue they've ever been to. The atmosphere, the historic features, the impeccable service and food selection, the massive tent displayed outside, the decor, the DJ, etc... I might be biased but Meadowbrook knows how to party. This country club doesn't mess around.
Honestly, no matter what your event you cant do better then Meadowbrook. They hosted my Wedding on June 10th and everything was amazing and exceeded our expectations. Donna is a ...
pleasure to work with and really went above and beyond to make us feel at ease. The food was amazing, and the wait staff was just the nicest. I will for sure be back to host my next event at Meadowbrook!
I can't say enough about how amazing out experience with MCC was! The catering director, Donna, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our entire planning process. The staff wa...
s professional and friendly. The ballroom and patio were impressive and out guests couldn't stop raving about how beautiful everything was. The food was delicious. Everything was perfect for our big day!
When I first looked at Meadowbrook, I thought it would be WAY out of our budget, since it's a private country club, but, the truth is, it wasn't! I can't say enough amazing things ...
about the coordinator, Donna, & her staff. Donna was wonderful to work with, & really made things much easier on me. She would meet with me whenever I wanted to, gave me great ideas on ways to decorate the space, & was even present the night of the wedding. Best part - she didn't cost a dime extra! The service was great, the food was amazing (we still hear about it from our guests), & everyone had a great time. I would recommend Meadowbrook Country Club to anyone looking to have the wedding at a unique location!
They really took care of us - both prior to the day and during the day. Everything was wonderful
