Meadowlark North Fork by Macari Vineyards

My husband and I got married at Meadowlark 10/24/26. When we started planning our wedding, we knew we wanted to avoid the typical “catering hall” wedding and searched for something more unique. We toured venues on NJ, upstate, and out east. We had actually verbally committed to another venue in the same area not hours before we had a chance to see Meadowlark, but we figured we’d keep our tour anyway since we were out there.  We arrived and were given a warm welcome, two glasses of wine, and a tour of the grounds. We were given genuine advice applicable for any venue we would have partnered with, not just them. We never felt sold to or rushed - we felt as if they were truly happy to have us there and genuinely wanted to be part of the most special time our lives. One of the biggest unknowns with a venue where you have to bring in everything yourself is the cost. The venue we had verbally committed to never really told us what to expect all-in cost-wise, only that they had done “really cheap weddings, like $100k (which, in what world is that really cheap???) to million dollar weddings;” at the time we found this a bit tone-deaf though not a deal breaker. What sold us on Meadowlark was when, at the end of the tour, we were sat down and told honestly, “look, weddings are expensive, and while you can have one with any budget, we want to give you a realistic idea of what to expect all in” and provided us with several different cost estimates based on guest count, vendors, etc. That transparency in the wedding industry these days is rare, and it’s what drove us to lock in a date with Meadowlark right then and there.  We opted to work with Jenn as the in-house wedding planner. She connected us with a network of wonderful vendors on the North Fork and ensured we had considered every little detail. She stayed in constant touch with us, answered questions no matter how big or small, and dedicated her time and energy to help us bring our vision to life. The day would not have been as sensational without her.  Our experience with Jenn and the Meadowlark team was so great that we even decided to have our rehearsal dinner at Macari Vineyards, the parent vineyard to Meadowlark. Myself, my husband, and our entire bridal party were treated like family, and we could not be more grateful for the wonderful experience we all got to share.  Our wedding was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Everyone always says that something will go wrong the day of your wedding, but I can honestly say everything ran flawlessly, and that’s thanks to Jenn and her team. They payed attention to every little detail, constantly checked in, and diligently worked to ensure the vision we had been crafting over the year and a half prior became a reality. Jenn even went as far as to meet with us at the venue the Thursday prior to unload decore and start setting up, and also stop by the Airbnb the morning of the wedding to pick up decor I had forgotten to bring. Genuinely just a class act, and showed that she was not just a planner, but a partner through this all.  Everyone deserves to feel like royalty not just on their wedding day but leading up to it as well, and Jenn and the team ensured that’s exactly how we were treated. We will be forever grateful for Jenn and the Meadowlark/Macari family, and we are so excited for future Meadowlark brides and grooms that get to have the same experience we did. 

Meadowlark North Fork is absolute perfection! Choosing them for our wedding was hands down the best decision we could have made. The grounds are breathtakingly beautiful, and all of our guests were completely amazed by the stunning setting. But what truly sets Meadowlark apart is Jen and her white-glove service.
