Hiring Meagan Hilss for my wedding coordinator was the best decision we ever made. When I say Meagan goes above and BEYOND- I MEAN IT! This girl does it ALL, she does not skip a beat. Detail oriented doesn’t even begin to describe Meagan. She truly dives into the smallest, intricate details that you would never even think of as a bride. She was excellent at communicating and had a running timeline that we would tweak together as the days got closer to the wedding. This gave me such piece of mind. I felt like every single thing I ever relayed to her was never, ever forgotten or brushed under the rug. In fact, it was probably written down in alphabetical order and color coded!!! I’m not kidding you when I say Meagan was the reason my wedding turned out so perfect. She absolutely crushes being a coordinator. I am so thankful for her and I will ALWAYS recommend Meagan Hilss to EVERYONE!!!! Thank you Meagan!!!!

I recently worked with Meagan on a wedding at Scripps Seaside Forum. As a tenured DJ with GE Productions and over 250 weddings under our name, I can't understate the value of a top notch coordinator. Meagan was AMAZING! She is organized, communicated all the details AND CHANGES thoroughly throughout the process and kept me in the loop. Come the big day she was on top of her game and rolled with the flow and kept everything organized and on point. Often coordinators don't get enough credit, however all the behind the scenes work that goes on is often unseen. Hire Meagan if you want a squared away coordinator who knows how to handle business! Thanks for being an all star in the wedding industry!

Being a part of Meagan’s wedding was a true testament to her incredible planning skills! As a guest, I was so impressed by her organization and meticulous attention to detail. Everything flowed seamlessly, and it was clear how much she cared about creating a memorable experience for everyone. From the unique custom drink glasses as party favors to the personal touch of having friends perform her and Mike’s dance song, Meagan thought of everything. Meagan played a huge role in making my sisters special day pure perfection! I found out about Meagan Hilss Events through my friend’s wedding that she was the planner for. The wedding I attended was beautiful and everything seemed to go so seamlessly! From the gorgeous decor/setup to the seamless timeline... it was perfection! You could really tell that Meagan worked really hard to make my friend’s wedding perfect! The bride raved about Meagan and recommended her services when I was looking for help planning my husband’s birthday. From the day Meagan and I started chatting about his party you could tell she was very passionate about her work and she really strived to make the planning as pain free as possible for me. Meagan was super responsive and easy to talk to. She was super organized which I really appreciated since I’m not! She seemed to know the San Diego area really well which came in handy when trying to figure out venues. I wish I knew about Meagan when I was planning my wedding a few years ago!
