Her spirit and demeanor are as lovely as her work, she is a true professional and makes you feel so comfortable the entire time. She captured our wedding day with such grace and really understood what we were hoping for with pictures. She and her team are an absolute dream! I can't say enough about her except thank you for capturing all of the beautiful moments our wedding day had, we will treasure your work for the rest of our lives! pher failed to update us on changing timelines. After patiently waiting the 10 weeks I emailed and requested an update. 15 weeks later we received our photos. I was disappointed in their lack of communication about their delay. We received our online album, after viewing hundreds of beautiful photos we noticed there was not a single family group photo out of the 12+ poses photographed. We also noticed we were given a total of 2 bridal party group shots with the party standing in a line, out of the multiple shots taken. I immediately emailed the photographer about the missing photos, excuses were made initially stating the photos never existed. She claimed during the family group photo session they decided to “nix it” because a “rude” Uncle was also snapping photos behind them. Family members bring cameras to weddings ALL the time, and it is the paid photographer’s job to speak up and complete their hired duties. As for the missing bridal party shots my photographer stated that it was “bride brain” that I do not remember I “rushed” them during this time. In turn she claimed that no more than the two traditional shots with the bridal party were taken including no pictures with flower girl and ring bearer after the ceremony. I had family cell phone pictures from this time showing the photographer taking group images with flower girl and ring bearer as well as traditional wedding party shots. The excuses made were extremely unprofessional. After I sent her the cell phone bridal party shot only then did her attitude change. Eventually, she came to the conclusion that my missing family and bridal party photos were at the end of a disk used from a previous wedding. When loading the disk onto the computer she saw the previous wedding and hit delete. After several emails she disclosed that she realized family photos were missing during those 15 weeks of edits and apologized for not telling me this information, instead we had to discover the loss on our own. We appreciated the long apologetic letter she sent me and eventually offered a Small refund towards the $2,000+ paid. Regarding the albums that were provided, we are very pleased with the quality and amount. The day of the wedding, the photographers were prepared with our itinerary and certain poses previously emailed. We were also pleased to see any photo that was transformed into black and white on the album was followed by the same picture in color. I understand that photos can be lost in any situation, however, the lack of professionalism after the albums were sent was uncalled for and my husband and I were the ones that suffered. Overall great photos, but disappointed.

quick in her responses very open to ensuring that your ideas and opinions were heard. She has a beautiful personality, very genuine and sincere. I loved that as she took pictures she made comments that encouraged me as the bride that we were doing what were suppose to do and that the pictures were getting good! The turn around time to receive pictures was also quick. She even ensured to give you a few "preview" pictures, a tease but was so grateful for them! I'd highly recommend Julia and Megan Nicole photography! They captured all the moments you wanted to remember forever!
