about 2 years of wedding planning and became a wonderful friend along the way. She is kind, patient, flexible, understanding, punctual, organized beyond belief, and so welcoming! There can be a lot of pressure on weddings, and Meagan does such a good job of making the process approachable in a step by step manner. She really was able to take stress off of our plate in order to make the process more fun for my sister and parents when we needed it most. As we had never planned a wedding before and being overwhelmed by the unknowns, having someone who knows the industry well is a must, and Meagan is right there in the thick of it. She always knew who to call and when! Her timelines kept us on track during the planning process, and her "day of" timeline was the most amazing and organized document I have ever seen in my life! It made the day so easy to navigate, our family was so grateful to have the freedom to enjoy the day knowing the details and coordination were in wonderful hands. It made it so fun to have someone that was as equally excited about your wedding as you are to plan with. We cannot say enough good things about Meagan, and both my sister and my wedding days were better than we could have imagined thanks to her.

haracters allowed in this text box to write the review that Meagan Warren deserves! As the mother of the bride, it was a joy to work with such a kind, understanding, and professional person as Meagan Warren. Meagan is so patient, organized, and real. Throughout the entire planning process, I felt heard, understood, and that our wedding was the most important one. Meagan is definitely about quality of the wedding experience rather than quality of weddings she does. This was very evident to us as we meet with wedding planners early on - we could tell there was something special about Meagan. We were right! My daughter and I enjoyed planning all aspects of the process which we did with Meagan's support. It was the support of brining it all together and doing all the fine details that makes Meagan's work so invaluable. She was able to take my daughter's vision and turn it into a reasonable reality which was a true blessing! Meagan is able to do that because of her experience, connections, and knowledge of her craft! My daughter's wedding day was seamless! We were able to enjoy the day as the parents of the bride. Meagan took care of everything! We had a blast at the reception and when it was over we left with our family and friends...because Megan took care of everything! Reflecting back on the wedding, there is not one thing we would do differently and that is because of our work with Meagan Warren. How blessed we are to feel that way about one of the most special days in our daughter's life. Our family will always be grateful for Meagan Warren.

mely helpful, traveling with us to all vendor meetings and providing so much guidance (as we were SO overwhelmed!). She answered our many questions thoroughly and truly made sure our wedding planning process was as stress-free as possible. She has such a great eye for detail and was incredibly organized and efficient throughout the entire process. She was also very creative, coming up with great ideas that we had never thought of before. ng fun and exciting. She gave us great and honest options on vendors and design. The wedding day was a dream and I did not even stress once. I knew I could count on Meagan to make this the most perfect day. And she did!

my calls and texts. I began to read reviews and realized that I was not the only bride who she has done this to. Then began my frantic Instagram search at 2am just 3 months shy of my wedding day. By fate, I found Meagan Warren and called to beg her for help. She scheduled a phone call the next morning, and began our journey. We were married on January 23, 2021. Meagan was perfect with communication which was so important to me. She stayed in constant contact, she did all of the work while keeping me in the loop and updated the entire time. Wedding planning became a stress free process. She understands your vision, as mine was much different (a mix of boho and elegant) and she connects you with vendors that not only meet your style expectations but your budget requirements as well. As a COVID bride believe me when I say, having a Meagan as your wedding planner will be the most beneficial expense you will have. She is truly a blessing. Day of: She did not miss a single detail. She had a strict timeline for us and all our vendors. She made sure that everyone was doing their part. She went as far as making our wedding party a schedule for not only day of but rehearsal day/dinner as well. When the day was complete we were able to leave, worry free on our shuttle, while she and her staff handled packing up all of our gifts and the personal belongings of ourselves and wedding party and having them delivered to us at our hotel by our designated person. She and her staff then cleaned our venue while we enjoyed the rest of our evening. Everything exceeded my expectations. The first comment we received from all of our guests and families is “wow, your wedding was so beautiful and ORGANIZED!” Everyone will tell you, “your wedding will not be perfect, something will go wrong but no one will know but you”. I can say that my day was PERFECT, not one thing went wrong, thanks to Meagan, and there is no better feeling. Do yourself the favor and HIRE MEAGAN WARREN!

ded Meagan. We called her and 2 other wedding planners, myself and my daughter knew she was it once we met with her. Meagan was on it through the entire year of COVID, she kept us updated and on track. Her planning and organization is the best. I could have never done it without her . Meagan made the day perfect for Amber and Tanner, and she made the planning seem so simple which we ALL know it is not. There is so much to planning a wedding that you have no clue of until it is time to plan one. I can say this is one of the best decisions I made and picking the BEST wedding planner made it perfect. Meagan is always smiling and she loves what she does. Thank you Meagan for everything!!

ged, I was so excited to start wedding planning! It only took a few short weeks of planning on my own to realize that I needed help. There are SO MANY many things to do, and honestly I needed wedding planning advice. Our venue, The Lace House, recommended that we use Meagan Warren. Honestly, it was the by far the best decision we made throughout the wedding planning process. She always made me feel like I was her only bride, even though I know she had to be busy with a million other things going on. She is personable, hardworking, responds quickly, organized, helpful, and truly cares about her couples. (I could seriously brag about her for hours because she's simply that great). Meagan is a joy to work with. She takes so much stress away from the wedding planning process. There were multiple times when I was overwhelmed and she would just say "Don't worry, I'll handle it." and she did! Any questions I ever had, she always gave the best advice, guidance, and recommendations. She is a wedding expert. Our wedding day was beyond perfect. Meagan made our dream wedding vision come to life. Everything was even more beautiful than we had imagined! Meagan and her team on the wedding day were fantastic. They made sure everything flowed beautifully, stayed organized, and nothing felt rushed or stressful. My husband and I, our families, and our bridal party were able to have so much fun and enjoy the day without any of us having to worry about the logistics, which is exactly what we wanted. We can not thank Meagan enough for everything she did for us. Do yourself a huge favor and hire Meagan!! I promise it will be the best decision you make while wedding planning!

g with Meagan, was one of the best and easiest decisions I made during the entire process. There were times that I felt like I should be doing more, or I should be more stressed. Meagan let me be as involved, or not involved as I wanted to be. Planning a wedding during Covid was less than ideal, but Meagan remained positive, even during times I thought we would have to cancel. She made my wedding everything I wanted it to be and more than I could have ever dreamed of. I would absolutely recommend anyone planning a wedding to work with Meagan, and I already miss working with her myself.

top her from giving us the perfect wedding day. We had to move our Wedding from the original date in April to August due to COVID-19. Meagan worked tirelessly with me, my fiancé, and my family to figure out what we can do, what we need to do, how to do it, and then made it happen. We had to re-vamp our entire wedding (several times) from the guest list to the location. Meagan adjusted with ease and our Wedding day was perfect. Meagan was always available for questions or to be a sounding-board to talk things out. She is extremely patient, and never forced any idea or item on me. Her main goal was to make sure we got the wedding we wanted. If I didn’t know what I wanted, she was right there to help me figure it out and make it happen. She is very organized and stayed on top of every detail so that nothing fell through the cracks. She always remained positive every time I spoke to her, even when I thought our wedding wouldn’t happen. She gave us a wedding we didn’t even know we wanted, and we wouldn’t change a thing! Thank you, Meagan!

was amazing and everything came together even better than we could’ve dreamed of! Thanks to her and her team, our big day was stress-free, easy and stunning!!

lf. I truly mean that my wedding planning experience was stress free because Meagan handled everything for me! She has amazing connections with vendors and has a beautiful eye for design. I was very impressed with how the entire wedding came together. It was stunning! She was there early in the morning helping vendors setup and stayed afterwards to help vendors take down. She was worth every single penny. I had groomsmen come to me and say they've never experienced a better smooth wedding ceremony transition. She told everyone where to be and what to do with ease and fun. She has a great spirit about her that shines through to everyone around her. My wedding party is pretty crazy and she handled them like a champ. I can't stress enough the importance of hiring a wedding planner and especially hiring Meagan. xoxo - Mandy

do all the nitty-gritty planning, coordinating and styling for me. After researching Instagram and The Knot I found Meagan Warren and knew I had to have her. WOW. WOW. WOW. I really can't imagine my wedding process without Meagan. She has so much knowledge when it comes to this industry and she knows everyone!! I can't stress enough how amazing she is! I was able to sit back and enjoy the planning, but especially the day of the wedding. She took control with the vendors and the coordinating of them all. That allowed my family and I to sit back and enjoy the wedding. She is worth every penny and then some!! The day of your wedding can be so hectic, but knowing that I didn't have to worry about a thing because Meagan had taken care of it was the greatest gift of all! Brides don't even question it -- hire Meagan!!!

We both have full time jobs, and finding time to balance all of the planning details was so daunting. We decided to interview several planners, and knew from our first call that Meagan was perfect. She is so helpful and attentive with her clients, she takes time to listen and truly has an amazingly creative vision to pull off anything. From start to finish she was there to reach out to vendors, make recommendations, offer support, and keep everything flowing smoothly. When our big day finally arrived, it was absolutely everything we asked for and more. There was nothing that went wrong throughout the whole day as MWW and her team were able to handle all of the logistics the day required. My husband and I were able to thoroughly enjoy ourselves during our ceremony and reception. ide, so I figured I didn't really need one, however, I met with a few anyway. After meeting one or two other planners for a consultation, I was convinced I didn't really need a planner, THEN I MET MEAGAN. From our first consultation, Meagan was incredibly organized, personable, energetic, and had creative new ideas for my wedding. I was thoroughly impressed from the second we first shook hands and knew I would find value in Meagan's services, experience, and feedback. Over the ten months we worked together Meagan continued to blow me away with her enthusiasm, responsiveness, organization, and diligence. I was never worried I would miss a deadline or payment. Meagan is well connected in the industry and works well with tons of other contractors. She made the entire process fun and easy. In addition to helping us plan our wedding, she worked with my mother-in-law to plan the rehearsal dinner and welcome party. She seamlessly coordinated both events to make sure they worked together to create a perfect weekend for our guests and us. When the month of our wedding came, Meagan became totally devoted to making sure we were all on the same page. She worked with my family and friends to create a schedule of events and kept me on track with payments, deadlines, confirming details, etc. She was wonderful and I can't speak highly enough of all the hard work and effort she put into making every last detail so perfect. My husband and I were thrilled with how everything turned out. The entire wedding weekend was magical and I know we couldn't have done it without Meagan. She somehow interpreted my otherwise scatterbrained thoughts, requests, and desires and read my mind to create the absolutely most perfect and special weekend for us.

together and understood my taste and vision to make it the best day ever! She knows what she is doing!!!

mehow find a way to make it even better than you imagined! I know I was a little tricky to work with (one of those who has a hard time articulating what she likes but definitely knows what she doesn’t like), but Meagan honed in on what I was really trying to ask for every time. Cannot recommend Meagan and her staff enough.

de the process so easy, and I can’t thank her enough. I was able to sit back and enjoy the process of planning our wedding because I knew it was in good hands. That’s the way it should be! You won’t regret choosing Meagan as your planner for a single second. It was the best decision we made!

hout the planning process and also at the reception itself. All of her guidance and recommendations were spot-on and much appreciated. In addition, her strong relationships with vendors in the Columbia area were extremely beneficial to us, especially since we were living out of state at the time. It was truly a pleasure working with Meagan and we could not have asked for a better wedding planner, event designer and partner for our special day. We will certainly recommend her to any of our friends and family who are in need of a wedding planner in the future.

She was quick to text or e-mail me back answering any questions I had or giving her opinion when I would send pictures of linens, centerpieces, etc! Planning a wedding can be stressful, but honestly, I never got anxious or overwhelmed because I knew I had Meagan and her fabulous team in my corner.
