I have known Meaghan for a little over 5 years now and I have had the opportunity to witness her magical work and watch her eye for beauty in photography grow and grow. Meaghan captured our engagement photos which turned out amazing and we knew that we would have her shoot our wedding as well. Our wedding was on the water across the state and Meaghan along with her husband and newly born baby boy traveled across the state to be present for the most important day of our lives; which we are so still so thankful for. Meaghan has an eye for soft, romantic and subtle beauty that really makes her work one of a kind. Myself and my wedding party felt so comfortable with Meaghan during the whole process. She has a way of making you laugh without even trying-which made for some great photos. We got SO many compliments on our wedding photos, even now 6 months later. My husband and I are so in love with them, they’re beautiful and she just knows how to make a bride feel like a queen! I would recommend Meaghan for any type of photography needs! I cannot put into words how grateful I am to have met Meaghan, grateful to have incredible photos of our wedding, grateful to have amazing memories of our day with ZERO stress all because Meaghan was such a professional and literally helped with every detail when it came to photography AND our timeline. She put everyone at ease, and put so much love into everything she did that day, laughed with us, celebrated with us. So fun to be around. I still smile when I think about her getting down on the ground 2 weeks postpartum laughing at herself just so she could get a could-not-miss sunset shot of my husband and me during our golden hour shoot. And when she braided one of our groomsman’s hair for him. And all of her kind and encouraging words. It’s safe to say I’ve found our photographer for all of the special things that lie ahead. I recommend Meaghan to anyone looking for a photographer who captures the REAL moments, and gives you photos that look like your day just as you remember it. All of the moments you want to remember. Nothing staged, no over-the-top editing or weird lighting, just beautiful photos that bring back all the feels.

I first met Meaghan at The Holly Vault during a bridal show. At that time I was not actively planning my wedding just gathering ideas and recommendations. My first impression of her was this is who I want shooting my wedding! I just had this gut feeling she was perfect for my then fiancé and I. Fast forward about 2 months or so and I’m now planning a wedding within 6 months! I started actively looking and I looked at multiple photographer’s portfolios but always compared them to Meaghan! You can see from her portraits she has an eye for capturing the perfect moment! I was ecstatic when I found out she was available for our date! Meaghan did 3 shoots for us in that 6 months. We did our engagement and wedding of course. My husband is very shy in front of the camera but Meaghan brought him out of his shell and caught the perfect pics of us, both posed and candid! I also surprised my husband with a boudoir shoot! I was extremely nervous about this since having never done nothing like it before. But the first wardrobe change Meaghan made me feel extremely comfortable and by the end I did poses I never thought I would have been comfortable doing. I walked away from that shoot with such confidence and empowerment. When I seen the shoot in photos I was even more blown away! I told all my friends they need to do a boudoir shoot with Meaghan not just for their significant other but for themselves! Meaghan has a knack for catching the female body in a very flattering way. My husband was blown away when he seen the photo book on our wedding day! You will never be disappointed with hiring this very talented lady!

Meaghan recently did a photoshoot with me... Let’s start from the beginning. I reached out on fb looking for the perfect photographer. Meaghan was one of many to reply! She actually wanted to meet in person (that’s right in person) this is something important to me. As we met and sat chatting I knew she was the perfect person to do this shoot! Her communication, and patience through the entire process was outstanding. The day of the shoot I had things run behind and was definitely running late. I arrived Meaghan greeted me and we got started. Meaghan took her time and did not rush the shoot, she helped make the truly most beautiful photos. Meaghan is so sweet and kind she is also truly amazing at what she loves I highly recommend Photosbymeg!!
