Chef Peter has been cooking for over 20+ years and has fine dining in Mediterranean, Latin, and Asian kitchens. Our food is not limited to a specific cuisine.
The Table Catering food has reflected our time in many kitchens with many diverse chefs but it relies heavily on what is grown locally.
Expect fresh vegetable first full flavors and not heavy dishes prepared only with the cleanest pre-industrial ingredients.
