Jennifer was absolutely fabulous to work with for our wedding- responsive, professional and just all around awesome!! We had an issue with one of our vendors and she took it upon herself to contact them and get me the refund we deserved- amazing and SO unexpected!! She goes above and beyond and I would recommend her to anyone needing help with wedding coordination.

Hiring Jennifer was the smartest decision we made while planning our wedding! She was the perfect wedding coordinator for us - from start to finish, she helped make our big day go as smoothly as possible! First, she helped us plan the details by writing out the timeline and helping us think through the little (and big) things that ended up being so important. She was very responsive, and we met with her and spoke on the phone multiple times before the big day. And of course, on the day itself, she was an unbelievably huge help! She took it upon herself to make sure everything was perfect and keep everyone stress-free - all with a smile, words of encouragement, and the patience of a saint. She was always gracious and a pleasure to be around, leaving the best impression on ourselves and all our guests. She brought structure, thoughtfulness, and a sense of calm to the wedding planning and coordinating process. We are so happy we decided to hire her, and we know that a lot of the credit for the day going so amazingly well goes to her; no task was too big or too small, and for that we are so grateful! I cannot thank Jennifer enough for all she did. I would recommend her to any bride I know. She helped coordinate all my vendors, iron out the details, ask the questions I didn’t know to ask, fill me in on all the little things and that was just before the big day. On the day of the wedding she was the reason I was able to enjoy myself so completely. I just sat back and was the bride and my bridesmaids didn’t have to lift a finger either. Everything went smoothly and she even went above and beyond to get my marriage certificate signed and turned in while we were on our honeymoon. She’s amazing, a must have vendor!

Everything was great. Very organized and on schedule. The rehearsal was quick and easy. Jennifer was very calm and patient which says a lot if you know our group...especially the best man. Venue looked amazing. Decorations were beautiful and cleanly laid out. Great flow to the room. Couldn’t recommend her more.

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding that Jennifer coordinated back in July. Jennifer is very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. She is 100% on schedule, never misses a beat and is great at handling anything that is thrown at her last minute. She keeps everyone calm and organized before, during and after the wedding. Jennifer is fabulous. The wedding was beautiful, perfectly organized and she kept the bridal party focused. We had a highly "spirited" group of young men in the grooms party, and she was able to wrangle everyone, get them down the aisle and pull off a fantastic wedding for the bride! Bravo, highly recommend! I told her right after the wedding that I would absolutely use her if I was ever able to trap, eh.. .I mean.... fall in love with the right guy! ;)

Jennifer is fabulous. During the day, she handled set up and scheduling with such ease and calmness that you couldn't help but feel relaxed during it all, and yet, she didn't miss a single detail!! She has an amazing ability to take the Bride's vision and make it come to life. 11 out of 10 stars.

Jennifer is absolutely amazing. She helped me take all of my planning, numbers, information, and make sure that it all went off without a hitch. Even with rain, some vendors that did not do the best work, and some groomsmen that acted like herding cats, she was calm, happy, and made sure everything was perfect. I could not have done it without her. As someone who really struggles to be hands off, Jennifer was completely accepting of me bothering her the day of with decorating and organizing things....it definitely helped keep me calm. My wedding wasn't flawless because of other vendors, but Jennifer helped me forget that there were any problems which let me focus on my day and my husband. She is phenomenal. You can't go wrong booking Jennifer!

Jennifer did an amazing job. The entire wedding day moved along flawlessly. At one point I panicked because a car was parked where the food truck was suppose to go. Jennifer quickly rooted out the culprit, the food truck was able to park and the day was saved! She even was able to tie my bow tie as I had no clue how! Jennifer is amazing! On our wedding day, she handled EVERYTHING (from decor to vendors to cleanup to anything in between). We hired Meant to Be Wedding and Event Planning to help us plan our wedding for June, 2018, and to keep us organized on the day of the wedding. The owner Jennifer Stephenson was a God-Send - always calm and full of ideas that came from years of experience and lots of expertise. Ours was an unusual second wedding that blended two families with children from seven-years-old to twenty-three! Jennifer helped us come up with ideas for incorporating each of the kids in the ceremony in an age-appropriate and meaningful way. Two months before the wedding day, several members of my family had emergency surgeries and other unexpected events that threw me off track and would have put me way behind in my wedding preparation. Jennifer really picked up the slack and helped me stay on track, organized, and sane with everything happening at once. The vendors she recommended for baking cheesecakes, providing floral services and reception decorations, and catering were tremendous, and our guests commented repeatedly about the beauty and special atmosphere of the ceremony and reception and the deliciousness of all the foods. All of this was thanks to Jennifer! On the day of, she arrived early to help set up, stayed late to help pack up, welcomed guests, kept all vendors and wedding participants on task, kept the ceremony and reception events moving smoothly, and encouraged me to just take a breath and enjoy the day! Jennifer has such an eye for detail! She kept my nieces wedding going with such attention, nothing was forgotten and everything was seamless. She worked well with all vendors and had such a caring eye. You would have thought she was part of he family the way she cared for everyone involved.
