For the guests that utilized the shared shuttles, they said Mears was easy to locate in the airport and they waited no longer than 10 minute for a shared shuttle to arrive which was great. On their return trip to the airport, the Mears team contact them to confirm their reservation and were also on time for their pickup. My parents driver was also super efficient as he gave them his cell # this way they had his information for their return trip as he communicated he would pick them up a week later on their return trip back to the airport. I booked everyones shuttle trips online so for me it was easy to use, easy for me to forward the guests their reservations, and pricing was great especially since my husband and I paid for it as a nice gesture for our out of town guests. I highly recommend using Mears, super friendly and easy to use shuttle service with great prices.
