The customer service with Mears was great. The only complaint I have is the ac wasn’t the best.

ded to organize another bus. The ladies over the phone and email were very friendly and helpful.
We had both their limos and vans for our wedding. The limos were very nice and the drivers did a good job. The radio in one of the limos did not have many options and that was a bi...
g downfall for us. The vans were fine, they were clean and nice. However, they left some of our guests at the venue. This was a problem and other guests ended up taking them back to their resorts.
My husband and I got married at the Waldorf Astoria in Orlando and all of our guests were from out of town. I hired a private luxury SUV for the parents and shared shuttles for gue...
sts who were either staying at the Waldorf or other neighboring hotels. For the guests that utilized the shared shuttles, they said Mears was easy to locate in the airport and they waited no longer than 10 minute for a shared shuttle to arrive which was great. On their return trip to the airport, the Mears team contact them to confirm their reservation and were also on time for their pickup. My parents driver was also super efficient as he gave them his cell # this way they had his information for their return trip as he communicated he would pick them up a week later on their return trip back to the airport. I booked everyones shuttle trips online so for me it was easy to use, easy for me to forward the guests their reservations, and pricing was great especially since my husband and I paid for it as a nice gesture for our out of town guests. I highly recommend using Mears, super friendly and easy to use shuttle service with great prices.
Our driver was timely and cordial. In the background as he should be! Car quality was great.
Very reasonable. The driver was prompt. The staff over the phone was helpful.
Mears provided all of the transportation for our wedding including our 55 passenger bus for guests, the Bride & Groom town car that took us to our hotel after the wedding and a tra...

great as well!
We used a Mears bus to transport our guests from the rehearsal dinner at our hotel to go out at Universal CityWalk and back - so we would have no worries about anyone getting lost ...
or any trouble at all. They had great service, and did exactly what we discussed (2 trips back to the hotel for 2 different bedtimes). Our driver was on-time and was interactive and fun - but most importantly transported everyone efficiently and safely between venues. They were great!
We used Mears for transportation to our Bachelor Party and for the After-Party for our reception. They were very reasonably priced!
Both times we were running late (as ladies...
usually do) and the drivers were happy to wait for us and did not complain. Both times they were very friendly and professional. We all had a great time!
