Dale from Meat Heads was absolutely AMAZING. We have heard nothing but such amazing compliments about the food from our guests!! Everything from the pulled pork and chicken, buns to make sandwiches, mashed potatoes, MAC & CHEESE (so many of our guests raved about this one) and so much more!! All the food was so delicious and everyone enjoyed & appreciated how the food was hot when they got it! The food definitely saved all of us for the end of the night 😂😂 If your getting married in the red wing area and want your guests to have delicious, hot, comfort foods, MEAT HEADS IS YOUR PLACE!!! Highly recommend hiring Meatheads catering. Dale loves what he does and it shows in his work and delicious food. He has extremely fair pricing, offers apps/dinner and dessert. The food at our wedding was amazing, on time, warm and tasty. We were so thankful we worked with him and his company.

The food was amazing! the staff was great the day of. We had tons of people compliment on the food and one of our officiant even said it was the best pulled pork she’s ever had at any wedding she’s ever been too!

Dale and his wife were wonderful to work with! We had a tasting at their location and my fiance could not make it last minute so my brother and sister were with, but they still sent home food with me so my fiance could try some as well, so sweet of them! We did not even try any other caterers we liked them so much. Very affordable and we liked that they could donate the leftover food to a local shelter on our wedding night. We did appetizers: wild rice meatballs, veggie tray and beef and cheese sticks, and for dinner a buffet style, chicken breast, beef, salad, mac n cheese, potatoes, veggies and some cake. WOW so many compliments across the board about the quality of the food. The meatballs and the mac n cheese was my personal favorite. Their cake is incredible and it was so nice to use them for our cocktail hour, dinner and dessert. They are wonderful people overall, their staff was incredible day off, kept the food moving and hot all evening, David was our point of contact day of and he was so professional and was an absolute joy to work with with any questions he had. We absolutely recommend Willow Brooke to anyone in the Red Wing area.

We used MeatHeads catering for our 7/11/21 wedding at the Hidden Meadow and Barn. Dale and his wife were lovely to work with! The food was absolutely delicious, our guests raved about the food! The sliced beef was SO flavorful. Excellent service and food! 5 stars!

My husband and I used Meathead’s for our 09/18/2020 wedding at Almquist Farm. Meatheads provides a vast variety of awesome and affordable choices to chose from for catering needs of any kind. We had appetizers (which our guests raved about) and a buffet style dinner with soooo many tasteful options for our guests to chose from. The food reminded me of a comforting home cooked meal. Dale and his team were easy to work with and they were very flexible, even during these crazy Covid times. Thank you to Dale and your team, we are grateful we got the chance to work with you all.

Thank you to Dale and Meatheads for catering a delicious rehearsal dinner meal. The brisket and the pork was some of the best I have ever had. All the guests were raving about it. I highly recommend the beans and coleslaw. All is very reasonably priced and delivered right on time. Made a hectic day easier!

Dale and his team are truly amazing! They catered our wedding this past August at Almquist Farm, and we couldn’t have been happier with their services. Our ceremony ended up being delayed over an hour due to rain, and their staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the chaos. The food stayed hot, and many of our guests raved about how delicious it was! Meatheads is an absolute steal, as they offer reasonable prices, as well as excellent food and top notch customer service. We highly recommend them!

We did a tasting with Meatheads for our wedding and Dale was amazing to work with. We tried appetizers, soups, salads, breads, and dessert, which were exceptional. We choose a different caterer only because we wanted real china rather than the disposable options that were available.

Excellent food, great service, best tasting, best owner, accommodating menus. I could not be happier with MeatHeads. They were on time and quick (working without me even knowing they were there)! I still have guests tell me how much they loved the food and appetizers! All the food was consumed, the guests were happy, their bellies satisfied.

Great food, great prices, great variety depending on what you're looking for. Everyone loved the wild rice meatballs, the steakhouse potato salad, and the pulled chicken and brisket!

Meatheads provided delicious food and was very cost effective for our guests. Our guests were very happy - not to mention you have the option to donate your leftovers to a local shelter. We were very satisfied!

Meatheads catered our wedding in Red Wing 9/16/17. We couldn't have made a better choice! Dale was so easy to work with - kind, prompt, clear with communication. Meatheads made a special recipe of my grandmother's in addition to choices we made off their catering menu. All of the food was so good, and so many guests raved about it. It was delivered and cleaned up without any stress for my husband or me. They packaged the leftovers for pickup later. The price for everything was a great deal. Would highly recommend Meatheads for anyone needing event catering in the area.

The food was amazing and we got great feedback from our guests. The brisket was especially good. Dale was easy to work with and accommodating. We had 1 person with lots of allergies and they checked our menu to make sure it was ok. We also had a vegan RSVP and Dale was great about helping us accommodate. We had a small wedding so he offered to not stay and cater but to just drop off saving us quite a bit of cash. After dinner he came back, picked up the food and packaged it up for us. We were able to pick it up the next day. We didn't need to cook all week. We needed that. Highly recommended.

Dale and the team at Meatheads in Red Wing, MN are aces at what they do. They know good homemade food, especially meat! They did a fantastic job making sure we had what we wanted and that everything was fresh, hot, and tasted good. Very easy to work with and were open to new dishes they had never prepared. We had multiple people who have gluten free diets, the team did a great job accommodating all guests and provided plenty of food choices that were gluten free. They had the best value for what we were looking for. If you are interested in a good hearty meal, check them out!
