Brasel has competed in numerous culinary competitions and national television shows including Miami Ink, Chopped, Knife Fight and others. “At Meat Market our style is classic steaks but since we are a chef-driven concept we are always developing new specials, and always pushing the creative culinary edge. We use a complex process of curing and sous-vide to accomplish a tender steak. The daily specials show what we can produce and help us push creativity to the highest level. We offer a huge daily menu that no one in the area can compete with, specialty oysters, sushi and Japanese wagyu. We like to push our creativity to the highest level and are always setting new trends for ourselves through research and experimentation – like our house made selection of sauces and butters and we’re now hand carving ice blocks to hold our caviar,” explains Brasel.

tely breathtaking, the pool area was perfect for my cocktail hour while the banquet rooms were the perfect space for my ceremony and reception.The food was also the star of the show, everything was prepared perfectly and I got the best compliments from my guests. Thank you so much to Anna who made the wedding of my dreams become a reality, it was the picture perfect day and will be recommending the space to all of my friends!

Huge disappointment, We tried to contact management to discuss our concerns several times and never received a response. I would not recommend this venue as the ever-changing staf...
f and unreliable management do not care about customer satisfaction nor do they offer customization and tailored experiences , we were given push back the entire time and ended up having a terrible event.
Email written to management below:
Hello Anna,
Thank you for your email, however after much disappointment with the last Easter event on Sunday April 5th at the Meat market we will no longer be interested in using the meat market as our hosting venue. When we initially reached out to your office , my wife called Beth Lott's cellular number listed on her email to book our Easter event this year on April 5th , 2026 , sadly Beth answered , using the most vulgar , obscene and deeply offensive insult ("C *nt")followed by complaints about myself and wife being the worst people to work with . Shocked and appalled I immediately called restaurant, but ended up booking the event after speaking with Mikala and one of the managers who apologized and insured us that Beth no longer worked with the company. Although we felt deeply saddened by the experience , we were willing to give the Meat Market another try. Unfortunately our Easter event was highly disorganized as the food service had long delays and arrived incomplete as the waitress and cook missed our order which resulted in leaving out an entire meat platter leaving our guests waiting for food . With regards to the drinks, we ordered several top tier wine and champagne brands in which the waitress struggled opening due to her extremely long decorated nails which I considered unacceptable for a food service worker . Regardless of the time of the day , your restaurant should have a qualified sommelier or managers to open bottles properly. As a regular customer with a long history of entertaining large parties, we were surprised by this lack of attentiveness. We attempted to communicate our concerns with Mikala unfortunately she never responded to my email regarding a request for compensation in form of a refund rather than a meat market gift card.
Due to all these experiences , we have come to a conclusion that the meat market does not meet the level of service expected for this kind of establishment. As appalling as it is ,Beth Lotts comments was represented in the service our family received from the staff and the restaurant management and we have lost complete trust in the Meat Market.
Most of all not only was our Easter celebration a huge disappointment to our family , my guests feel the same and it would be an embarrassment for me to return. The feedback is completely factual and we had high expectations based on your reputation , however these experiences have deeply impacted our views about your restaurant and staff and we no longer have any interest in returning . I wish you all the best and I hope that this feedback can be useful to inspire positive changes.
