nning she made me feel excited, safe and prepared for our big day. We were looking for a specific, more moody and artistic style to our engagement and wedding photos and Meche more than fit the bill. Not only is she a wonderful photographer/editor, she is the SWEETEST human you will ever meet. My husband and I were both a little nervous and awkward about taking photos, and Meche made it fun. After taking pics with Meche, we felt like old pros. And while she is a serious professional, when you work with her it doesn't feel like WORK. She becomes a real friend and really does make an effort to connect with you and get to know you. She was in contact throughout the full year of planning, and on the big day...I just couldn't ask for a better photo team. She found me a few times throughout the night to show me previews of extra fun moments she grabbed (like our friends dancing with the cardboard cut-outs of our cats), and she even had a link with preview photos in it in my inbox before I left the venue. By this point we felt more like family and I felt really relaxed taking photos. I forgot to get my dress pinned in the back so Mercedes came out with the pins and pinned my dress up for me so I could dance the night away. All our wedding photos look beautiful and amazing. a photographer who not only took great photos, but was also really easy to work with -- that person is going to be following you and giving you direction for a lot of the day, so you better like them! From our first conversation, I knew that Meche was going to be a joy to work with. She was so friendly, warm, knowledgeable and organized! She had a welcome catalog, a questionnaire for the big day, and she even sent a little gift! I was planning my Florida wedding from NJ, so the fact that she was so responsive and on top of things from the start really put me at ease. I got married during the summer of 2020. Our venue canceled on us a couple months before our date, so we had to quickly change course. We decided to go with a very small backyard wedding in light of everything that was going on. Of all our vendors, Meche was the ONLY one who wanted to try and figure out a way to help make it work so that we still at least had some pictures of our day. She was even more wonderful in person, and did an amazing job that day. She was very flexible, easy going, and was able to quickly get creative -- you never would have known that we were in a backyard and not some beautiful venue! I can't recommend Meche enough!!

We weren’t able to arrange an engagement shoot before our wedding day (dang COVID!) and didn’t physically meet Meche in person until the morning of – but we were confident the entire time in her abilities and that she would do the best job and she definitely delivered. They worked wonderfully with our full vendor team and it felt as if them and our videographer were one team with how easily they helped each other out and were supportive of one another. Our guests raved about how nice they were and it looked they were having a genuinely good time at our wedding as well. We previewed sneak peeks during our reception (yes, during the event!!) and received the official ones the very next morning before 10am (yes, we were still in bed reliving the night all over again!!). Then, the full gallery arrived and we were blown away with how well she captured our full day. It was SO hard to decide on only 30 photos for our album, which was arranged beautifully as well, and we’ll cherish these photos for years to come. We highly recommend Meche for your wedding photography needs!

We received a Sneak Peek of our photos very early the next morning (she must've worked all night!) and everyone at brunch was just gushing about them. When we got the rest of our photos, we were blown away! We absolutely love our photos, and receive endless compliments by our guests. We are so happy Meche was a part of our day and would work with her again in a heartbeat. We absolutely recommend working with her!

I was being zipped in. Without hesitation, Meche reminded me that it was OK. She got a sewing kit and sewed the lining of the zipper. Her and my mom managed to squeeze me in by putting it over my head. If she wasn’t there, I would’ve been an absolute wreck. On top of her amazing customer service, her photos are gorgeous. When attempting to capture the precious moment of my mom and sister helping me into my dress, we unfortunately had a zipper malfunction. My mom and Meche spent almost an hour sewing me into my dress... YES! It happened. Without her, I would not have had a wedding dress. I honestly don’t know what I would have done. Not only did she save the day, but Meche was so helpful from the very beginning. She helped with planning, creating a timeline, and offered so much extra support! s, asking around and of course “Googling” as many photographers as I could to make sure I got the perfect fit for my wedding. I actually didn’t come across Meche online, I heard about her from another photographer - how her work was incredible, how she truly knows how to capture special moments. I reached out not knowing what to expect! Meche from the beginning was NOTHING but professional, kind, and TOTALLY captured my vision perfectly. We instantly connected and I knew she would be the perfect fit for me. I especially appreciated the time she took to get to know me and my then fiancé Matt. She asked questions about us, she laughed with me, she dug in! You could tell she truly wanted to understand what was important to us as a couple so she could capture our love and vision for our special day. Our first time shooting with Meche was our engagement shoot. She made us feel SO comfortable, especially my adorably shy husband. She gave us guidance, she was patient. She so effortlessly steered the shoot to get the best shots, and even tried some really creative scenes with us with our dogs in our lake that turned out INCREDIBLE. Fast forward to wedding day, but first before the wedding day Meche even took the time to walk the venue site with me and my planner. We planned our shots before hand, we looked at lighting together, we created a vision for the day and what we wanted to capture. We discussed EVERYTHING prior in order to make sure day of was perfect and BOY WAS IT EVER. The day of the wedding was exceptional. EVEN MY BRIDESMAIDS were telling me how amazing Meche is and how she was so fun to work with. We honestly had a blast with Meche in the bridal suite! I’ve been in a few weddings and I swear every other photographer I worked with it seemed like so bland and boring but with Meche, we were all giggling and excited! And happy! The energy she brings is amazing which builds your confidence and makes you just, happy! The rest of the day was magical. Meche has a true gift for capturing the MOST emotional, important moments. One of my favorite shots is my first look with my dad. She so perfectly captured a beautiful tear gently running down from my face. It’s a moment that is so dear to me and you can see my heart in this picture. The beautify shots of my husband and I, the shots of the venue... magic. I truly do not know how she does it. PURE talent, and LOVE. And passion for what she does and for her clients. My absolute FAVORITE PART. Beleive it or not, Meche was able to provide me with the most incredible wedding gift ever was a “sneak peak” the NIGHT OF MY WEDDING. Yes, you heard me. The night of my wedding at the reception, Meche put a few dozen shots together on her iPad to show Me my sneak peak of the photos from That day. She sent me those photos of the sneak peak the VERY NEXT DAY. It was incredible, especially knowing that most photographers take months MONTHS to show you anything from your wedding! er's style of shooting and Meche was the only photographer that I talked with! After seeing her portfolio and seeing her beautiful candid shots, I fell in love with her work. She is the sweetest person and her bright personality made me feel so comfortable, especially since I hate having my picture taken. Our wedding party was small, less than ten people. Meche fit right in and was so kind, polite and thoughtful. She took the most beautiful photos of everyone there, from posed to candids. She was able to loosen me and my husband up and help us with poses. Having her there made everything so easy, we didn't have to stress and she even jumped in to help with non-related matters, like helping me up the stairs and listening to my family tell her stories about their dogs. Not only did she do an absolutely wonderful job, we had some sneak peek wedding photos the next morning! It only took a few short weeks to receive our full wedding album and it is gorgeous! The only problem is that we're trying to decide what pictures to print on a canvas because they're all absolutely fantastic!

We got a second shooter through her, which was worth it, but of course they are less experienced than the main shooter. Make sure that you know ahead of time what shots you want (I forgot to ask for a photo of just my mom and I and am majorly regretting it!!) so that Meche can capture all the beautiful memories from your day!
