Media Hammock creates cinematic videos that capture the special moments from your day, and tell a beautiful love story with all the fun and laughter that goes with it. The areas that I cover are within a 1.5 hour radius of Clifton Park, NY. This includes but is not limited Albany, Troy, Saratoga Springs, Schenectady, Lake George, Brant Lake in NY | Bennington, VT | North Adams, Pittsfield, Williamstown, Springfield, MA. Just to name a few areas.
We make sure to capture stunning moving images but also the sounds that go with it nice and clearly.
Packages typically include 5 hours of coverage, 1 cinematographer, 2 cameras, a 5-7 minute highlight that is great for sharing with family and friends online, and Raw Footage from your entire day.
There are a variety of package options to cover whatever amount of time you may need. There are wedding videos that are short and fun to watch for those wanting to share the special moments of the day with family and friends online, and there are longer films that are great to watch at home for a viewing party or for an extended look at your wedding. We decided to go with Media Hammock for our wedding videographer and are beyond happy with our decision! Michael responded quickly to every email - from start to finish - and even after, when working on the videos! Ken was the videographer at our wedding and he was very nice, professional, worked great with the other vendors, and kept things moving smoothly the entire time! We loved the wedding trailer video that was put together - it captured such precious memories that we can look back on. We have already watched it a bunch of times! Originally we were not sure we wanted a wedding videographer, but the initial meeting with Michael convinced us otherwise. After seeing the highlight video, we are grateful we got to speak to Michael and made the decision to go with Media Hammock. We cannot wait to see the longer video when it is ready! Would highly recommend using Media Hammock as your wedding videographer!
We absolutely loved working with Mike! He was very kind and professional throughout the entire day. He and his team were adaptable and communicated very well with each other and with us, and they were excellent with keeping everything on schedule. We were blown away by the beautiful moments Mike captured of our wedding day, and we were thrilled with the sweet highlight video he put together. We highly recommend working with Mike and his team - they were wonderful to work with and we are so happy with the moments he captured!
Our wedding videography experience with Michael was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, patient, and communicative. He met with us several times leading up to the big day and was always willing to answer any questions we had and to offer us guidance when needed. On the night of the wedding he was so flexible, professional, and just overall made it such a smooth experience. We definitely recommend his services for any event, but especially for wedding videography!!
Mike was absolutely wonderful to work with. Our videos came out exactly how we envisioned. He captured all of our favorite moments. He fit in so well with our wedding guests that we didn’t even realize he was there. I think the mark of a true professional is being able to blend in seamlessly with the surroundings and not take away from the special moments he is capturing. Mike also worked extremely well with our other vendors. He coordinated with the photographer and our DJ about scheduling of key moments and the best angles to capture everything. He was a huge part of everything running smoothly and perfectly that day. I highly recommend Mike for your videography needs for your special day!

Michael is not only friendly and very professional, but he is an incredible videographer! He filmed our wedding recently, and we just got the finished product and it was absolutely beautiful. My wife and I are so thankful we found him to film our wedding. His prices are more than fair for the quality of work that he does, and he is so easy to work with and very responsive to emails. It was a pleasure working with him, and I would recommend him to anyone getting married in the Capital Region!

Michael is an amazing videographer. He is professional, talented, responsive, and kind. The day of our wedding, he worked seamlessly alongside our photographers to capture our wedding. The highlight video he created exceeded our expectations. Family and friends called to say they cried watching the video the first, second and third time, and how beautifully he captured all of the most important moments. It is a video we will treasure forever. I would hire Michael again in a heartbeat and am grateful he was our videographer.
Words will never be able to express how much we enjoyed working with Mike! Throughout the entire planning process he was always in contact to make sure we were all on the same page for our wedding day. He did an amazing job of filming all of our special wedding moments as well as ones we hadn't initially seen first-hand the day of. He quickly sent us a sneak peek trailer while we were on our honeymoon, which was so special to enjoy! Our final wedding documentary was beautiful and we are so excited to rewatch this special day with our family and friends for years to come!
Michael was amazing and I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a wedding videographer. I was honestly a little hesitant at first to even have one because my last experience with one at a wedding was pretty intrusive with the camera in your face while trying to dance. Michael was nothing like this. He was professional and easy to work with. He was barely noticeable at our reception which is exactly what we wanted but after watching his videos clearly able to capture all the fine moments of our ceremony and reception. My parents commented the next day that they didn't even know we had a videographer at the wedding. His highlight video was very well done and he made sure everything was/went the way we wanted it to. Highly Recommend!

Michael was absolutely amazing. He jumped on board when I told him I wanted to plan a surprise wedding at our engagement party and had lots of ideas. He seemed to be everywhere at once and he gave us the most amazing wedding video. We opted for the 12 minute video and it was perfect. Plus we got all of the raw footage. I would absolutely recommend hiring him!
mike from media hammock is truly amazing he brought me and my husbands special day to life and captured some really special moments for me that I didn’t even tell him to get. I truly didn’t even know he was there getting those action shots I saw on the video. He also offers a drone which made the video even better and he’s so kind and so talented at the work he puts together, we were blown away with the final product ! And the video was done super quick I would recommend him to anyone!!

Mike was great! Before the wedding he was very responsive and attentive, as well as flexible. His pricing and packages were also more reasonable and customizable than many others we looked at, while still offering amazing quality. He was kind, easy to work with, and delivered a GREAT 5-6 minute video that really captured what our wedding was like! We were on the fence as to whether we should hire a videographer at all, so we actually ended up reaching out to several videographers somewhat last-minute. Mike was the kindest, most flexible, and most reasonably priced (again, without losing any quality!) of everyone we spoke to. We are so happy with his work and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a videographer for their wedding!!
Mike was amazing! We only had one initial meeting with him before the actual wedding and he was on top of everything. He came with ideas we never would have thought of and made us feel super comfortable. He helped ensure we had everything we needed and wanted out of the day. We had the final video and everything from our package before a month had passed. He was truly great to work with!
Mike Turner with Media Hammock went above and beyond our expectations. He was professional, skilled, pleasant to work with, and provided an exceptional product for a very reasonable rate. Mike was absolutely fantastic. We got married at Hunter Mountain and mother nature was not in our favor on memorial day weekend. It was 20° and raining ! Mike was up on the mountain in his warm jacket and all our guests were very jealous of his jacket! Regardless of the weather and the conditions, he had the best attitude and was so excited to be up there. Mike is very easy to communicate with and is very professional. We set up a few meetings getting to know each other and then we met again a couple weeks before the wedding and he set all our worries at ease! Due to the pandemic, my family from England and Ireland couldn’t come, but Mike was able to live stream the event for us and people from all around the world are able to join us for a special moment. Mike was recommended to us by our photographer and he was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Thank you so much Mike we love our video!!
Mike was the most amazing Videographer I could have chosen! My husband and I changed our wedding due to Covid-19 and Mike worked with us every step of the way to make it the best day. The highlight video he made was perfect, it captured our intimate moments as well as the funny moments throughout the wedding. Mike was attentive and responsive throughout the planning process and our wedding day. He was a joy to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
I booked Michael based on his amazing price and watching some of his work. I was impressed during phone conversations he was very personable and answered all my annoying questions ! We ended up going from a super basic package to the best one he has and I didn’t regret it one bit. He made such a beautiful representation of our day and we will never forget it! We had an unexpected speech and the other 3 were sort of long and I am so happy he extended his normal video length to include them because he knew how much they meant to us! He showed up on time, looked professional, always answered my emails promptly. That plus the quality of work you’d be an idiot not to include him in your day! Don’t skimp out on videography you’ll never remember all the small moments in photos alone!
Michael/Media Hammock was fantastic! Very nice guy, easy to talk to, up front about pricing and very reasonably priced. My wife and I explained to him exactly what we wanted and he more than delivered. He managed to capture every moment of our wedding perfectly without ever getting in the way. Both our highlight and full video were incredibe. Mike was wonderful to work with! He so quietly floated in the background capturing all of our special moments. He was present starting from my husband and I getting ready for our wedding day until our last moments taking some video dancing out in the crosswalk outside of our venue. Our teaser reel and full-length film were just beautiful and edited together so professionally. We are so happy we have these special moments to cherish. We highly recommend videography on your wedding day (especially with Mike Turner). The day is so stressful and it's so wonderful so look back on all of the highlights and things we may have missed, we will cherish the videos for a lifetime!
We hired Michael as our wedding videographer at a recommendation of one of our friends who recently used him for their wedding, and while we KNEW he would be excellent after watching their wedding video, we were blow away by him! He had all of the stuff you take for granted, professionalism, punctuality, worked excellently with our photographer, and all the things we didnt. The video we got completely blew us away! He did an incredible job of blending both the highlight points of the wedding, while capturing the small details we put hours of time into (many of which we didnt get to experience on the actual wedding). We were on the fence about getting a videographer, and I am so thankful we did, and so thankful we found Michael -- we will be rewatching footage for the rest of our lives!
If you are thinking of hiring a videographer. First of all DO IT and if you do, hire Media Hammock, Mike for your special day !! I am soo happy that we found this videographer for our big day! I hardly remember since the day when by so fast and he captured everything for us to relive our special day! Our video was perfect and I loved how he edited our special day. Also, Mike is SO nice and professional and you hardly even noticed that he was there while filming. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars. Thank you so much again Mike! You rock!!

Mike was so awesome to work with for our wedding May 2019! We didn't have a ton of money for a videoagrapher but wanted some raw footage to be able to look back on! Mike was easy to talk with, great with communication leading up to our wedding and during the wedding.
Mike captured everrrrrrything we had wanted and was so discreet we hardly knew he was there! The videos came out awesome and we're exactly what we were hoping for! The video quality was more than we expected and we are so happy he was there on our wedding day!!!
Though we were not able to end up with Mike due to his schedule already being booked, I wanted to leave a review. Mike was extremely professional in all our communications with him. He was very communicative which is highly appreciated from a vendor. Also, Mike was much more flexible in packages and being willing to work with us on amount of time and extras. We appreciated our experience of simply communicating with Mike and are sure that he would have been a wonderful addition to our vendor group had schedules allowed.
Mike really listened to what we wanted and captured our wedding perfectly. He worked with us talior his video packages to fit our needs and delivered a wonder video that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. He was punctual, patient, very responsive.

I was on the fence about adding a videographer for our wedding because from my research it was a large expense... but still something I really wanted. I shopped around a bit to find a videographer that produced high quality work but wasn't going to break the bank - that's how I found Michael with Media Hammock. He was super responsive and worked with me on selecting the ideal package for our wedding at a very reasonable price. He understood our vision for our day perfectly - we was discreet onsite, captured beautiful candid moments and produced a highlight video the pieced together our day flawlessly. His editing was beyond my expectations, smoothly transitioning from one scene to the next with fitting music and sound bites. I've watched our video 100+ time this past week and couldn't be more happy that I stuck to my guns about booking a videographer - especially Michael.
