Medure's Catering

Working with Medure's catering was very easy, efficient and delicious. We live out of state and they were able to accommodate our tasting during our limited travels to PA. Samantha was very responsive and easy to work with, the staff was also very professional and organized. Would definitely use them for events in the future!

The appetizers and servers were amazing! Our buffet was beautiful and delicious! Cindy and her staff did a fabulous job throughout the day! Medure's was simply a joy to work with - the entire process was EASY and they were flexible with us! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. The Medures team truly took my vision above and beyond what I had expected and did SUCH an amazing job! The food service was flawless, I have gotten so many compliments on the cookie table (which they trayed and displayed), and just about every guest asked where the food was from. I’ve been told dozens of times since our wedding that this was the best wedding food anyone has ever had and I completely agree; the food was already excellent at our original tasting and it was even better on our wedding day. If we are ever in need of catering in the future, Medure’s is surely at the top of our list without a doubt!!

This vendor catered my 160 person wedding at Eisler Farms in June. When we went in for our tasting, the food was excellent. I was hesitant that I would be as good when served at the wedding. Boy, was I wrong! The food was just as delicious, and my guests have been raving about the food on the day and even for weeks afterward. The catering team provided excellent service as well. I would recommend them to anyone for any event!

It’s been 3 weeks since our wedding and my guests are STILL talking about our food as “the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding”. Medure’s was wonderful to work with from start to finish. True partners in the process, knowledgeable and supportive. And the service on the day of the wedding was timely and first class. I truly felt like I mattered to this team. I work in the food industry, so my expectations were high and they delivered. I can’t wait to find another occasion to have Medure’s as part of our family party.

Medure’s was a 10/10. Our venue has a partnership with Medure’s, so we didn’t really have a choice in which catering company we used. Although, as soon as we went to the tasting, we immediately got excited for the food at our wedding. From the communication leading up to our wedding day, professionalism from all staff, to the DELICIOUS taste of the dinner, Medure’s exceeded our expectations. Multiple people said it was the best food they have had at a wedding. We agree!

The food was incredible! Everybody raved about the steak tips and mac and cheese! It even reheats well for those inevitable wedding leftovers!

Medure’s was a vendor that was required by our venue, but I would choose them even if they weren’t required after the service and quality food that we received. When you think of wedding food or catering, I tend to think “it’ll be alright”. Medure’s surpassed our expectations and we’ve had our wedding guests even a week later talk about how good the egg rolls, chicken, and eggplant rollatini were at our wedding. The service was amazing and we had so much help and support from their staff.

We received so many compliments from our guests saying it was some of the best wedding food they’ve had. We got to taste-test our meal ahead of time, which was wonderful. Medure’s catering was excellent to work with from start to finish. We were in contact with Gabbey at the beginning after needing to find a new wedding venue. We were lucky that they were available on such short notice! She got us scheduled for a tasting, and took care of reserving our date without needing an up front deposit. The tasting was phenomenal and we were able to nail down exactly what we wanted. Gabbey was helpful and communicative throughout the entire planning process, and helped to put our minds at ease. We had a dessert table instead of a cookie table, which Medure’s staff set up for us after we dropped off the desserts earlier in the day. This display was beautifully executed and looked better than I had imagined. Everyone at our wedding commented on how delicious the food was, and said that it was HOT! Which is so important at weddings. We could not recommend Medure’s enough! So, so happy we made this decision. They blew us away!

Medure's Catering made our wedding at the White Barn unforgettable! The food was amazing, and our guests couldn't stop raving about it. Medure’s did an AMAZING job catering for our wedding in October 2023! From the first email to the last bite, they blew our minds. Gabbey was very communicative, helpful, and kept us in the loop throughout the entire planning process. The tasting was wonderful - the hardest part was choosing which dishes to have, since they were all so delicious. We received so many compliments on the food from our families and friends who attended. The cookie table they set up and decorated for us was beautiful. Everything flowed smoothly with the bar service and dinner buffet. Medure’s did a great job all around, and we couldn’t have been happier with their kind service. They made sure we, the bride and groom, had everything we needed during the event, and checked on us multiple times to bring anything we wanted and offered congratulations and kind wishes. The rice pilaf and mixed potatoes were so flipping good, and yes - you DEFINITELY want to serve the eggplant rollotini at your event! Even the pickiest guests loved it (groom’s father), and as someone who doesn’t even normally like eggplant, I’ve been thinking about ordering their catering again just to get another taste!

Medures was phenomenal to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process! Any and all questions we had were easily answered by Samantha and her team! Day of our wedding, the entire Medures staff was fantastic! Our cookie table display was beyond our expectations, the staff was so attentive to details and were on top of everything! Our bartenders met all of our guests needs and also went above and beyond! The food met every expectation of ours and more! We truly appreciated the staff packaging up our left over food and cookies so that we could take it home with us as well! We look forward to working with Medures again in the future.

Our wedding was this past weekend at a venue that exclusively uses Medures Catering. We got so many compliments on our food. Samantha, the catering and events manager, was very easy to work with and get in touch with. The staff that worked our wedding was great as well. Overall, utilizing Medures Catering for our food was one of the best wedding decisions we made by far.

Our wedding was at Succop Nature Park 9/9/23, which is a Medures exclusive venue. The entire staff of Medures was great to work with and the food was outstanding. The eggplant rollatini was the highlight.

From the hands on owner Pete Medure to his staff everyone is the most professional and will work tirelessly in any venue. We had a tent location at a private home. The staff set up, served, cleaned up, boxed up cookies, boxed up leftovers, no need was not met. And the food! Anyone knows, the food can make or break an event. The food as judged by the guests was the best they had ever had at a catered event! Even to the wedding running an early time line, the big ask even in moving from the kitchen location to the site 20 minutes away was able to be adjusted and even served 15 minutes before requested. And we were looking at a half hour move to an earlier serving time. And yet the quality was not affected, everything was hot and delicious. If you hire this family owned and operated catering business, you will not be disappointed. Your event will be a huge success!

The most outstanding food ever. It was absolutely delicious. Every-time I spoke to a guest the first words were the food is so wonderful. They did an amazing job with the cookie table. Also packed all our food up for us to take home.

Medure's provided phenomenal catering service during my wedding. We had breaded chicken, steak kebabs, potatoes, tri-color carrots, salad, and eggplant rollatini. All of which was delicious! Guests were raving about it all night! They are quick to respond to emails and are able to easily adapt to what dietary restrictions we had. They also were able to coordinate our meal with the seasonal vegetables that were available to match the Fall feel of our wedding!

10/10 would recommend every single time. We got married this past Saturday (9/23) & have heard nothing but great things about the food, the service & the bartenders!! They made the day so much better knowing we all were going to have an amazing meal.

Our venue, Pinehall at Eisler Farms, works only with Medure’s catering, and I’m so happy they do!! The food through Medure’s is absolutely fantastic!! We’ve received nothing but compliments on the food that was served at our wedding. I worked with Gabbi at Medure’s and she was always prompt to respond to questions, concerns, or adding specific meals. We have GF relatives and also dairy free/vegan relatives, this was not a problem for Medure’s and all our guests are still raving about our food today (we got married in June 2023).

From the tasting to the end of the evening on our wedding day, everything was perfect in between with a ton of compliments on the tasty food! Reasonably priced and worked amazingly well with the venue!

I can’t say enough great things about Samantha and the entire Medure’s staff! From day one Samantha showed her attention to detail, thoroughness and responsiveness. She was hands down the most responsive vendor we used for our wedding. The staff was friendly, attentive and very accommodating for guests with allergies and dietary restrictions. I will forever recommend Medure’s to anyone I can and will certainly be using them for future catering needs.

We used Medure’s to cater our wedding in July 2023 at Succop Nature Park with about 90 guests and had a fantastic experience. They were responsive and helpful, and most importantly, the food was AMAZING. Our guests were raving about how good the food was (the vegan eggplant rollatini was to die for). They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with dietary restrictions (vegan and gluten free in our case), and offered eco-friendly sustainable options for disposable cutlery and drink-ware. We highly recommend them for any wedding or event!

This was hands down the best wedding food I've ever had! The team worked with us to make the menu just what we were hoping for, and the eggplant rollups are a must. Kristen was super communicative leading up to the event and the whole team was kind and helpful during set-up, meal times, and tear down, including with rearranging chairs when we received some extra unanticipated guests. The bartenders were so fun and made friends with everyone. Our guests keep talking about how delicious everyone was. Would definitely recommend!
