Our food for our cocktail hour and dinner was absolutely amazing, the way they set up our cookie table was beautiful, and their staff was wonderful on our wedding day! We used the bartending services through Medure's as well, and we had so many compliments from our guests about how awesome the bartenders were! Their scheduling and event manager, Gabbey, was also very responsive and helpful throughout our entire planning process. She made planning our dinner menu a breeze and was really thoughtful in paying attention to our guests with food sensitivities! Overall, I highly recommend Medure's!!!

I’ve been to. Maybe I’m biased, but I think this was the best wedding food I’ve ever had! the set-up was seamless with no hiccups. I’m definitely okay with eating this food for the foreseeable future- we certainly have a lot! for our taste testing earlier this year and they presented us with such a delicious meal, we didn’t care to try anything different. They were very communicative and understanding when I had to send over multiple final guest counts. The day of our wedding they arrived timely, set up an amazing cookie table display, had friendly staff, and their food has received endless compliments from our guests. Most importantly, the food was so good that at least half of our guests made it a point to say how delicious the food was and that it was the best wedding food they ever had. We had their grilled filet of beef kebob, chicken scallopine, and eggplant rollatini with a few sides. The charcuterie was also a hit during cocktail hour. Our day of team led by Angelina was kind, positive, and enthusiastic. They went above and beyond helping guests. A few bonuses: Medure's provides tablecloths and cloth napkins, plates/dinnerware including water glasses, and they set up the cookie table for us! :) I cannot recommend Medure's enough. I will recommend them to everyone hosting an event and will be happy to book them in a future should I need a caterer again.

re kind, attentive, and made sure all of our guests were taken care of. 10/10 would recommend them if they are an option for your Pittsburgh venue! They even went as far as to drive guests back to the hotel in their personal vehicles when my shuttles failed to show up at the end of the night leaving guests stranded. The compassion and good nature of this company is beyond!

Our service lead was so accommodating to our guests with allergies, providing them with their own meals to ensure they were taken care of properly. The service lead also helped us with a fun photo dash by personally dismissing each table which was a fun twist to involve everyone. At the end of the night, the catering team dismantled all of our centerpieces and packed them up in our bins so the end of night was seamless for us. We were able to simply throw the leftovers, cookies, and bins in our car without having to worry about ending our reception fun early. The bartenders were also amazing and so friendly, we couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with!

ere it costs a first born child to feed people at a wedding for food that usually is very mid, Medure’s catering was a huge steal for us. I was very concerned during our initial search with venues that we were going to have to suffer and pay over $100 per plate for our guests, which to me isn’t worth it, so my fiancé and I were determined to find reasonably priced food that tasted amazing. We lucked out when we found Irons Mill that they partnered with Medure’s and that not only was their food EXCELLENT, but was priced so reasonably, that we took a huge sigh of relief. Their wait staff was kind, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommend the Irons Mill + Medure’s partnership!!

wonderful to work with, said they may be able to swing it, but that she'd have to check with the owner. 15 minutes later, she called back and confirmed that we could work on a contract, but to do a tasting first. 4 days later we did our tasting and everything was exceptional. It was truly a difficult process for us to narrow down our choices as everything was incredible. Come wedding weekend, we showed up at our venue on Friday to start decorating and get everything in order. Medure's beat us there and already had the linens set up on the tables, making everything a lot easier for us. On the day of the wedding, Medure's helped set up the Pittsburgh Cookie Table, which was also a memory table. The setup was beautiful and pictures of our loved ones who are no longer with us were visible and beautifully surrounded by cookies, cupcakes, and florals. The food on the wedding day was incredible. For cocktail hour, we decided on a charcuterie board and two hors d'oeuvres, the Toma Tomato Crostini with Boursin and the Cheese and Fresh Basil. All of it was delicious - my personal favorite being the cheese and fresh basil. We got plenty of compliments on the cocktail hour spread, as well as the staff who passed them out being pleasant, kind, and very on top of it as far as passing things out and helping keep the area clean. For dinner, we went with the Grilled Filet of Beef Kabob, the Grilled Chicken Thighs with Pesto and Lemon, Eggplant Rollatini, Penne Pasta Bake, Butternut Squash Rice, Parsley Potatoes, Sauteed Broccoli, and of course salad and bread. Everything was incredible, with the Eggplant Rollatini being the clear fan-favorite. So many people mentioned how excellent the food was and that everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. Altogether, I don't think we could have had a better caterer for our wedding if we tried. Everyone was kind, responsive, helpful, and just wonderful to work with. The food was incredible, and the help with setup made our lives so much easier. We cannot recommend Medure's enough and STRONGLY encourage anyone who's looking at caterer's to reach out to them. Thank you Medure's for helping us have the best day of our lives!

When we had our tasting, it was absolutely delicious. Not only did they set our table with the linens and napkins at our tasting, as if we were at our wedding, they also provided us with a beautiful plate to try some popular options. We figured the quality of food would go down slightly at the wedding, because they have to cook for 100+ people. Boy, were we WRONG!!!! Our guests have been non-stop raving about the food, with some telling us it was the best food they have ever eaten at a wedding. We had family fighting for leftovers!! Haha! Communication with the Medures team was so easy and efficient. We were able to swap out some items and customize our menu with ease. The eggplant rollatini was by far the best food item we chose and you could literally cut the chicken with a spoon, it was so tender! They also displayed our cookie table BEAUTIFULLY!! I am so happy we found Medure’s catering.
