fore our wedding when we were told that Megan herself would not be on site the day of our wedding to film but that one of “her” other videographers would. The guy that showed up was great, but come to find out he did not have any long-term affiliation with Megan or her company nor had he ever worked with her or heard of her before she contacted him a week before our wedding. We were promised footage back 6 weeks from our wedding day which then turned into 6 months, which has now turned into over a year of waiting. We got married in August of 2024 and have yet to receive all of our footage. We received probably half of the value of the package we paid for well over 9 months after our wedding day, and only after threatening legal action. We still have not received raw footage of my Dad’s speech and our highlight film. Megan was super uncommunicative about when (or if) we would get our footage back, I constantly reached out to her via email, text, and phone calls. She would intermittently respond with one excuse or another. I wouldn’t recommend any of my friends use her to capture their wedding day.

There was a lack of communication and direction on the wedding day, which made the experience stressful. While we were happy with the quality of the photos, it took over 6 months to receive them. This was after many text exchanges in which Megan made false promises to make things right. We are still waiting for some photos, two years later. If you are contemplating hiring Megan Odessa Media, I strongly recommend negotiating a final payment after all services/products have been delivered to your satisfaction.

the photos we have received are beautiful and reflect the quality we expected, it's now been over 10 months and we still have not received the full content as promised in our contract. Which included an original timeline of 4-6 weeks for ALL content to be delivered to us. Despite multiple follow-ups, the delays continue with vague responses or no updates at all. This has turned what should be a joyful experience into a frustrating one. Our wedding was a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and not having access to the full memories this long after the event is incredibly disappointing. We hope this review encourages better communication and accountability in the future. If you're considering working with this photographer, make sure to get clear timelines in writing and be prepared to follow up consistently.

nd all day. She also stayed 10 mins past our contracted time because we had fireworks that I wanted in our video and had gotten started late. She also worked extremely well with my photographer and DJ. I don't think I could have found a better photographer for my husband and I. I am super excited to see our videos.
