Megan Wynn Photography

We found Megan on instagram and after speaking with a few different photographers, we not only enjoyed talking to her, but thought her photographs were on a different level compared to anyone else. Our pictures turned out amazing, but maybe even more importantly, she was SUCH a joy to work with. My husband felt a little weird about the picture taking sessions, but she made us so comfortable and we ended up having fun. CANNOT recommend Megan enough! If you want to have fun and have epic pictures, she is your girl!!!

Photography is so important to my husband and I and when I saw Megan's Instagram (thank goodness for Instagram!) I knew her timeless style is exactly how I wanted our engagement/wedding pictures to come out! I felt like Megan and I were already friends once I finally met her! She was so easy to get a hold of and she makes you feel so comfortable when she's behind the camera! My husband and I are no models and somehow she made us look so natural in our pictures! I can't tell you enough how many times friends and family have said "Your pictures are SO gorgeous! This belongs in a magazine!" It's all because of Megan! If I had to do it all over again, I would choose her as our photographer over and over!! We love Megan! Thanks for everything! A year before our wedding, I fell in love with Megan's gorgeous online portfolio and knew that she had to be our photographer. I loved her vision for wedding photography and wanted her to tell our story and capture special moments. My husband and I had never been professionally photographed before our wedding day, so we worried about how it would feel. I loved that nothing with Megan was posey or staged but rather felt (and looks!) like a natural series of moments. We just received our sneak peak photos--so elegant, genuine and drop dead gorgeous. I am completely blown away. On top of it all, Megan is the sweetest! Being from Chicago, we didn't meet until wedding day, but I can honestly say I can't imagine a more easy going, organized and calming person to work with on a very busy day. Will 100% be recommending to all friends and family!

Our experience working with Megan was incredible from beginning to end - hiring her was truly the best decision we made! As soon our engagement happened, I knew photography would be one of the most important parts of our wedding day. I found Megan's work through Brides Magazine and was instantly in love with her beautiful use of light, the way her photos told a story, and the natural and loving posing of her subjects. After our first phone call, I just felt the "click" of knowing you've found a person you trust to be alongside you on the most important day of your life. Megan has a way of making you completely at ease in front of the camera, something my husband and I never thought we would feel! She knows how to pose her subjects in the most flattering ways (no double chins!) and has hilarious tricks for coaxing out natural smiles and giggles. Our engagement shoot was full of laughter and fun, and she created the most romantic images highlighting us and our gorgeous San Francisco backdrop. Our wedding day was even more amazing, especially because we had the somewhat stressful situation of having a rainstorm coming down. Megan was so reassuring, so calm, and delivered to us the most stunningly gorgeous photos of our day - you would never know she was literally standing in a downpour to capture many of them. Having her by my side throughout the day was like being with a longtime friend! Our families also noticed and loved Megan's energy and we all knew we were in the most capable hands. Looking through our wedding photos brings back every single memory of the best day of our lives, with all of the details captured perfectly. Our photos are so stunning and we are constantly told that they should be "on the cover of a magazine." What an incredible feeling! I cannot recommend Megan highly enough- and my next mission in life is to find another occasion for her to photograph.
