Megan and Garrett are nothing short of AMAZING. They honestly don't get enough credit for all that they do, they provide so much more than just photography. They are so passionate about their craft and their love for each other shines through in their work which makes them them perfect duo. They are easy to work with, make you feel comfortable, and do whatever it takes to make your day special. We are so fortunate to have had the opportunity to know them, work with them, and have them capture our love. We couldn’t have gotten married without these two! Garrett and Megan knew what to do and guided us throughout the entire day. We are so indebted to them and recommend them to everybody! (We were married in College Park, MD February 2022) Megan and Garrett are a married couple who have a passion for making their clients feel so special on their big day! During our research on photographers was a little stressful, but once we met the Mega Pixels team & clicked through their portfolio, we fell in love with their work! I see our photographs as an investment and Megan and Garrett are committed to delivering on excellent photographs and putting everyone at ease in the process. I don't often feel gorgeous and glamorous, but on my wedding day I certainly did, and the photographs reflect it, too. My partner is notorious for closing his eyes in photos but so many have his eyes open and smile poppin! Our wedding guests on the dance floor is the highlight, and so many moments were captured. Lemme start this by saying I am a pro-photographer, and know that I have obnoxiously high standards when it comes to the industry. I want to be able to see a wide and solid portfolio, easy booking, clear communication, passionate folks behind the camera, and most importantly, beautiful photos. Megan and Garrett checked all of those boxes, and then a whole bunch of other ones that weren't even on my radar. We had a session with Megan for some quick pre-wedding pics which was beyond fun and adventurous, but having the two of them together for our very non-traditional wedding celebration was truly watching the dream team in action. I'm still blown away by how can those two be so funny and adorable and charismatic and literally every single place the action was happening?! I know they're a duo, but the photos we got back look like they had an entire army of photographers capturing every wild moment and detail. Working with Garrett and Megan feels like hanging out with old friends, and being comfortable in front of the camera is a huge part of successful photos. My husband and I's Giant Awkward Turtle Selves trusted their talent and process, and it paid off big-time because we look AMAZING beyond our wildest imagining. Our photos are stunning. Where do I begin with Megapixels! Garrett and Megan are very easy going and such great people. When we interviewed photographers for our wedding in November 2021, Megapixels checked off all of our boxes (worked at our venue before, Black-owned business, and just overall good vibes). Not only did they check boxes but they are a couple duo at that! It was a no brainer to move forward with them. We had our complimentary engagement session in late October and can I say, what a dynamic team! My fiancé and I are not big behind the camera but they made our love shine through and captured so many special photos for us to have for a lifetime. We received our photos back in less than two weeks and we are over the moon happy with their professionalism and product. We also wanted our fur baby involved in our photos as well and Megapixels did not disappoint with how wonderfully they capture us but our fur baby as well. Look no further, they are the real deal. I highly recommend! Can't wait to make more memories with Megapixels in 2021!

Where to begin!? First of all, Megan and Garrett are just the most awesome, friendly, dope and down to Earth people ever! From the first few minutes we sat down with them we knew we wanted them to be our photographers for our wedding! They were so fun and engaging during our engagement shoot and then, despite us having to postpone our wedding to late August due to COVID-19, they stuck with us and made our wedding absolutely perfect! From our fun conversations about Marvel movies and sweet team Avatar vibes, Jocelyn and I couldn't have imagined having a more amazing experience than we had with Megan and Garrett. Despite the stress and nerves that come with planning and executing a wedding, they keep you smiling and relaxed throughout the day. We both laughed and smiled so much on our big day and they were a huge part of it, not just taking photos but really participating and living in the moment with you! Megapixels Media are awesome! We are/were a 2020 couple affected by COVID, but when we decided to still get married this year in a small ceremony and have our big celebration next year, they were great to work with. Megapixels Media was flexible during the unknown and once we made the decision to still get married this year, they were great to work with to add on extra time to our package. Fast forward to today, we just got our photos yesterday and they are BEAUTIFUL! We got our photos less than 2 weeks after the wedding, which is faster than I expected, and I love them. They did a fantastic job of showing the intimacy of our small ceremony and the love felt that day. I picked Megapixels Media because I wanted to have photos that captured the feelings and brought memories to life, and they did just that! Highly recommend!!

Megan and Garrett are beyond amazing! Working with them was by far one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They have a great balance of being organized and laid back, and I will be forever grateful for their patience and gentle guidance for two people who are not super comfortable with being the center of attention and capturing my favorite photos by far. Megan and Garrett were so much fun to work with! I found their website while looking at my venue’s preferred vendor list. I loved their style and the fact they were a husband and wife team and later found out Garrett went to high school with my husband. During our engagement shoot, they were open to any ideas we had and made us feel comfortable. They were very responsive to any questions we had and gave great vendor recommendations. Megapixels Media were the first and only photographers we interviewed when beginning the process for planning our wedding. From the first video chat we knew that we had to meet with them and that our search was over. During our first meeting it felt as though we were catching up with old friends instead of a business encounter (which to us was a great thing). Megapixels Media was the best decision we could have made for our engagement and wedding photographers. The packages they offer are great and reasonably priced. They make you feel comfortable right from the start with a introduction meeting. They bring samples of their work and provide detail information on what you can expect from them. They also provided ideas for engagement locations. My now husband and I aren't big picture taking people but Garrett and Megan gave us some pointers and tips & tricks the whole way through. At the wedding they felt more like part of the party than working vendors. They are very professional and a dynamic duo to say the least.

Garrett and Megan literally were the dynamic duo. They really put in the work to prepare for and execute for our multi-cultural, multi-ceremony wedding day. They had never done an indian wedding before and were open to us sending them descriptions and sample photos to make sure they captured the special moments. They were always open to talking via Facetime or getting together in person as we got closer to our wedding day. They really put in 110% to get the epic photos. We never had a moment during the day when we were wondering if they were capturing the special moments. On top of being true professionals, they were both amazing people to work with. It was a major plus to have Garrett with my husband, and Megan with me through the day. Not to mention that Megan was my angel that day because when I was so stressed about time and running late, she knew enough to make sure we took 30 seconds for me to have photos with my Mom and those are really the most precious gift now. They were great at bouncing ideas off of, when we were unsure of the types of picture we wanted. The final pictures were more than we could have hope for. Thank you Garrett and Megan. The day would not have a been a success without your services, and we can't wait for another excuse to work together again :)

These photographers are awesome! I recently done a photoshoot with them and they are amazing! You can really tell these individuals are about the customers and their special day! They are very knowledgeable on great angels to take snap shots and more! I recommend this company to all whom need a professional photographer! Thank you Megan and Garrett!!!!

We were provided with poor customer service by megapixel media and today were forced to cancel our contract . We met with this couple earlier this year for our wedding which will be the end of august , 2018. Since the initial meeting in march , which last about 30-40 minutes, not once has this couple called us. They did not show up for our walk through at the wedding venue on Friday july 6th and did not give us the courtesy of calling us to let us know they would not be coming. We found out that they would not be there as we arrived at the venue . They never took the time to speak with us to even try to reschedule another time to visit the venue and claimed they were in constant contact with our planner . We were told by our planner that they have a very busy schedule . On June 29th I contacted the husband/owner to request dates he had available for an engagement shoot . He responded with an email ( not even a call) and gave me available dates of June 30th , the NEXT DAY ( anytime between 10am and 3pm in DC). the other times he emailed were as follows July 1st( 3.30pm at Patterson Park) , July 28th( 8am-11am in Baltimore ) and August 19th (8am-11am) . If you review the dates and times it is clear megapixel media gave us times they had available for our wedding engagement photoshoots that were extremely inconvenient. I am still perplexed as to why they would give us the following day as an option when any bride knows it takes preparation and some level of co-ordination to prepare for a photoshoot. What is most disheartening is that I requested via email an original date of August 11th for my engagement photos, received an email from him stating that he was booked on August 11th, but later just happened to come across the couple's business instagram page . On their instagram page there was a post that stated they were going to be on vacation in St Lucia on vacation from August 10th-15th. They actually told us they were booked that day when in fact they were going on vacation. Just horrible . This couple denied our request for a refund of our $500 deposit.
