s and groupings are important to you which I loved! On the wedding day, we knew 100% we'd made the right call in hiring Meghan. Our entire families fell in love with her too! She's so efficient-- neither of us are big into having photos taken and we wanted to spend as much time as possible with our guests. She was so quick and we were enjoying cocktail hour before we knew it! My partner and I aren't very photogenic and can be awkward in front of the camera-- Meghan completely works magic on this!! She tells you exactly what to do. Some photographers use vague instructions like "stand like you're in love then laugh", but Meghan tells each person EXACTLY what to do ("put your hand here, move your leg to the left, kiss, etc"). Our families loved this too! Now onto the photos....she captured the "feel" of our day better than I imagined possible! When I look back at our photos, it brings us right back to our wedding day. Everything down to the lighting, how the sky looked that day, the colors, everything was edited amazingly! No overediting and color over saturation (which is so common), and truly feels like stepping back to June 25th. She was also super prompt with this, and got our sneak peek to us within 3 days and our photos to us within 2 weeks. Hiring Meghan will be your easiest decision during wedding planning!

t things to consider in planning our big day. We chose Meghan because we loved her portfolio and had a genuinely good time chatting with her during our initial zoom interview. She was flexible with scheduling our initial call and worked with our preferred times. She came to the call ready to get to know us and what we were looking for in a photographer. Meghan’s packages are well thought out and well priced. We were so happy that an engagement shoot was included with the package we chose! This gave us a great opportunity to work with Meghan before our wedding and really get to know her and get comfortable in front of the camera. Meghan went out of her way to scout out and book our location for the shoot, so everything was perfect. It was so much fun and she was so engaging, we almost forgot there was even a camera there! Our engagement photos came back quickly (less than 2 weeks!)and were beautiful, making us even more excited to work with Meghan again for our wedding. Leading up to our wedding day, Meghan was very interactive sending out a survey for us to provide info on must have shots, names of key friends and family, and any other info she might benefit from and she happily received the shot list and day of timeline I sent out. Our ceremony location had a very interesting layout that we thought may be challenging and require some pre-planning for the photographer to be in the right place at the right time during each part of the ceremony. We invited Meghan to join us the evening of our rehearsal and she was happy to attend for a very reasonable hourly fee. It was super beneficial to have her there providing input with the added bonus that she got to meet our wedding party ahead of time! On the big day, Meghan arrived early to set up and was super flexible when things weren’t quite running on schedule. She was creative in problem solving and made sure to use her time wisely to ensure that we got all of the photos we wanted without missing too much time with our guests. All day long, Meghan was flexible, engaged and attentive. Some of my favorite photos are the candids I didn’t even realize she was taking! We got our online gallery of photos back so quickly, I’m honestly still shocked that it was so fast and the quality is so great! I would recommend Meghan in a heartbeat, she is friendly, professional, creative, and very good at what she does.
