Megpie's Events

So happy to have selected Megpies as a vendor for set up and takedown. We told Megan our plan for layout and she put it into action, making it even better than we had envisioned. (And helpfully pointing out our original layout blocked a key walkway). Cleaned up everything and put into our car for easy pickup the next day. Megan and her team are hardworking and great at what they do. They put same care into it that you’d expect if it was family members wedding. Highly recommend.

Megan and her team did an excellent job setting up and tearing down our ceremony and reception decor. I would definitely recommend her to future brides!

Megpie’s Events did our set up/take down for our decorations. MegPie's Events was amazing. I made a detailed list of how I wanted it and she did exactly what I wanted and more! You might not think you need this service and maybe you are thinking of having your friends and family set up and take down, but believe me they have enough to do on the day of the wedding and when the reception’s over you want them to be able to come to the after party with you or just relax if you aren’t having one. The last thing any guest wants to do after a long fun filled wedding is take down all of your decorations. Using MegPie’s Events for our wedding was the greatest decision.

We used Megpie's for our wedding in Tampa and they were absolutely amazing!! They were able to take the set up and takedown off of our plates and that was a huge relief. We were able to focus on the actual wedding and knew that our families wouldnt be stuck working at the end of the night. We rented some nice decorations as well and saved money over buying it all. Megan and her crew are all awesome to talk to and always available. A much worth it part to your wedding that most people dont even realize they need.
