What I thought would be a stressful process and purchase was quickly erased within minutes of our first visit with Melissa. When we started talking engagement my husband said we just had to go to Meierotto's. His family exclusively used them and we would be too. I was indifferent and figured they were just another jewelry store, but I was wrong. Not only do they produce gorgeous jewelry, but they treat everyone who walks in the door like a number one priority. They are always so helpful and prompt with their work. I took it in to get it fixed and before I could mention it was for my wedding TOMORROW the woman helping me said "I can tell this is for a big event tomorrow and I promise we will get this fixed today." and they did! My husband and I wanted a very specific gold ring for his wedding band. We wanted a solid yellow gold ring, with an engraving of The Last Supper around the band. We had never seen a ring like this before, but we thought this would be simple, since we knew what we wanted. We were turned down by multiple jewelers, noting that the design was just to intricate and the request was impossible, and if it were possible the amount it would cost was completely outside of our budget. After our fourth "no" we found Meierotto's. We worked with their talent associate, Matt Gonzales, and he took our idea from concept, into reality! Matt, and the team at Meierotto's did an outstanding job! Within 6 weeks, his custom-made wedding band was ready to be picked up. It looked even better than we imagined! My husband actually started wearing it before we got married because loved it so much. It's exactly what we were wanting, and it brings me so much joy to know my husband loves his wedding ring as much as I love mine! Not only is it family owned & operated, but the family truly cares about each customer's experience & hire staff that will maintain those values. I spent a considerable amount on my engagement ring at Meierottos & have sent at least a dozen other people there since. While all of us spent very different amounts, all of them thanked me profusely. My experiences have been the same ever since. When buying my wedding bands, gifts & even their registry department. Their attitude towards customer service is the difference. They care about earning your long term business & will put forth whatever time necessary to help find the right thing, educate you on something you've been researching, or even just socializing so every interaction is relaxed. You will never ever get pushed or feel rushed. To buy jewelry anywhere else would be foolish. To buy engagement rings and weddings bands anywhere else would be MORE than foolish.

Jenny has been terrific in help me find some lovely pieces. I have become very attached to the Tacori line and with her help she has put together several lovely collections. As far as I am concerned this is the only store in town to purchase your next jewelry treasurer.

I have been doing business with Meierotto Jewelers for over 30 years. Beginning with Carol and most recently working with Jenny I won't go anywhere else. They are currently repairing a vintage engagement ring for my daughter and I wouldn't trust anyone else. From my first piece of jewelry, a simple silver bracelet, to a bridal set, designer jewelry, and a Rolex, they have always been fair-priced and have very unique pieces. I love that I can customize almost anything, too! Most work is done right there on site and very quick turn around time. I know I'll be back!

Jenny Meierotto bent over backwards to help me out. I have never experienced such a high level of honesty, integrity, and customer service in my life. Not only did she spend time assisting me with my purchase from Meierotto's, she even went out of her way to help right a wrong created by a competitor of hers, despite the fact that she knew it would not result in a sale for her or her company. Honestly, I can not recommend Meierotto's enough. If the abnormally high quality of staff is not enough of a reason to use Meierotto's as your jeweler, then the amazing selection should be. Of the half dozen jewelers I looked at for an engagement ring, Meierotto's had the largest and best selection. After our experience, my fiance and I have decided that Jenny is our Jeweler for life.

We spent 3 hours at the store and the manager never got impatient with us. She helped us find a ring that was within our budget that I loved. The store owner was there and chatted with us. My fiancé took me to Meierotto's in December of 2015 to get an idea of what I would like for my engagement ring. I found a perfect style from Verragio. They sized my ring size and documented the style number in their computer system. My fiancé didn't realize (when he planned to purchase my ring and take it home with him that same day) that it takes time to order the ring from the designer and have it shipped to the store. We were traveling for my birthday in April and he had planned to propose while we were on our trip. Meierotto's let him borrow the store's stock ring with the diamond he chose until the ring he ordered for me was delivered. Meierottos has always provided us with incredible customer service and attention to detail! We recently purchased my wedding ring from Fisher and she was so knowledgable and helpful! We will continue to be customers of Meierottos for many years to come.

Despite there being issues with our rings that were out of Meierotto's control, they quickly and diligently worked with the vendors of our rings to get the issues corrected for us. As a guy walking in knowing nothing about what my gal would want in an engagement ring. I was introduced to Emily Meierotto letting her know I needed an engagement ring for my gal. She asked me several questions, but every answer was "I don't know" and finally I said "she doesn't wear any jewelry". I explained my gals personality to Emily and about 15 options were presented in front of me in no time. I was able to quickly narrow it down to a couple that looked perfect. I was introduced to the wonderful world of Meierotto's Jewelers through my husband's family. They designed my perfect wedding ring using family diamonds, and far exceeded any expectations I had. You can imagine my sadness when I realized I had been a little rough on my ring and knocked a diamond loose (totally my fault!). We don't live in KC, so I sent the ring to the store, and the same day it arrived to the store I received a call from the owner, Emily. My family has used Meierotto's for years: we had my mom's ring reset with a new setting, my sister is buying her ring here and my fiance' proposed with his grandmother's ring. We had experience buying new jewelry here but had my engagement ring sized, the metal changed and all of it cleaned within a day. They really went above and beyond, as this quick of service is unusual for a jeweler. When we saw my future-in-laws they cried seeing the ring, it was an amazing feeling. We will be back for the wedding rings and more but can't recommend and thank Meierotto's enough. It may be a drive but the selection, service and experience is well worth it.

Once I knew I was going to be needing an engagement ring, I was overwhelmed with that to do, where to go, what to spend, etc. I was told by a family friend that I MUST go to Meierotto's, so I went. Upon arriving I was so nervous, thinking that I would pick out the wrong ring, spend too much, not find the perfect one, etc. Once I walked into the store, I grabbed a number, took a quick stroll around the store and viewed the large inventory. My number was called quickly, and walked up Katie. I explained my situation, told her what I thought. She then asked a few simple questions and began to help walk me through the entire process. We soon began designing every element of the ring. From picking out the individual diamonds, to the size of the "halo", to each diamond in the band, etc. She would sketch out some designs and then begin to match up some current inventory with what she thought we were talking about. We soon had something that I thought my girlfriend would fall head over heels with. Once it came time to getting the ring designed, I went to pick it up. Once I saw this ring, my jaw was on the floor. I don't know what else to say. The sparkle was unlike anything I had ever seen. We knew she would love it. I was blown away with what the final product was. I put my faith in them at this store and they didn't disappoint! I was a first time customer off the street and they treated me as if I had been a life time customer in there every day. Now I am not just some guy off the street, I am a life time customer of Meierotto's! Thank you for making mine and my fiance's dreams come true!

I first heard about Meierotto Jewelers through friends, family, and simply growing up in Kansas City. So, when I finally found the right girl for me, I knew immediately I would visit them to see if they were the right jeweler for the job. It was a Friday afternoon when I first entered Meierotto's and was warmly welcomed by everyone in their staff. I was especially impressed with Kris - one of their fine employees who would become my best friend for the day. Kris and I worked tirelessly to find the perfect band and stone for what would become the most beautiful ring I have ever seen (maybe I'm a little biased because it's currently sitting on the hand of the most beautiful girl I've ever seen). Kris knew exactly what I wanted - whether or not I could fully express to her what I was looking for. After some time, the ring was decided on, and I felt much more confident than I thought I was going to when I first walked in. Kris wasn't pushy at all - none of their employees are - and she assured me the ring would be crafted by Monday. And, when I say "crafted," I mean "flawlessly crafted." My vision for the ring had alterations to the band and prongs, and they did it -perfectly. So, whether you're located in the Kansas City metro or even a 100 mile radius, I heavily recommend Meierotto Jewelers as your first (and probably only) stop. Their prices are competitive, and I assure you I could not have found a better band/stone for a better price. Everything about my experience was perfect - special thanks to Kris and the jewelers. It's just a shame that I won't ever have to buy another engagement ring (fingers crossed), but I will definitely return for any other jewelry throughout my life. There is a reason they are Best of the Knot! Meierotto is THE place to go for you engagement ring. My fiance brought in a special family ring and we weren't sure what we wanted to do with it. They showed us a number of options and we ended up using the stones in a custom setting. We received remarkable customer service. They never made me feel uncomfortable, answered all my questions, and didn't get impatient when I asked to see this or that and these and those. They have TONS of rings and I was elated when a custom piece wasn't out of the question. Fisher designed a piece of the setting on the underside that resembles our chapel. Breathtaking and unbelievable. Now I know we never have to look around - this is the only jewelry store we need!

We purchased my engagement ring and our bands from Meierotto and I am completely satisfied. The sales people work with you to make sure you find the perfect ring for you. They were so patient, but willing to offer input when asked. My husband was going in thinking he wanted something plan, but found a great unique band. I am so pleased and plan to use them for other jewelry purchases in the future.

Meierotto Jewelers is the best jeweler in town. They have the greatest selection of rings, watches, jewelery in general. They are family owned and it shows in their compassion for their customers. Tyler was very attentive and helped us in every avenue of finding rings. He helped my husband design my engagement ring and when the initial stone that was selected was sold to another customer, he went out of his way to find a diamond with us in mind. I don't know of any other jeweler that would take that much time to make sure that his customers are happy. The value and quality is top notch, you would be silly to shop anywhere else!

Excellent customer service during every visit and high value for our beautiful wedding bands. Emily was able to find the most beautiful rings I've ever seen to fit around my vintage engagement ring - something other stores couldn't easily do. All around MUCH better than the popular store in the mall we almost went with. Was only able to give 3 stars for service rating because the one hiccup we had was that they somehow "forgot" to have my fiancé's ring engraved. Didn't notice until after he paid off the balance and brought them home (supposed to be kept as a surprise to him). They were unable to explain why and were very embarrassed about the mistake, but was able to correct it on the spot a week before our wedding. Even after that, I would continue to shop with Meierotto's.

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Meierotto from a recommendation from a friend. Since we are not from that area, we shopped around our hometown for wedding bands. I initially didn't find many that I liked or that matched very well, but when I would find one I did like, the quality just did not compare to my engagement ring. We ended up driving back to Meierotto to shop for the bands. I was able to bring a photo in of a ring that I really loved and they pulled out 5 boxes of bands that all looked similar for me to choose from. Meierotto really is the highest quality you can find and I am so happy with my ring. They have amazing customer service who is dedicated to helping you find exactly what you want. They have on-site jewelers which is a huge plus, so they were able to size the ring for me on the spot and I did not have to wait for them to send it off for two weeks like some other jewelers. My husband had a great experience picking out my ring. We had seen the ring on a visit together and they were able to work with him to find the perfect diamond that he wanted within his budget. Meierotto has been so helpful. As someone who has never owned fine jewelry they have answered all my questions with patience. They also have worked extremely hard to get my ring perfect. As a perfectionist I notice every detail. There have been a few bumps in the road, but I am very happy with my ring and the service I have been provided. I plan to continue to buy my jewelry from Meierotto due to the importance they place on making sure I am happy. Most places wouldn't care after you purchase your ring, but it is clear they do.

We were very happy with our wedding rings! Lindsay helped us and was fantastic! She wasn't pushy and did her best to make sure we were happy. In fact she tried to help us save money instead of pointing us to a more expensive ring. Our rings are so beautiful! There selection is one of the biggest we have found! I had found one online from my favorite designer and they had it.

I must have looked for engagement rings for 6 months to "help" my fiancé make a good choice. I found a couple styles I liked and emailed Meierottos to see if they could bring those in. They not only found the styles I wanted, but also suggested some that were similar. Fisher was especially helpful and patient in helping us decide on the most beautiful ring within our budget. The service and selection of rings were amazing! I went back a year later to find a matching wedding band and got the same terrific service! My fiancé and I had gone to two other stores before going to Meierotto and never had an experience. It felt more like a chore than something fun until we went to Meierotto. I can't say enough about how amazing the experience was. We were offered drinks and snacks while in the store browsing and never felt pushed into a decision. We enjoyed looking a number of bands before narrowing it down to two. At that point the sales person took us aside so we could watch a game on TV that we were planning on watching prior to our stop and brought out center stones for us to choose from. While sipping on our drinks and snacking the sales staff educated us on the 4Cs and helped us figure out what made sense for our budget. Shortly after looking at center stones I was able to figure out which of the two bands I couldn't live without and we were able to find a stunning center diamond. We are definitely going to be customers for life. Even my fiancé will tell you picking out my ring at Meierotto was on of his favorite moments this year. To top it off the ring that we got was astronomically prettier than anything else we had seen at similar prices. I can't wait to go back and pick our wedding bands!!!

After visiting Meierotto, we were proved wrong. They have a great selection, and my fiance got both my engagement band and we both got our wedding bands there. We love Meierotto's! My husband had my engagement ring custom-made there, using diamonds he'd acquired from his mother and my grandmother. It is the most beautiful ring, I couldn't be happier with it! He spent about $2000 on it, and for a custom ring with 74 diamonds on it (not kidding! and he only came to them with three!), that is an unbelievable deal. We live on the east coast currently, and so we thought it would make sense to get my husband's wedding band out there. We wanted to use the gold from his mom's engagement ring, such that no additional gold was even necessary. Jewelers in Richmond, Virginia told us it would be about $750 to melt down the gold and shape into a ring his size. This was over my budget, so I called Meierotto's...they did it for $275! We had a great experience with them, and they were so careful to recreate our family jewelry into rings for us that were so beautiful and unique. We would recommend them a hundred times over. Great service, great quality, and great prices!

We bought both my engagement ring, wedding band and my husband's wedding band here. The service and selection here were great. I have gotten a ton of compliments on my ring, I think it is beautiful and unique. Their service is amazing. I went in a week or so before the wedding to have my engagement ring cleaned and pick up my husband's wedding band. The next morning I noticed one of the small diamonds on my engagement ring had fallen out. I returned to Meierotto's and when the sales person saw me come in I didn't even have to wait for my number to be called before she asked why I was back so soon. I showed her my ring and she immediately had the diamond replaced and apologized for not checking better for loose diamonds after the cleaning. I was worried I would have to pay to have a diamond replaced but it was no big deal for them to quickly fix the issue. That is great service.

My husband did such a great job picking out my engagement ring and he had great help from Meierotto's. We have claimed them to be our family jewelers now. We got my two bands and his band from there and love them. They are so great to work with and have a huge selection. They spent quality time with us looking for what we wanted. The only thing we don't like is having to pay extra for the engraving, and soldering of the bands. But it's just another expense after spending so much already that it was kind of annoying. Other than that, we love going there and will continue to go there for a long time.
