we had chosen broke down near the hotel where we got ready. However, they had another car already there as a back up. It was like if nothing had happened. The gentleman that drove us was so sweet. Calmed my nerves when we got to the church and was so excited for us when we returned as husband and wife. I would definitely recommend them for any special occasion you may have. They give 110% to make sure that you are happy. Great choice!

The day of our wedding, the driver arrived on time and was extremely professional and friendly. The car was clean and was beautiful for our pictures. Be very aware of the contract, and make sure you are specific, because they speak fluent Spanish, and they are very incompetent. I could not even take pictures with my husband, because the car I rented the front radiator blew out black smoke. Therefore my dress would have been ruin. I hope this never happens to future couples. And, I will report this company to the better business bureau!

appen at every event that aren’t planned… that’s tolerable… but a flat out error after being confirmed more than twice? Not ok with me at all. Waiting at the church for over 30 minutes after our ceremony with my groom, brother, mother and grandmother in my wedding gown and heels, sweating, not enjoying our cocktail reception was NOT my idea of how I was going to spend my first few minutes as a newlywed. We were supposed to be taken to our reception in our limo immediately after our wedding party (our venue was 1 mile away). We paid in full prior to our wedding and our receipt said our reception venue location, our coordinator confirmed our venue location and the driver ended up taking our entire wedding party to a completely different location on a Friday afternoon in prime time traffic time…. Our party got to our cocktail reception late and we didn’t get to enjoy our cocktail reception at all. Advice to future brides who book Meilan – make sure that your driver knows EXACTLY where he is going to pick you up, drop you off, etc. I will never recommend Meilan to anyone, ever. Nonetheless, we tipped our driver because he said that he was told by the company the address to the other reception venue that he mistakenly took our party to. We didn’t feel it was fair to blame him for an order he said came from the company.

e part of their family. Alex my driver was pleasant to work with he ensured i stayed hydrated and offered my dad and I water before we went inside. They also wait for you after the ceremony for champagne toast with your new husband and for photos. Loved your service!!  

the reception place. We did not get any refund from the antique or any apologies even though the car broke down and it was unable to bring us back to the reception. so that was a disappointment.

Our driver arrived on time at the location where I was getting ready (but that's about the only thing he did right). When we arrived at the ceremony site, he was parked about a block from the entrance to the venue. I had to ask him to drive me up to the door and, after some hesitation, he eventually did. While I was waiting to get out of the limo to get married, he started asking me about the time frame for the ceremony because he had somewhere he had to be. I kindly reminded him that we had paid for 3 hours and that he could not leave during our ceremony. Afterall, we booked the limo to take me to the ceremony site and then go take pictures nearby with our bridal party. That's what we agreed on when my parents paid for the service. After the ceremony (which lasted about 30 minutes), he kept telling my maid of honor he had to leave. I kindly reminded him we had him for another 2 hours and that he had to wait. While the bridal party was taking pictures, he had the hood of his limo up and even drove a few feet like that! I WAS MORTIFIED and honestly a little stressed. We still had plenty of time left and yet I felt pressured to hurry up and finish taking our pictures. In fact, after receiving my wedding pictures, I realized he had the hood of his limo up in several shots. I could not believe it. When I called the company to complain, they listened and said they would follow-up with my parents but NEVER did. Stay away from this company...even if they offer you a "deal'. Pay a little more and go with someone else. It'll be worth the extra money.

m the 60's that had a red interior to match my wedding scheme. It kept on turning on and off, the air-conditioning was decent. It was a nice experience but looking back it was a luxury overall that wasn't really worth it, but added a nice touch.

of the top transportation services. On my way to the church, the car almost broke down in the middle of a busy highway. Luckily my father helped me stay calm and well we made it to the church. I arrived to the church in a Bentley and left in a Rolls Royce. They were quick to take care of the problem.

they had given me the wrong price for the service that they had promised and confirmed days prior! The lady was very rude and did not care that my wedding was the following day! Horrible customer services!! Would never use their services again nor recommend it to no one because I wouldn't want a bride to go through what I did! I had to argue with her for over 15-20 mins and some how compromise so that I wouldn't have to go through the hassle of looking for service somewhere else! If you do use their services make sure to have it in writing because they would throw it in your face that you don't have one with them and that they don't want to service you instead of keeping their word!

Their prices could be a bit more competitive, but over all their service was great! My driver helped ease the nerves the entire way to the wedding.

o many to select from - this is good because if, and it could happen these are old cars, one of them breaks down they have many others similar or the same that can come to the rescue. We chose the 1936 Rolls, what a beautiful car!! After the wedding going to the reception location everybody on the streets were honking, looking, taking pics, feeling our happiness :) And the driver such a humble and nice man, professional and very experienced; he would give us such good advice from the wedding to our new life together... service was excellent, I would recommend Meilan to any couples who are looking for real professionals and excellent quality antique cars

I had Tony drive me around town in a beautiful Silver Bentley! This is not your typical wedding limo company -- they even showed up with a bottle of champagne and two glasses for me and my husband. What a great day, thank you Meilan!

The owner Aracelys and her husband are kind and so great! The day of my wedding their son was my driver and he was just as kind and SUPER SUPER on top of everything! He helped me with my dress, gave us champagne, spoke to my dad and myself on the way to the church, you name it... they did it! YOU MUST USE THIS COMPANY!!! HIGHLYYYY RECOMMEND!

work with. On the day of the wedding, the limo was there on time (which is HUGE!). The inside of the limo had champagne glasses and pretty napkins, ice in the coolers, all the good stuff. The driver knew exactly where we were going. I never had to tell him directions, and he got us to the Church early. When all the bridesmaids had to go in the Church, the limo drive was so kind! I was wearing a trumpet style dress, and he kindly helped get out of the car and even helped make sure my train was looking good! And now, the reason he was my miracle worker! We had to drive from Miami Beach (where the Church was) to Coconut Grove (where the reception was). Somehow, the limo driver knew that the main bridge leaving Miami Beach was closed, due to an accident, and he took us another route, which ensured that we got to our reception place on time! Without his traffic knowledge, we would have been stuck in 3 hours of traffic (little few of our guests, unfortunately).

's staff was extremely punctual and they helped me in and out of the car and provided shelter from the rain. Excellent service and beautiful vehicles!

e wedding to confirm pickup and drop-off and were very friendly. All in all a good vendor.. our driver was moody and snapped at the maid of honor, and called the bride for directions to pickup (mapquest anyone?) and then got lost on the way to the church (again.. mapquest? navigation??), but perhaps a fluke incident.. great company, great cars, great quality and service.
