Crystal did my makeup and Gena did my hair for my elopement in Maui and they did an amazing job. Everything turned out 100x better than I imagined and I felt so beautiful. I had only had my makeup professionally done once before and it was painfully obvious they did not have experience with Asian features. Crystal knocked it out of the park - I didn't have to request to change a single thing at the end. They were so perfect!

The MAB team were fabulous to work with! I had my bridal hair and makeup trial with Mariane and Amanda a few days before the wedding. They were both so sweet, professional and efficient. On the wedding day, Amanda had a family emergency, but the MAB team quickly found Gena to step in at the last minute to do hair. Mariane and Gena were fantastic - they were both kind, friendly, calming, and amazing at what they do. When I looked in the mirror for the first time, I felt so beautiful. They happily incorporated the minor changes that I wanted made after my trial. My bridesmaids and mum also got their hair and makeup done, and they looked stunning (and I could tell they all felt so beautiful too). They also did hair and light makeup for our flower girl, who was so happy. Our hair and makeup stayed so well the entire day and evening - we were all so impressed. Highly recommend!!

MeiLi is a true artist. She is extremely talented and amazing. I eloped in Hawaii and picked MeiLi since she had done makeup on deeper skin tones. Not only was my makeup flawless, my hair was beautiful. I am a Black bride with deep skin and neutral undertones. It can be hard to find a makeup artist who has the correct shades for my skin. MeiLi went above and beyond!

I cannot stress how in love I was with mine and my bridesmaids hair and makeup! I by happenstance met MeILi very last minute for her to do my makeup for my engagement shoot which was also on Maui! She was then on the recommended list from my wedding planner and it was a NO BRAINER! She is absolutely amazing and so is her team! Her vibe and energy is just through the roof! She even does a meditation and centering session for the bride during the makeup session, which was soo special and much needed on such a special and busy day! I cannot stress how much I love MeILi and her team!♥️♥️

Meili. Where do I begin? I met Meili just after I got engaged in Maui, and I was somehow able to get a last-minute trial with her. From then on, I developed a soul connection with this incredible woman who gave me the honor of doing my makeup for my Indian and Western weddings a year later. Meili is an incredibly gifted artist, healer, and nature goddess, and the way she has chosen to express her talent is through doing makeup for brides. I am a plastic surgeon, and I was awed by her flawless, almost surgical precision and control over her craft. She created two very different but equally stunning looks for me for my different events and somehow captured the essence of me for both—I felt completely like myself, just the most beautiful version of myself. I have always had makeup artists “cake” makeup on me, but her makeup feels like second skin but somehow manages to look pristine through tears, sweat, and dancing late into the night. She specializes in making women with diverse skin tones feel beautiful, and I have never felt more beautiful than when Meili has done my makeup. She created my mother’s makeup looks too, and I felt so much joy that my mother—the woman who has sacrificed so much for me, and always puts everyone else’s needs before hers—realized how incredibly gorgeous she really is, even now. Meili’s calming spiritual presence soothes any stress or nerves you have on wedding day, and I really think I would have had a different wedding experience if it hadn’t been for Meili. Amanda and Crystal did hair and make-up for my wedding last week and I can't rave about them enough! I typically don't wear much makeup and I wanted to make sure I looked like myself on my wedding day. They made me look and feel amazing! Everyone in our group loved how they looked on our big day. Meili was a total godsend for my wedding day! After a bad experience with another vendor, she agreed to take me on last-minute and made me feel like a queen, delivering exactly the vision I had and made it even better than I could've imagined! My airbrush makeup and hair lasted through many tears and wind, heat, and sweat at my ocean-side wedding and everyone commented how amazing it was throughout the day! It was a challenge to find an artist who was comfortable working with Asian hair and features, and who knew how to enhance them instead of making them look different. Meili specializes in this area and has a passion for making Asian women feel beautiful on their wedding day. We had 9 bridesmaids, 2 mothers, and a flower girl, so there was a LOT going on. We never felt rushed or stressed, the team was so flexible and helpful. 2. They listened to each girl’s request and really made them shine! 3. They really made sure the day felt special Overall, I was SO happy with how my hair and makeup came out, it really felt personalized and truly special. Cannot recommend the team enough!

Not only were they super accommodating when it came to having to reschedule my wedding due to Covid, but not once did I feel stressed about the situation or working with them. LOVED working with this vendor. I used MAB for my bridal party and my own hair & makeup for my wedding on 1.12.20. They were extremely professional, helpful, & responsive throughout the whole process. They also gave me an excellent recommendation for somewhere close to my accomodations for a mani/pedi and an on site spray tan a couple days prior to the event. It rained a little on my day and everyone's hair and makeup held up beautifully. Due to this being a destination wedding, I was not able to do a trial run for my day of look and they were able to deliver perfectly on my vision. I would 1000% hire them again in a heartbeat.

MAB did hair and make-up for my Maui wedding and the quality of their work was amazing. I normally don't wear much make-up, and wanted a more natural look, which MeiLi Autumn pulled off beautifully! Our hair turned out exactly as we intended as well, and held up during what ended up being a pretty windy day. If you are in need of a hair/makeup artist for a special occasion, Meili Autumn Beauty is your go-to ! Meili and her team are super nice to work with, and are the greatest! I got married in Maui on Dec 2019, and they made me and my bridesmaids look gorgeous! I only had time to do my trial the day of my rehearsal dinner, which was a day before my wedding. I was a little worried the hairstyle I wanted wouldn't suit me, but I showed Krystal some pictures of what I was interested in, and she picked the one she thought would look best with the style of my dress. With makeup, I had Randall, who knew exactly what I wanted. Both ladies were amazing to work with, and so sweet! They made me feel very comfortable, and listened to what I liked and disliked. On the day of my wedding, both ladies showed up on time to my hotel to get me and my bridesmaids ready. Everyone got airbrushed, and got lashes put on. Everyone was so happy with their makeup, and looked flawless. My airbrushed makeup stayed on all night, even though it got pretty warm during the ceremony. My hair style also stayed in place when it got really windy at Olowalu. Thank you Randall and Krystal so incredibly much for making me and my bridesmaids look stunning! I would highly recommend Meili Autumn's services to anyone!

Carly and Randall made my wedding day 10.19.19 SO special! I was waiting to get all my photos back too write a review and include my photos. I am a makeup artist and esthetician, so I did a lot of research to find the perfect company for me. After looking at photos and and talking to Meili on the phone I picked Meili Autumn Beauty. I traveled from California for my wedding, so I did not have time do a trial. This was a bit scary, but I knew I was in good hands! Carly created the most beautiful half up half down fish tail braid with a headpiece braided in. Randall did an amazing job giving me a natural bronzy enhanced look. I LOVED MY HAIR AND MAKEUP SO MUCH! Everyone else in my bridal party loved their hair and makeup as well. Thank you so much!

The MAB team is the ultimate dream team, trust me, I booked them for so many services. From my hair and make-up trial with Randall and GIO, to my pre-wedding day spray tan with Laura, to my wedding day hair and make-up with Meili and Amanda, I truly cannot find one negative thing to say about any of my experiences with them. They were all kind, caring and truly interested in achieving the look that I as a bride wanted. The day of my wedding was the most relaxed I had been throughout the entire wedding process and that was a large part in effort to the MAB team. Their relaxed yet professional demeanor, coupled with their obvious skill set created the perfect wedding day ambiance and it truly felt like they were just one of the girls hanging out with us. In all honesty, my only complaints are that 1) I did not book them for MORE services during my stay on the island (rehearsal dinner ect) and 2) they do not live in California. They are truly master's at their crafts and deserve soooo much recognition for their talent, creative eye, and kind nature.

When it comes to my make up and hair, I am very particular so booking a company that understands how to execute both successfully on women of color was a top priority for me. I looked at several companies and was impressed by the diversity of clients and looks on MAB's Instagram profile. I instantly knew that they would be a perfect fit for my wedding day glam! The day before my wedding, I booked a trial to test out a specific look I compiled through IG. Randall and Amanda arrived on time, were super friendly and communicated clearly (asked questions, checked in). I am so glad I did a trial to test out the products (I have sensitive skin) and clip in hair extensions (as a first time user). The day of my wedding (OCTOBER 17, 2019), I choose the Ultimate package for myself. Randall made my skin glow (with airbrush foundation complimented by extra fluffy lashes) and Amanda made my big hair dreams come true with the classic Hollywood wave (and two packs of hair extensions). Their work aligned with and went beyond what I envisioned! I felt amazing!!! Both Randall and Amanda made me look and feel my best on my wedding day (this is a high compliment given that I am so particular). The best part, my look pictured beautifully and my make-up/hair stayed all night (even with the winds and humidity)! Randall and Amanda have such tremendous talent and I am so grateful that they all made my wedding day glam exactly what I wanted for myself and truly unforgettable! I booked the Essential package for my mom and bridal party of 8 - all of which looked BOMB (thanks too Mariane)! The MAB team truly demonstrates talent, class and professionalism. These ladies are amazing, Carly and Randall did an amazing job on my sisters and I. I wanted to keep a natural look just enhance my own beauty and natural features and they did just that. My make up and hair lasted all day through the night. Carly did an amazing side braid and added my grand hair piece that look fabulous. Randall and Carly were on time , very friendly, and talented at their craft. Would totally use them again for any beauty event.

Simply the Best! I first experienced the MAB effect as a bridesmaid and fell in love with their artists and their personalities. Such genuine human beings that love what they do. I knew that once my husband and I decided we were getting Maui’d I had to have them as my makeup and hair artists. They were the first vendors I booked (1 year out). Special shoutout to Gio and Marianne who got me ready for my big day. We had an outdoor wedding and my makeup And hair was still perfect way after the last song of the night.

MeiLi was incredible to work with! And I am a bridal stylist myself in California who runs her own business. I don't trust anyone usually with my makeup and hair, but I knew I was in very capable hands with her and her team. They were super friendly and easy to work with. If anyone needed anything changed, they didn't take offense to anything and they just did it with a smile. They also stayed as long as they were needed. My makeup and hair stayed all night and I didn't have to touch up until during the reception (mind you it was still about 85 degrees at 9pm with humidity). So I was quite impressed. Also, all my girls loved their makeup and hair. It's hard to trust people when you haven't met them before and you are particular, but I'm so glad I chose them because they exceeded my expectations and I looked and felt so beautiful on my wedding day (and pampered!)! The MAB team was such a pleasure to work with! They are so responsive and organized so it definitely made it easy for us to book their services. We had Mariane doing our makeup and Carly doing our hair. These two ladies are no joke.. all of us had our hair and makeup done in the past but they blew us away with their talent. I picked MAB off of the Knot with no real other research, but I lucked out! If you told me there were nicer or better hair and makeup people out there I wouldn't believe you. They were responsive right from the get-go, they were reasonably priced, and they made me feel like I was their only client. On the day of the wedding, my makeup artist was Faith, and she was amazing! I don't wear a lot of heavy makeup and am not very knowledgeable on that topic in general, so when I told her "Not too much, but not too little either," I thought for sure it was going to come out wrong (I didn't have a trial). I was so shocked at how beautiful I looked and how absolutely perfect that makeup looked. It fit my face perfectly. My hair stylist was also great (I totally can't remember her name at this time), and listened to everything I wanted and created a hair masterpiece, even using flowers from my bouquet. My wedding day was pretty windy, and it stood up to the wind pretty well! I would recommend MAB to anyone.

Meili Autumn Beauty and her team are an absolute dream team! Meili did my makeup, Amanda did my hair and Laura did my spray tan; all three of them went beyond my expectations! I'd have to admit that I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted for my makeup - natural, yet a little bit of glam, but Meili achieved exactly that. I was amazed at how flawless my makeup looked; my eyes popped with the perfect amount of color and she picked lashes that really pulled my whole look together. I showed Amanda so many different kinds of hairstyles, and Amanda hit it right on point and created an up-do that I loved! It was elegant yet a little bit boho and unique; exactly what I was looking for. My makeup and hair lasted through the night after continuous wedding celebrations! Laura's spray tan was awesome - my color was the exact amount of golden tan I was hoping for on my wedding day. Working with Meili and her team was so easy. They are all so warm to make a bride feel relaxed on her wedding day. Meili and the MAB team area really the best out there and highly recommend for any bride :)

Once I booked our wedding at the Four Seasons Maui (4/11/19), I started looking into professional hair & makeup services. I came across MAB almost immediately and was sold! Their website and instagram were professionally done and showcased exactly how I wanted to look on wedding day. Picking them was a no-brainer! I selected the “Complete Bridal Experience”, my mom, mother-in-law, and aunt-in-law selected the “Essential Bridal Party Makeup/Hair Combo”, and my flower girl selected the “Flower Girl” hair & age-appropriate makeup. Booking was extremely easy and filling out the questionnaire online & uploading pictures of looks I liked was very helpful. They returned emails very quickly and were kind & friendly. About a week before the wedding, I need to change my timeline a bit and move up when hair & make-up. MAB was extremely accommodating and this took so much stress off my plate. I didn’t do a trial, but I honestly didn’t feel I needed to. I kept up with MAB on instragram and they were constantly killing it. I 100% trusted them and they did not disappoint. On the day of, my bridal party got ready in the Ilima Suite at Four Seasons. MAB showed up early and set-up quickly. Mariane did our makeup and Amanda did our hair. These ladies are INCREDIBLY TALENTED and we all looked gorgeous, if I do say myself. I have never looked or felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day, and it’s all thanks to Mariane and Amanda. They nailed *exactly* how I wanted to look and did an even better than I could have imagined. They were also very open and asked for feedback if any of us wanted any changes so we felt 100% satisfied with our hair & makeup. I received a touch-up kit with some powder and lip gloss, but I honestly didn’t need it. Even with the humidity (I live in Arizona so I was definitely feeling it), my hair and makeup stayed put all night. It looked just as good at the end of the night as it did during the day. I got so many compliments! When the night was over, I was honestly sad to take my hair out and remove the makeup. I’m sure I could’ve worn it another day without it falling off. Mariane and Amanda (and I’m sure the entire MAB team of stylists!) are absolutely best in class. They were friendly, professional, easy to work with, and most importantly, made me look & feel like a bride. I could not be more happy with MAB and my wedding look. I cannot say enough amazing things about Meili Autumn Beauty. And I truly mean it. Firstly, they were SO professional from the start. Responded to emails and booking questions so fast. They sent someone to do a spray tan 2 days before the wedding and it was the BEST spray tan I've ever had. It lasted past the wedding and on the honey moon. It didn't become blotchy and was the most amazing color. On the day of, Mariane and Kaylin did my hair and makeup. Mariane was AMAZING with my makeup. She made me feel like myself, my makeup stayed ALL day (even through a photoshoot on the beach), and she listened to EXACTLY what I wanted. There was not one thing I would change about my makeup. She was also soooooo sweet and made me feel so at ease. I've had my makeup done countless times, and this was the best my makeup has ever looked! Shes so amazing with eyeshadow and eyebrows. She also did airbrush on my skin which made it look flawless. Kaylin was also incredible. She too, listened to exactly what I wanted my hair to look like. My hair stayed perfectly!! The wedding was outside, and my hair stayed perfectly and looked amazing!! Kaylin and Mariane both worked together at the same time, which also made the process go much faster. They made sure I was happy with how everything looked (and did not rush at all!), which I love. I cannot wait to return to Maui and have Mariane and Kaylin do my hair and makeup again! So happy that the experience was so incredible!! Also I want to add that all the products they used were top of the line, they brought all the equipment (makeup chairs) etc.

Highly recommended! So professional. I was very nervous about my makeup and my hair for my wedding, because I've had bad experiences before. MeiLi and Giovanni exceeded every expectation. They made getting ready fun, and were even open to adding on services/changing plans the morning of. They made every member of my bridal party look amazing. We all felt like goddesses that day.
