Mel Watson Photography

t say enough good things about her as a person and as a photographer. Both my husband and I had been in the wedding party of weddings that Mel shot, so when we got engaged, it was an easy decision for us to use Mel for our own wedding, having both already experienced and appreciated her style and personality. She is phenomenally talented and is as genuine in her photography as she is a person; she seeks to bring out the real you in your photos, rather than manufacture the photo. She is a gentle spirit with the ability to also take command and direct a large group of people without being dominating. She worked magic on our wedding day and managed to corral three separate families and a large wedding party within our tight timeline with extra time leftover (we didn't do a first look, which meant we made Mel take all of the large group photos after our wedding ceremony). Working with Mel just felt like working with a good friend, and we feel so thankful to have had her as part of our day.
