I love Mel a good Bakery she always goes over and beyond for me she's did about eight cake so far and I will continue to go back to her the latest one was my sister's wedding cake which was absolutely beautiful she came set up Cut the Cake passed the cake they're are truly amazing

I accompanied my daughter to the final tasting for her wedding day treats, and the professionalism and caring of the husband and wife who are Mel-A-Good made us feel life we were the most special mom and bride to ever have been. They even sent home samples for my husband and my daughter's fiancé, who had to work during the tasting. They went above and beyond to make my daughter and her soon-to-be-husband the cake and desserts of their dreams! What I especially loved was how Mel listened to my daughter describe her theme and decorations, and made creative adjustments to ensure everything looked perfect. The prices were beyond reasonable, and they even offered to deliver everything, even when they had another delivery on the same day. I am truly impressed by this shoppe!

This is a local gem, a tiny treasure of a husband and wife team that pours their love into every delicious treat they make! I can't stress the quality of their service enough- the accessibility via text, the willingness to work as a team with you, truly listening to what you want, what your ideas are. When I went with my mom to finalize flavors for my wedding cupcakes and cake, my fiancé was able to be on the hone, sharing his opinions and enjoying the time. Mel presented us with gorgeous flights of cupcakes for tasting, complete with a second tray of fillings for mixing and matching! Then, as a total surprise, she brought out marzipan fall leaves that she created for us after knowing about of "Falling in Love" fall theme for our wedding. Her creativity was stunning! She offered to adorn our mini-cake with them as well. Please note, she did NOT add any charges to our bill for this. She just wants it to be something we love, and she went above and beyond to ensure that I felt so special, and that we felt like she cared as much about our special day as we do. After getting quotes from 3 other local bakeries for cupcakes, a small cake, and mini cannolis, Mel-A-Good beat their prices by literally more than $100! I can't recommend them strongly enough!
