Our years of experience, along with our knowledgeable and creative team, add up to a successful and unique event every time. The Melange staff was fantastic!!! They were very professional, organized, & made sure our event was a huge success!!

Melange Catering & Special Events provided so much more than just delicious food and plenty of alcohol for our wedding. Besides the usual catering equipment, they provided ceremony chairs, ceremony staging, tables, reception chairs, and linens. Blake worked incredibly well with us and our wedding planner to ensure all these moving pieces fell into place on our wedding day. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the rib-eye carvery station at the reception was not executed the way we agreed upon. The rib-eye was supposed to be carved and served to each guest as they went through the buffet line. Instead, it was pre-carved and served inside a roll (like a slider). We discussed this issue with the owner afterwards and he sincerely apologized and reimbursed us for the mistake. However, this was such a minor inconvenience that only a handful of people realized and did not impact our guests’ experience. From passed appetizers to dinner to a late night snack (the most yummy and gourmet pigs-in-a-blanket ever), the food was amazing!

We worked with Blake for our wedding and as a whole the company did a great job. They are a turnkey company meaning they provided the tables, chairs, linens, food, service staff and any extra decor that I hadn't supplied on my own. I only had a few small complaints... One being that my now husband and I had brought in our own custom whiskey tumblers and the wait staff kept collecting them when they were cleaning off the tables. Our groomsman and myself included had to go to the bar multiple times asking where they had been taken. They were also very quick to get us out. We had the venue until midnight and they were closing everything down around 11:30, killing the vibe of the party. The only other thing was gaining contact with the company in the beginning was a bit difficult. I was passed through 2 other planners before Blake stuck with me just because they weren't responding to my emails. Again, all in all Melange is a great company to work with, those were just my small complaints.

Harold and his staff were absolutely amazing! Not only was the food divine, but the staff was incredibly attentive and kind. My husband and I could not be happier with the turnout. We would definitely recommend Melange Events to anyone looking for a top-notch catering service.

Harold and the team at Melange were absolutely amazing from the very start! Our meetings were fun and personal. The menu they created was delicious, creative, and showed off our personalities. The service was beyond exceptional. The linens were beautiful. And our guests raved about the whole thing. We can't say enough good things about Melange. Thank you so much for helping our wedding dream come true!

Working with Melange was a great experience. They catered a buffet station dinner with beef and shrimp plates. Both were delicious. Their passed appetizers and French country station were a huge hit. Their servers were polite and efficient. Melange was happy to customize our catering request as much as we wanted.

Dewayne Ross was great with his many suggestions, and vender references. I only met with him a few times, but each time made me feel more confident about my bid day. I did not eat any of the food the day of the wedding, but I had some the next day, and it was wonderful.

We had Melange Cater our November wedding. We had a great experience with them. They are wonderful, easy to work with, and will tailor a menu and setup according to your budget. The food was outstanding! They are very professional and the wedding looked very high-end. We feel Melange was worth every penny. We also had their in-house coordinator, Dewayne Ross, as our wedding planner and had a wonderful experience working with him as well. Outstanding service and highly recommended.

Dewayne was wonderful as I was planning my wedding. He knew all the right ways to ask me questions that my mother wasn't very good at answering. We have very different tastes. That skill alone impressed me. The level of service and flexibility was amazing. The event manager and staff were superb and my guest were very impressed.
