Manny and Melanie are the ultimate photography dream team. They shot our engagement session, as well as our wedding and rehearsal dinner. Melanie even shot my boudoir session (a sweet surprise gift for my hubby). Their soft, elegant style is so timeless and beautiful - I have yet to find anything that compares. And their commitment to the art of film makes the photos so unique and romantic. They are true artists. Not only is their work amazing, but both Manny and Melanie were SUCH a joy to work with. SO much fun, and easy to to be around. For someone like me who is very awkward in front of a lens, I really appreciated their ability to calm, comfort and coach. They made our shoots easy and natural. Not to mention, Melanie worked OVERTIME with us to nail down the most ideal timeline to ensure we got the shots we wanted. I recently looked at our gallery, and was once again brought to tears. Yes, our photos are beautiful.... but what wows me is the way they captured the emotion our big day. Our gallery tells our story, and there is nothing more special than that. THANK YOU MANNY AND MELANIE!!!

Melanie and Manny were absolutely wonderful to work with! We had a small destination wedding in Sonoma and they had the perfect eye for our setting. When we first got engaged and knew we wanted to get married out of town, I worried about finding vendors that would fit what we were looking for without every meeting them. Through out the whole process, from our first phone, the planning process and the day of our event, it could not of gone better. I would give them 10 stars if I could! We are beyond happy to have found Melanie and Manny as our photographers for our engagement and wedding photos. From our first call with them, we knew they would make us feel relaxed and capture us perfectly - and that's exactly what they did. For our engagement photos, they found an amazing, hidden gem location that was exactly what we were looking for. We laughed so hard the entire time and they made us feel so comfortable. When our original venue canceled on us three months before our wedding, Melanie was a huge support system for us. She was quick to jump in with venue suggestions and resources that we could tap into. It was a huge help and relief to have her on our team. Once we found our new venue, Melanie and Manny scouted to find an amazing location for our bride and groom photos. Our wedding day turned out perfectly thanks to their guidance and support. The attention to detail, organization, responsiveness and professionalism that Melanie and Manny demonstrate speaks volumes. You want them on your team - we are so so happy we had the opportunity to work with them and can't wait until our paths cross again.

When my now-husband and I got engaged, we agreed that one of the most important components of our wedding, and therefore an area in which we were willing to invest, was the photography. We spent HOURS over several months researching and contacting dozens of photographers, with the hope that we would find a two-shooter team with a soft, elegant, and timeless style who would also be willing to go along with our extensive, detailed wedding plan and bring elements of fun and calmness to our day. Our expectations were high, and Melanie, along with her awesome husband Manny, soared way above the rest. We came across their work by accident when searching for beautiful engagement photo locations in Northern California; upon discovering that they are located in Southern California, just south of where I grew up (they had even shot weddings at my home church), I knew I had to get in touch. Melanie immediately quashed my concerns about the distance, expressing that they are often up in Northern California and they would happily take care of both our engagement and wedding photography. After several phone calls to get to know each other and discuss options, we were elated to officially sign the contract with Melanie and Manny, a decision we never once regretted! Throughout the planning process, Melanie kept in touch to stay on top of our desires and plans so that she could be adequately prepared; we know she spent hours of her own time scouting locations that would be just perfect for our afternoon portrait session as well as golden hour. I could go on forever, raving about our experience with this fabulous duo, but I will leave it here - if you are looking for photographers to capture an important event in your life, HIRE MELANIE AND MANNY! Melanie and Manny are the best wedding photographers out there, period. They are extremely friendly, professional, prompt, and amazing at what they do! From our very first phone conversation and subsequent FaceTime call, I instantly felt at ease with Melanie and Manny's warm personalities. I knew we would be in good hands. After booking them, Melanie sent me emails periodically including photo tips, what to bring, organizing a family shot list, etc. which helped prepare me for our wedding day. Our engagement shoot was SO much fun! We found ourselves laughing the entire time because both Melanie and Manny are just so silly and easygoing. On our wedding day, they did an amazing job being organized and capturing the key moments, while also allowing us to savor the day as a couple. We had a blast. We've had multiple friends and family members tell us that our photos look editorial quality. Trust me - it's our photographers, not us. Our photos will be a keepsake to share with generations to come. Melanie and Manny were one of my favorite vendors to work with the entire wedding day and I can't thank them enough!

Not to toot my own horn, but Melanie and Manny are the rare gems you find after countless hours of wedding photographer research :) But seriously - the process was seamless from start to finish - quick response times, thorough planning /prep materials, and laughter-filled, fun photo shoots. Melanie and Manny are an extremely talented duo! We were first introduced to the pair by our wedding planner and after looking through their online gallery and meeting them on the first phone call, my now husband and I knew that they were the right team to entrust such an important part of the wedding day to. Melanie and Manny did our engagement photo shoot and they made it such a fun and comfortable process! The pictures turned out amazing and Melanie was very receptive to any additional edits we wanted in the photos. The wedding timeline guide she provided was great because it helped with planning how to arrange the photos throughout the day - and even though the wedding timeline got super messy on the actual day due to unexpected surprises, Melanie and Manny managed to capture amazing photos that made us feel like we didn't miss a single beat during the day.
