E than that. We had monthly check-ins starting at 6 months out, where we discussed things I would never have thought of, like napkin fold preferences and so much more. Our day went off without a hitch because of Priscilla's masterful help and militant "stick to the schedule" mentality. She helped with everything from helping me tie my shoes to ensuring no one bothered my husband and me while we ate dinner.

I saw our ceremony space and reception space all laid out on the wedding day, I was in tears. Melanie knew exactly what I wanted it to look like and with last minute things still in question, I trusted her on the layout and it was FLAWLESS. Melanie is organized, prepared, thinks ahead and even is ready to curl your hair real quick in the bathroom right before the ceremony😆 As a bride, she made me feel SO well taken care of and she put my anxiety at ease! It’s a priceless feeling. Even if you think you can handle wedding planning / day of coordination yourself, it’s not worth the stress. Add this girl into your budget because she is WORTH IT!🤍

Melanie handled every single aspect of the wedding, every single minute detail. Even things you won't think about, actually, a lot of things you will not even know to think about! Hiring Melanie will no doubt give you the peace of mind to focus on the big day itself, the coming together of families, and the celebrations that follow! She met with my daughter in law and son about a year before the wedding, and came up with such an ORIGINAL and GORGEOUS design plan! It was hands down the most breathtaking wedding I have every seen! I don't give out 5 stars lightly, I will say that Melanie and her entire team deserve every bit of the praise as they are truly amazing. I give 5 stars for some of the following reasons (truly, too many to list here); her attention to every single detail, her efficiency, her communication, her gentle reminders, her PATIENCE, her stamina (not kidding! lol), her kindness, her creative and beautiful ideas, her amazing team members, her everything!! She helped my daughter in law and son so much, I will forever be grateful! I look forward to my next event, just so I can work with Melanie and her amazing team! Thank you Melanie, for giving my son and daughter in law the wedding of their DREAMS!!!

She blew my mind! Truly, our special day was 10000% better thanks to her. I cannot recommend Melanie enough. Also - if you’re a pandemic bride, DEFINITELY you will not want to book any other wedding planner. She is too, so she gets it! She’s super on top of all of the coronavirus things all of us pandemic brides worry about!

d from the first time we spoke. She was on top of her stuff, and I loved that!! We spoke multiple times up to wedding day. She listened to all of my wants and needs to make my day extra speacial and also brought details to my attention that I had not thought of. What I absolutely loved about Melanie was that she took charge and made sure I didn’t have to stress about anything! Rain came out of no where the day before our wedding and she found back up tent (as my whole wedding was outside) within hours. She also made sure my entire bridal party and our parents were comfortable with what they were responsible for day of. I seriously didn’t have to worry about anything and it was glorious! I typically have a hard time delegating because I have such specific views on how I want things done, and with Melanie I didn’t even think twice about trusting her. Best decision I made was hiring her. She took the stress out of our day and just made sure we only had to worry about having fun and dancing the night away!
