n thrilled with the makeup situation. I paid extra to have an additional make up artist the day of the wedding, and I asked her if she could do my make up instead of the girl who was initially supposed to do it, but she told me no. She knew that 2 of my bridesmaids and my mom were unhappy with their makeup, and all she said that she could do was call her boss..and who knows if that even happened because as soon as she was done, she just left...knowing that people were unhappy with their makeup. In the end everything worked out and we made it work, but I was really disappointed on how things were handled, especially since the one artist left my house knowing that people were unhappy.

Melanie was great to deal with when I had any questions and made sure I was happy with everything after my trial. For the moment we connected, my nerves were put to rest as I knew I had found my bridal makeup team. Melanie was patient, attentive, and responsive throughout the whole process. The lovely, Tara Yordanov, who applied the day of bridal makeup, was personable and beyond artistically skilled. She catered to my request and truly made each one of my girls glowly, natural, and flawless!! I was so happy with the whole process that I honestly can’t wait until I have another opportunity where I can hire these lovely ladies again!

For my makeup I wanted a boulder burgundy lip color and I met Jessi at Mac so she could test some colors on me! n she did my make up because after the first trial run I wasn't happy, it was a natural look and I wanted something more glam - and she made me so glam and beautiful. I loved it and didn't want to take my make up off at the end of the day! My husband thought I was beyond beautiful as well. She also made my bridesmaids look amazing and did all of their hair. I highly recommend her.

When I went for my trial, Brittany made sure I did not leave until I was 100% happy and in love with the look, and I was! I’m honestly extremely picky with my makeup, considering my skin is super oily, and Asian features are a little different to work with, so I decided to go with someone else for makeup instead, but I’m soo glad I went with Melanie to do our hair! airbrush. Everyone except myself received traditional though. It worked out perfectly fine because everyone did look great and everyone was happy with their makeup, but I was just a little surprised. The hair was great as well. I had Christine fix my hair three different times until I was happy and she was very understanding and patient. All of my bridesmaids were happy with their hair. Melanie and Christine worked quickly and efficiently , and then after everyone was finished they did touch ups until we were all happy.

We couldn’t match my hair color exactly so Melanie took the extensions to her salon the very next day and dyed them to match me perfectly for the big day! She and her staff went above and beyond to make sure my bridal party and I got exactly what we wanted. During hair and makeup, Melanie and I talked and laughed like we had known each other for years! It was incredible, and made any nervousness I immediately go away. We even found out we had mutual friends in common, so we took right to snapchat and just had an absolute blast! Melanie’s professionalism, skills, and amazing personality is what made this photoshoot a success. Melanie is a travelling artist, so she is willing to travel for all your hair and makeup needs no matter what the occasion is. My bridesmaids have told me that their hairstyles at my wedding are their favorite out of any wedding they have been in. I have to agree! My hair was exactly what I wanted and looked as good at the end of the night as it did at the beginning! worked with each one to create a perfect and unique look. I truly could not believe how great each girl looked- from the flower girls to the mothers- every girl looked perfect. I was not sure about the airbrush because I was nervous to look orange or unpolished. I am so glad Melanie talked me into it- HIGHLY RECOMMEND AIRBRUSH. It will make such a difference in your photos. The girls started at 8am and touched up all of the bridal party before we walked down the isle. Not only did their staff make us all feel and look beautiful, they also added so much fun to the day. We were able to joke and laugh despite my nerves. Everyone was ready on time and looked perfect. My mother has shorter hair that can often be hard to manage. Melanie did the best updo I've ever seen (and my mom would not have hesitated to have her redo it or take it out). I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Melanie and her staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants to feel and look beautiful on their big day (and that does not want to stress about not being ready on time- which is a common and stressful occurrence). Not one girl was disappointed in their hair or makeup at my wedding. I've gotten countless compliments on my makeup, hair, and photos from the big day. If you can, snag a spot on Melanie's calendar.
