so many other sources. With Méldeen, I was able to talk through my ideas and share proofs back and forth until they had fully captured what was in my brain. It was definitely a collaborative experience and exactly what I needed to create that perfect invitation I couldn't find anywhere else! Although my invitations were high quality, we were able to cut back on areas that I needed to save money on while still producing an AWESOME final product that included gold foil. We also love our custom monogram and plan to have it embroidered on a pillow for our new home. Thank you Méldeen for your hard work and creativity!

.The only info on the proof was our names, wedding date & location of the event. The RSVP card, info card etc. were all blank or incomplete.So we began to make comments &try to work our way through the revisions.The process was beyond PAINFUL. There was SUCH poor communication. Kaleigh was careless,slow to respond to changes,made countless grammatical errors, &cost us a lot of time, & in the end, A LOT of money.Fast forward to the 8-10 weeks before the wedding. We were frantically trying to get the invites finalized & sent to print. But of course,Kaleigh was slow to reply and continued to make careless errors(she spelled my name wrong for WEEKS!on MULTIPLE proofs). So,we make it to crunch time and she tells us that it can take up to 8 weeks to get the invites printed bc often times the "letter press plates break,&you have to order new ones."So,the "only way to ensure we get them in a timely fashion was to pay a $200 rush fee." We were in a tough spot.We didn't want to take our business elsewhere because at that point it was too late.But, we didn't want to pay her any more money. We were already paying her A LOT- part of which is a $200 design fee... I'm still not sure what she designed as the invitation we chose came STRAIGHT out of a Crane design book.So,we of course paid the $200 rush fee.Now we are $400 deep in fees. We get the invitations (on the last day they were due)and I pick them up from my wedding planner.I bring them home &start to go through them. I'm so excited that this mess is over &I can finally get them sent out. BUT WAIT what do I notice but a BIG, FAT, SPELLING ERROR. And again, SHE SPELLED MY NAME WRONG! TWICE! Each time on the accommodation card my last name was misspelled!I was furious.So,I called my wedding planner and left her a strong voicemail telling her that we clearly aren't getting what we paid for, and that I'd be SO embarrassed to send these invites out as-is. She spoke with Kaleigh, and she agreed to reprint them (for free) and have them to us the next day. Well, she reprinted them on a different paper.It was similar to one of the papers we used in our invitation suite which I approved. However,when we received them,the paper was pink.AND the font was so faint you could hardly see it. It was nowhere near the quality of the original cards. But,we had no choice.They had to go out that weekend,and so,out went the pink cards with my IVORY invitations.Then comes the final kicker -"day-of" stationery.From a stationery stand point, she pulled it together &did a good job.BUT she charged an addt'l $180 design fee for the programs and another $200design fee for "miscellaneous design."In total,we spent almost $800 in fees.We were NEVER told there would be multiple design fees (outside the orig. $200 design fee).I asked for the final fees to be waived, as a way to make up for the horrible reprints on our invitations, and because those addt'l fees were never disclosed, but no give.My experience w/ Meldeen was disappointing &created a ton of unnecessary stress. It saddens me to write such a negative review.I know that Kaleigh creates beautiful invitation suites.I just wish I could have had a better experience. FROM A CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDPOINT, IT WAS SOME OF THE WORST I'VE EVER RECEIVED. For that reason I can't recommend them

at the show! Kaleigh presented me with several different ideas an options but ultimately let me design my entire invite ensamble, which turned out gorgeous!! I used Meldeen for our wedding invitations (rehearsal dinner inserts, RSVP's, return address seals, envelopes and accommodation cards) and our wedding programs. Kaleigh is very flexible, she can generally meet you at any time and any location and will always tell you the best value or option for your budget.

one else do it all verse yourself! She has great idea's and is so creative! They do cards, baby announcements, you name it! I will definitely be using Meldeen's for all of our life events!
