We used Melendez catering for our wedding. We opted for buffet style with full service staff and bartending. Food was delicious, staff was friendly and very affordable prices! We definitely would recommend to anybody in need of catering for any event.
We decided to go with an outside caterer because we wanted our Hispanic friends and family to enjoy some amazing Hispanic food and we had just that. The service was amazing, the attention to detail was incredible, and the food was exquisite. Everyone loved the charcuterie table that they made and the food has amazing flavors. The staff is super accommodating and friendly and the owner/chef communicated with us every step of the way -- from booking to updates to the morning of wedding.
