Melinda's Gluten Free

Melinda's was an absolute joy to have for our wedding day. We had quite a few allergies (celiac, soy, etc.) as well as vegan diets to account for on our wedding day. Melinda's easily answered all of our questions and gave us complete ingredient lists. It's also worth noting this is an entirely GF bakery so it was wonderful to know cross-contamination would not be an issue for our wedding cake! We couldn't decide on what flavors so we got 3 different ones for our cake and it looked stunning! Also worth noting that we got a bunch of wonderful pastries from here the morning of our wedding to make sure everyone had something to eat in the morning. Everything was delicious! We're looking forward to getting cupcake versions of our cake on our anniversaries, thank you Melinda & Team!!
