Melissa and team did my makeup for my wedding in December 2024 as well as my bridal party, mom, and mother-in- law. Everyone looked and felt gorgeous and the team was a pleasure to...
work with. I appreciated that Melissa offered a trial for me to test out make-up before officially booking her for my wedding. The trial was so helpful to give me an idea of the look I wanted and I immediately booked Melissa for my wedding day. On the day of my wedding, Melissa and her team arrived on time and were so efficient from start to finish. I felt confident and beautiful on my day with my make-up done and highly recommend Melissa and her team!
Melissa’s team was absolutely amazing. From the moment we started getting ready, I truly felt like I was living in a fairy tale. Not only did I feel beautiful, but my bridesmaids, ...
mom, mother-in-law, and niece all looked absolutely fabulous as well.
One moment that really stood out to me was with my niece. She was only supposed to have her hair done, but she became upset in the bridal suite because her makeup was not turning out the way she hoped while doing it herself. Without hesitation, Melissa’s team stepped in with such kindness and offered to do her makeup as well. It completely made her day, and I cannot thank them enough for that.
Of course we paid for the additional service, but since it was not part of the original contract, I felt terrible accepting the offer. They immediately reassured me it was completely fine. Simple moments like that made the experience even more special because it showed how much they genuinely care about their brides and families.
If you are looking for a hair and makeup team for your special day, book Melissa’s team. You will not be disappointed.

Melissa was an absolute doll to work with—so kind, calming, and incredibly talented. Lisa completely nailed the hair look I had envisioned. Together, they made me feel confident, radiant, and totally at ease on such an important day.
Their entire team, both hair and makeup, also worked their magic on my bridesmaids, and every single one of them felt confident and beautiful walking down the aisle. It was such a joy to have them be part of our day—they brought great energy, professionalism, and serious talent.

On the day of my wedding, Melissa and her team arrived on time and were so efficient from start to finish. The last thing you want to be concerned about on the day of your wedding is if the hair & make-up will run smoothly. With Melissa and her team, I was at ease throughout the entire "getting ready" process. The hair & make-up teams each listened to every person's specific hair & make-up requests, and the final results were better than I could have imagined!!! Everyone in the bridal party, my sister-in-law, my mom and my now mother-in-law were extremely happy with their hair& make-up and felt so beautiful for the wedding. I was beyond thrilled with how my hair & make-up came out, and it lasted all day/night (even through first look pictures outside, bridal party pictures, wedding ceremony, and a TON of dancing)!!
I also want to mention that Melissa & her team are so kind and fun to be around. We all had a great time chatting and laughing while having our hair & make-up done. Keep in mind that you spend a good portion of the morning/afternoon with the hair & make-up team, and you want to be sure that they bring positive energy to your special day...Melissa and her team were a pleasure to spend time with and it honestly felt like we were among great friends!
Melissa and her team ensured that everyone was 100% happy with their hair & make-up, and even waited until we had a quick lunch to put the final touches on our make-up.
If you are a bride looking to book hair & make-up services for your upcoming wedding...RUN don't walk to book Melissa! You will not be disappointed!!!!!
Melissa--thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did to ensure hair & make-up for my wedding was perfect!!! You are a true gem!!!

Melissa worked on my makeup as the bride and did a fantastic job. I told her that I wanted a little more makeup vs. my trial from a few months before, and what she ended up doing with my cheeks, eyes, lips etc. looked absolutely amazing. I was also very pleased with my hairstyle as well!
Overall we were extremely happy with the team and I would definitely highly recommend Melissa to any future brides!

2 makeup artists that came the day of the wedding since I had a rather large bridal party. They were such a pleasure to work with, they were on time (early even), made my vision come to life and my hair and makeup lasted all day.. in August. expectations and also constantly maintains professionalism and timeliness. I had seven women getting their hair done on my wedding day, including myself, my mother, my mother-in-law, my matron of honor, and the bridesmaids. Danielle arrived early and finished early after doing an amazing job. Everyone was very happy with their end result and our hair looked fantastic at the end of the night! I'm still receiving comments about how great everyone looked. Communicating with Melissa was also a wonderful experience. Her responses were prompt and her instructions for wedding trial and day preparation were thorough. I would highly recommend Melissa and Danielle for your wedding hair needs!

verything I wanted and needed. We worked closely to schedule the day-of. She and Melissa came, stayed on schedule, made sure everyone had what they wanted, and Nicole took her time on me. I looked like a princess and, therefore, felt like one. My makeup stayed perfect from the moment it stayed on to the moment I took it off. I cannot recommend Nicole - or this company - enough.

my hair and trial appointments and was already so pleased with my choice. But the day of the wedding, this team blew my mind! They were ready to rock the minute we stepped in the door of the venue, they were able to handle a large group of bridesmaids and friends and family. They went out of their way to do touch ups before leaving for folks who got in their chairs early and everyone was so impressed with their work! I felt truly beautiful on my wedding day thanks to them!!!
Kerri and Nicole are MAGIC workers! My goodness, they made me, my bridesmaids, Mom and MIL look radiant on my wedding day! Kerri was my hairstylist and she was so kind and patient ...
during my trial and on the wedding day, tweaking my up-do until it was perfect. Nicole was my makeup artist and she made me look elegant but also still natural. She taught me to use white eyeliner in my waterline to brighten up my eye makeup and now I apply it everyday to my normal routine LOL ;)
I hope to work with them again in the future!
I had the pleasure of working with Melissa and her team twice in just a few months. I was a bridesmaid in my friends wedding who also used Melissa. Her team is so fun and friendly-...
it felt like we made new friends in just a few hours! The morning of my wedding we had a slight issue. My mom decided to go to her own salon for hair and makeup as we had a lot of girls and she thought this would help time wise. Her makeup ended up needing to be all redone and Melissa’s team came to the rescue and last minute completely redid her makeup and she looked amazing. Beyond grateful for her team. Thanks again Melissa!!

their hair and makeup and from a bride’s perspective I loved that they set the pace for our day, keeping us on time and setting us up for a fun and relaxed morning. At no point did we feel rushed. Every bridesmaid loved their looks. I still can’t get over how beautiful I looked and felt. And my hair and makeup lasted from 11AM to well after the wedding that evening. Not only is she just the absolute cutest human being on the planet but she is so sweet. As for her talent, she somehow takes your face, and makes it look like the absolute best version of yourself. She doesn't overdo it but also gives you enough something to feel extra special.
My mom was so worried too so she also went for a trial and she left the toughest to please one smiling ear to ear. I cannot recommend her enough.
how the photos would come out what if I looked awkward or he got all the wrong angles. I was SO wrong to be nervous. We had an amazing engagement shoot with Tim in Old City Philly which he had never shot in before but he did extensive research and found some really great locations while also taking our suggestions and ideas for places that meant a lot to us both. The turnaround for those photos was SO quick and they were all great. Our wedding day and photos were no different. Tim and his team went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier. They're also probably the most reasonable photographer/videographer I came across in the tri-state area to boot!

erfect!!! She is super talented and also really sweet. She followed up with me after my trial (which I immediately booked with her for my wedding) to see how the make up held up throughout the night and ensure she could make notes of any tweaks for my big day. I have oily eyelids so I had a little bit of eyeliner smearing after 8 hours and Melissa assured me she would use waterproof liner for my wedding day and even offered to make an appointment with me to redo my eyes at no charge to make sure they were perfect! Melissa is also super responsive over text and email, which is something that was really important to me as a bride. I had a tough time sleeping the night before my wedding and ended up awake at 5 am and I was having trouble falling back asleep because I knew we needed to be ready to start hair and make up at 8am (I had 12 girls in my bridal party). So I texted Melissa and she told me I could sleep in and she didn’t need me there until 10:45 am latest- This was an absolute life saver- I feel like I wouldn’t have made it through the day without the extra sleep! Kerri did my hair and it was AWESOME! She teaches classes on glam waves (which after seeing some photos of her work I knew I wanted!) and she also did a second braided look for me for the reception. Kerri was super fun and easy going and helped me remain calm and laughing the morning of my wedding. We had two additional MUA/stylists, and everyone’s make up looked AMAZING! All of the girls were so happy, and it held up through the heat and humidity of July. Thank you Melissa and team!! I couldn’t recommend a vendor more!!

The team met myself, my bridal party of 5, MOB and MOG, at the venue and they did a BEYOND phenomenal job with both hair and makeup for everyone. Everyone raved about how much they loved their services. Both hair and makeup artists did touch ups on everyone, put my veil on and explained to someone how to take it out. Looking back at pictures, I’m obsessed with how everything came out. So thankful to Melissa and her wonderful team!
