My husband and I could not be happier to have had Melissa as our wedding photographer! Her personality fit us perfectly. She was calming and so friendly. She got sneak peek photos to us the day after our wedding and our full gallery just over two weeks after! The photos are AMAZING and we love every single one of them. Our family and friends are also so impressed with Melissa and her work. We can’t thank Melissa enough and are so grateful for her and her amazing skills :)

Gosh where to start with Melissa! From our first phone call with Melissa I could tell I was going to love having her photograph our wedding. We first met in person for our engagement shoot in September 2019. She was just so fun (and patient with our excited yellow lab!). Our wedding ended up being postponed from summer 2020 due to COVID and I especially cannot thank her enough for the kindness and flexibility she showed us during that time. Fast forward to July 2021 and it felt like no time had passed at all since the last time we saw her! It felt so comfortable and we just had the best time ever not only having her photograph our day, but just spending time with her. I love every single picture Melissa took from our engagement session and wedding. If you're looking for one of the kindest, most laid back people, who lets you totally be you, you've found her! Looking forward to the next time I'll need pictures taken!

Hello! Unfortunately I never got to work with Melissa in person due to a change of plans in our elopement but she was a pleasure to work with virtually! She was so kind on the phone and professional. She also really listened to what I wanted and sent me beautiful albums to view. She even sent me vendor recommendations. Thank you Melissa! Hopefully our paths will cross soon!

From start to finish, we had a thoroughly positive experience meeting and working with Melissa. When I spoke with her on the phone six months before our wedding, Melissa was warm and enthusiastic about our wedding day. She was receptive to our ideas, was helpful in answering questions about her creative process, and we felt like we were in good hands. Our engagement photos with Melissa were beyond fun! She put us at ease and she seemed so relaxed and present as she went about photographing us. It definitely made us excited to work with her on our wedding day. Melissa was on time, observant, and tapped into our wedding world immediately. Our family photos went seamlessly thanks to Melissa’s efficiency, and she got everybody smiling. There were times in the evening we checked in with Melissa and she was having a fun time herself while she took photos, which made us so happy! We just received our photos from Melissa and they are wonderful. She pays attention to details, captures colors and personalities, and she does these things with a professional eye and sensitivity to the energy of the day. Thank you Melissa for helping to bring out the best of our wedding day. Garrett and I highly recommend working with Melissa for weddings or any other life event worth capturing artfully.

Melissa once again blew us away with the quality of our images, and the speed of which she got us our product. We had sneak peak photos by the next afternoon, and our full wedding album only 2 weeks AFTER! She answered every question promptly, and blended in with the background to catch shots you wouldn't have thought about taking. She was early to our wedding day and stayed the whole expected time - taking photos as requested by our guests and still keeping what John and I wanted as a priority. I couldn't recommend Melissa to any bride enough - she's so comfortable to be with and provides exactly what you expect with reasonable costs.

Melissa is a fantastic wedding photographer and a wonderful person to have around on your wedding day! We knew we found the right person for us as soon as we met: she is a phenomenal communicator, exceedingly calm and collected, and VERY skilled at what she does. She was excellent at understanding what we wanted for our day, gave great suggestions and guidance, took AMAZING photos, and worked with us to make sure we got everything we wanted within our time and budget constraints. She took especially wonderful photos of us after the ceremony and has a true talent for capturing candid shots that bring us right back into the feeling of the whole day. Wedding planning was a stressful process overall, but everything about working with Melissa was anti-stress. I could not recommend her highly enough!

Wow, Melissa is incredible. She can get the shot in no time - which was very important to my husband and I. We wanted to get to the reception as soon as possible, so we allotted only 45 minutes for photos, which included transportation time to an offsite location. Melissa produced the exact photos we wanted in such a short amount of time. Melissa understood my vision, and offered great recommendations for how to pose and where. We did a walk-through of the photo locations, and she provided a questionnaire which detailed each photo (including people in the photos), which was incredibly helpful. She is very professional. Melissa even offered to stay longer than we contracted for because the spotlight dances hadn't yet happened. I'll definitely be booking Melissa for future photo needs!

Melissa and I have been long time friends and when I got to thinking about wedding photographers, I knew exactly who to go with! I have seen Melissa's work since infancy and her eye for detail and perfection has only gotten better! The overall experience of picture taking was very natural and carefree with her, I never once felt awkward (or more awkward tgan normal I should say) and she knew exactly how to coach me and my husband for the best pictures. I know her work will take her far and she knows exactly how to capture the perfect moment. 5 stars!!!

Melissa is amazing! She traveled all the way to North Carolina from Maine for my wedding. She did a phenomenal job. She was excellent at discussing what we liked, and wanted to see prior to the wedding, and also giving us some suggestions. Her calm, cool personality really helps on what can be a really stressful day! Thank you Melissa for everything!

Melissa is a true professional. From the first meeting, I knew we made the right choice. We had two meetings before the big day, one to go over the contract and another to scout the venue; both were so helpful. Melissa brings such a calm, collected vibe to any atmosphere and made everyone feel comfortable. She even carried my train for me as I walked. She had the photos edited and sent to us a day or two after the wedding, wow! Thank you so much for everything, Melissa! I loved working with you!
