Melissa went out of her way to get the best shots...even crawling on the ground in her pregnant state! Lol She made sure I was calm and happy throughout the whole day! pletely understand our vision for our wedding day, and what we were hoping for in a photographer, and our photos. Melissa took this vision of ours and made it better than anything we could have ever hoped for or imagined ourselves. Melissa even managed to capture our vision more perfectly than we could've imagined for our engagement photos, which were taken in the middle of a rainstorm (despite Melissa offering to move the day of the shoot, but my husband and I decided to go for it anyways). Our wedding day was even more special with Melissa capturing our day, and not just because of the breathtaking photos she created for us. From the second Melissa walked into the door when I was getting ready, she was half-photographer, half-therapist making sure I was completely calm and ready to have the best day of my life. She made me feel like a supermodel (and the pictures make me look like one!) and made me feel at ease throughout the entire day. There were also plenty of times throughout the wedding day that she went above and beyond your typical photographer duties to make sure the day stayed on track. My husband and I just received Melissa's photos last week, and when we sat down to look at them together we were speechless. Melissa truly captured even the smallest details of our day, and gave us the most priceless keepsake we could ever want from our wedding day. Just from looking at the photos we were able to put ourselves right back into that moment which is a truly incredible thing. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives, and Melissa Marie Photography contributed greatly to that. There is nobody else I will ever trust when it comes to having professional photos taken and will be working with Melissa so much more in the future to continue to capture my husband and I's story!

there and I immediately fell in love. Once I booked the venue, I was overjoyed to find out that Melissa was still free for my wedding day. Her pictures have such a romantic, intimate feeling to them and, especially after I spoke with her on the phone, I couldn't imagine anyone else shooting our wedding. Our package included an engagement shoot so that we could all get to know each other. I love that this is something Melissa includes in her packages. Not only did we get some BEAUTIFUL engagement photos out of it, we both felt so comfortable with Melissa after hanging out with her for the day. She has a way of making everyone relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera. After that, I knew the wedding day would be a breeze. And it was! She was like a sixth bridesmaid! She went out of her way to make the day perfect and was helpful in more ways than I could have imagined. She even stayed late to make sure that we got all the pictures we wanted! Literally everyone loved her - even the groomsmen were raving about how great she was! And, oh my God, we just got our pictures yesterday. They are stunning. Stunning doesn't even begin to cover it. She works on every single image and, wow, you can totally tell. I am in love with all of them. I can't wait to hang them all over our house! If you are looking for a wedding photographer, GO WITH MELISSA! You will not regret it - she is the absolute best!

does and captures great pictures! We did both our engagement and wedding pictures with her upon a friend's recommendation and quite frankly I think it was the easiest and best decision of my wedding. She is professional but fun! She even took bobby pins out of her own hair and put them in mine when I had a few stray hairs! She was wonderful at helping me to remember to take a deep breath and enjoy the moment. I will forever have these amazing photos from an amazing person and photographer. I couldn't have been happier with the services. Nicee, her co-photographer was also super kind and did great job capturing my groom's day!!!!! I think she should get extra credit for putting up with him and his groomsman:)

a little scared that she would fall in the water a couple times, but she didn't. I also liked her because it is just her and one other photographer it is not a company I knew exactly who I was going to have taking photos and she knew what we wanted in our photos.

. She was beyond helpful in every way. She shot amazing engagement photos for us!! We get non stop compliments. I even made one of the photos into a big canvas and hung it in our living room!! My wedding day was full of craziness and she was like another bridesmaid helping me with everything. My hairstylist unfortunately put my veil in wrong and Melissa came right to my rescue to fix it!!! Every step throughout the day she helped with so much not just our wedding photos. She helped not only put my veil in but helped take it out. Then my dress had a wire poke through in the top of the corset right under the arm. She went and got sissors to cut it out. I cannot thank her enough for everything she helped me with. If I could give her a 10 I would!! She is beyond an amazing photographer!! Nicee also was our second photographer and she too was like another bridesmaid. She was so incredably nice and helpful!! She was more then willing to get right in on the action of the dance floor. My experience with Melissa and Nicee is beyond phenomunal!!! I am so thankful and honored to say they were our wedding photographers!!!

On our wedding day, she was so helpful whether it was making sure people were in the right place at the right time, helping me fix my dress, and also wearing my veil when I got sick of it! ng, we were laughing and I felt so comfortable. Throughout the day, Melissa gave advice and help and was just there for me. She got all the pictures done and the CD to me within a week and a half - which is incredible!! Can I just say - I'm in LOVE with my pictures - and so is everyone else. I knew she did amazing work, but I am blown away with my pictures and look at them constantly! I wish I could bring Melissa along with me in life to take pictures of every big moment - she is truly just awesome!
