Melissa has been a lover of all things make up since she was a little girl. She decided to pursue her passion at the age of 18 when she attended Make Up Designory & Capri Institute. After graduating, she began her career in NYC working high end weddings and special events. She is now the owner of a Melissa Strazza Artistry LLC and based in Northern NJ. She continues to work weddings every weekend, enhancing clients natural beauty & feels there is truly nothing more gratifying than making people feel like their best self on one of the most special days of their lives!

ng day. I felt confident and a little glam but natural, where I still felt like I looked like myself. I didn’t once stress about how my makeup looked all day long and it lasted all night on the dance floor. She was also such a calming presence in the bridal suite and came totally prepared, on time, and ready to go. She was so patient with me when I had to step away to talk to someone a few times during the makeup session and still absolutely nailed my makeup. I remember looking in the mirror for the first time after she was done and feeling so happy and emotional because it was exactly what I wanted and I felt so comfortable in my skin. She also gave me some great advice during my trial and afterward to help make sure my skin was prepped and ready for my wedding day and adjusted the look based on feedback following the trial perfectly. I couldn’t recommend her more for your bridal makeup!

dding. Having been in dozens of weddings before my own, I thought I knew what to expect but Melissa went above and beyond. Every decision was thoughtful and intentional. Down to mixing two lipstick shades to get the *perfect* color. I truly have never felt more beautiful than I did that day. After my trial I was obsessed with my makeup, I didn’t want to wash it off. During the trial, she took her time, addressed my concerns, and experimented so I could be absolutely positive I loved my look. The morning of my wedding, Melissa needed no reminding, no management, no double checking, she simply executed flawlessly - all while giving best friend energy to a somewhat anxious bride. Her talent is truly unmatched and her demeanor and spirit make her the best investment you’ll make.
