Melissa crated the perfect first dance for my husband and I! Book her, you will not regret it! She started from scratch and built the perfect routine for us that was personal to the song we wanted. She was so good at switching roles and working on both of us. She is patient and adaptable. She often changed the routine based on our comfort level. We look forward to taking future classes with her!

She is a graduate of the Performing Arts Program at Colorado State University. She has a background in gymnastics, modern, jazz, ballet, theater, and partner dancing. Melissa Trader Dance offers comprehensive ballroom dance instruction, innovative movement programs, and fitness classes. Melissa would be delighted to put together a beautiful routine for your first dance. She can also help you improve your dance moves so that you feel more confident on the dance floor throughout your event.

most talented dancers, but Melissa gave us the skills and choreography for a beautiful first dance, father/daughter dance, and mother/son dance. We also learned some fun steps to get us through our reception without embarrassing ourselves! The whole experience of lessons and dancing was super fun! I would highly recommend Melissa to anyone considering dance lessons for their wedding!
