We are so happy we had the opportunity to work with Melissa! From our first emails, Melissa was excited to learn about who we are and collaborate with us to create memories of our engagement and wedding day. Everything was organized and well-detailed, and Melissa is both easy to talk to and easy to relax with even when you’re nervous. Melissa went the extra mile to help us make sure we got all of the poses we wanted during the busy wedding day festivities. She even helped us organize a few missed details, and I am so grateful! Melissa is just an absolute blast to shoot with, and I am so glad I stumbled upon her on facebook when I began my search for photographers for mine and my fiance's wedding next September. She's fun, engaging, and goes above and beyond for her clients to make sure that their experience is everything they could hope for. Even going so far as to help me get my hair and makeup done by one of her team members professionally before our engagement session so that I would feel my most confident. 12/10 would recommend, and I cannot wait for her to be back with us for our wedding!

Melissa is an outstanding individual, who wants only the best photos for her clients, to which she delivers! MelissaLee Photography is prompt, on time, and makes everyone feel at ease and comfortable in front of the camera. My now husband had never met Melissa before (due to schedules), until our wedding day, I could tell that he was super comfortable and natural with Melissa. I have previously worked with her, so it was like getting together with an amazing friend again. She directs and demonstrates how she wants the person/people to stand for the picture. She makes sure the little details are taken care of (i.e. hair out of your face, sun in your eyes, etc) before she captures the moment of your special day. Melissa made me excited about being in front of a camera again, and knew how to ease my nerves that I had due to it being my wedding day. She was great about the time frame we had, and captured every picture and moment that we had in mind, and more. Everyone in the wedding and the wedding guests were raving about how wonderful she is. Being that we had a small backyard wedding, the guests were amazed at how well she directs not only the individuals for the pictures, but also great with the younger children who are in/at the wedding. Melissa is not afraid to let your audience know that they are to move off to the side if they are in the way of pictures. I am super excited to see all of the amazing pictures captured from my special day! I can not recommend MelissaLee Photography enough. We had found Melissa at a bridal shower. She was so sweet and smiley which is why we decided to book Melissa for our engagement and wedding photos. She is so easy to get along with and our family even loved her. We had no idea what poses to do. She was so helpful in guiding us and giving such good directions for our big crazy wedding party.
