From the moment you send that first inquiry about your amazing wedding day I get so excited to learn everything about you, your fiancé and your love story. I already start imagining what YOUR wedding day will be like and how special and unique it will be to who you are as a couple. Serving couples is an additional passion of mine. I am there to serve YOU and I do this in every step of the booking and planning process leading up to and throughout your entire wedding day.
By photographing the moments that mean the most you, I will capture every last detail of your day, even the moments that you might not even know happened, so that you will have cherished memories that last forever. I want you to be present in your wedding and the planning process and that is why my goal with every couple is for the experience to be as fun, joyful, warm and seamless as possible every step of the way.
I am here to capture your love story just as it's meant to look, be your wedding bestie, and create warm memories that will you and I both will cherish forever.

My now husband had never met Melissa before (due to schedules), until our wedding day, I could tell that he was super comfortable and natural with Melissa. I have previously worked with her, so it was like getting together with an amazing friend again. She directs and demonstrates how she wants the person/people to stand for the picture. She makes sure the little details are taken care of (i.e. hair out of your face, sun in your eyes, etc) before she captures the moment of your special day. Melissa made me excited about being in front of a camera again, and knew how to ease my nerves that I had due to it being my wedding day. She was great about the time frame we had, and captured every picture and moment that we had in mind, and more. Everyone in the wedding and the wedding guests were raving about how wonderful she is. Being that we had a small backyard wedding, the guests were amazed at how well she directs not only the individuals for the pictures, but also great with the younger children who are in/at the wedding. Melissa is not afraid to let your audience know that they are to move off to the side if they are in the way of pictures. With the Coronavirus currently affecting our world, we weren’t sure if we were even going to have a photo session, and are currently looking into possibly rescheduling our wedding.
