Melissa baked two beautiful cakes for my wedding! They were delicious and just like I envisioned!

Mrs. Melissa did such an excellent job with my wedding cake. It was so pretty and she did everything that I asked for. My husband also loved his Miami Dolphins cake. The cakes were beautiful on the outside and moist/delicious on the inside. I will definitely use Mrs. Melissa again for future events!

We used Melissa's Specialty Cakes for our wedding. She made both our grooms cake and wedding cake. Both were iced in buttercream and we chose chocolate for the grooms cake and white almond for the wedding cake. Both cake were beyond beautiful and we exactly like the pictures. Melissa was very honest about her concern for the textured design I had originally chosen. She was concerned with the heat & humidity that it may droop so we changed the design and it looked amazing. The cakes tasted delicious as well. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding cake.

Melissa is the best cake maker and decorater around! He cakes are so gorgeous and they even taste better than they look! I have seen pretty cakes, but never cakes this beautiful and this delicious. She has several flavors of cake and icing and they are all moist and tasty. If you want a beautiful cake that tastes great, then Melissa is the person for your wedding!

Friendly service, staff, excellent workmanship! This lady really knows how to bake a cake. Not only is her work beautiful, but the cake was soooo yummy! Tons of compliments from our guests, in which some will be using her for their wedding as well! Highly recommend!!!

We met with Melissa who not only let us taste the delicious cake flavors and icing/fondant but she also listened to every idea and concern. It was one of my husbands best experience during the wedding planning timeframe. When I saw my cake at the reception I almost cried. It was just amazing! Thank You Melissa :)

Melissa's Specialty Cakes is amazing! I knew friends who used Melissa and their cakes were beautiful so I knew on my wedding day I was going to choose her. The cake I choose was simple with a large blue bow with a brooch, and my husbands cake was a star trac space ship!!!

Melissa made a gorgeous bridal and grooms cake for is. They were delicious.

Our wedding flower was the cherry blossom. Melissa was able to create a cupcake tower that resembled a cherry blossom tree, with branches, flowers and many gorgeous details. We barely got any ourselves because they were so delicious. They were also very convenient for our beach wedding as we didn't have to worry about cutting cake slices and everyone could easily help themselves.

Melissa was a joy to work with! We had a great time planning out our cake design with her. She makes delicious cake on top of that. The cake price was affordable considering some bakeries prices these days. Great experiece!
