Melissa was wonderful to work with and the cake was delicious. What more could you ask for?? Highly recommend!

My family and I were very disappointed in the customer service and the cookie quality we experienced in September. We understand the weekend of our cookie order was packed for this vendor; however that shouldn’t be a reason to sacrifice either of those important qualities. For all my personal orders, I paid the invoice immediately: $80 for cookies and $122 for cake jars. I didn’t receive the same courtesy back. The sugar cookies did not even resemble the picture examples or descriptions used in our email communication. In addition, they were sloppy! She didn’t even tell me that she didn’t have the cookie shape we requested until she had made the cookies and I expressed my disappointment. When she offered to redo them at the 11th hour, she complained she had over 100 other cookies to make and would have to hand cut my order (not sure why she mentioned this to a paying customer). I also understand that mistakes are made in every business, but when MSS was correcting her mistake, she changed her offer without telling me. I tried to help her out (because of her negative attitude and complaints about too many orders) and take a refund instead of having her redo them and pick them up the morning of our event. The paying customer was the only one left short-handed in this exchange. Honestly, it’s not a good business practice to offer a customer one thing when you’ve made an error, and then take it back. I DO NOT recommend her for cookie orders.

My Husband and I order a Cake from Melissa Simply Sweet. My Wedding date was 09-24-2016. the cake was perfect and the way I wanted it. She run it out of her home which is awesome. She also does other events too. I wanted to write this review for the next Bride to Review. So Check her out. Good Job Melissa's Simply Sweet. Will defintely will use her again for birthday events etc Thank you

We had such a wonderful experience with Melissa! She worked with us to create our dream cake and cupcake display which was even more delicious than it is beautiful! She was so kind and very professional! My husband and I would recommend her to anyone! :)
