Mella’s is a mobile wood-fired pizza catering service based out of Cooperstown, NY, and their wood-fired pizzas are bound to win hearts at your wedding day celebrations. Mella’s has their own wood-fired oven, which they can bring to your venue in order to prep and cook everything on-site. This includes the hand stretching the dough so that even the making is part of the presentation. Your guests will smell and see the fire before the pizzas are even served. Mella’s takes great pride in using the freshest ingredients and having the friendliest staff. They offer traditional Neapolitan pizzas that are 10 inch and served sliced buffet style. This allows your guests to sample all the offerings. For an event with more than 100 people it will take up to 2 hours to cook enough pizza. It is recommended that you have another food vendor to accompany an event of that size.

I have over 7 years of management experience in the restaurant industry. I have always wanted to own my own catering business.
