We had the best experience working with byDesign Photo + Film. From the start, the communication was amazing and our questions were always answered in a timely manner. Our photographers Jeremy and Daniel were so much fun to work with. Being someone who isn’t photogenic, I was so nervous about taking pictures, but after a phone call with Jeremy leading up to the wedding I knew I was in good hands. He truly made me feel so comfortable. Our pictures are flawless. I highly recommend hiring this company!

It was awesome to have input into the creative direction and music for our video as well and we're really pleased with how everything turned out.

You get what you pay for is true. While Melo Photography did always respond to my questions, the photographer they selected for my event was largely absent in the planning phase (...

there was ZERO communication from him and we had to reach out days before the wedding) and completely disengaged at the event itself. There are literally no bride ~ groom photos from which to choose. In fact, most couple images had only the back of the bride. He did nothing to "set up" any shots with background or organization of the people in the photos. I appreciate candid photos, but not when the faces are scowling or munching on food. I'm saddened by the lack of care because even "affordable" photographers charge excessive amounts these days. I think with Melo Photography it is definitely a "hit or miss" situation. We missed :(

Any questions?

I would not recommend this company and our photographer Ron to anybody who is looking to get married anytime soon. To begin, Ron creepily peeked into the dressing room where my wif...

e was getting ready saying “I see you”. Already creeping her out from the jump. A few mins later he proceeded to yell and argue with my mom who was helping the bride get ready and insisted that “he would do it because he knows how he wants her to look. If this is not enough, he made fun of my brother’s big nose then told him to not to worry that he can “photoshop it to make it look normal”. To continue, while eating dinner, he was looking at the pictures he took during the wedding and zooming in on my now wife’s chest. Not only am I embarrassed at this is the photographer who I will remember at my wedding, but that this company does not vet the staff they are sending out.

We used byDesign for our May wedding in Cleveland and we are SO glad we did! They were great at communicating and they were flexible, allowing us to get the exact package of videos...

we wanted. We explained what we were looking for upfront (a year before our wedding when we booked them!) and they delivered literally EXACTLY what we wanted just a number of months after our big day! Seriously we did not have to have them edit anything at all because it was done so well the very first time, just from listening to our asks. That was super impressive to us! They are great at what they do and they're wonderful at listening to their customers wants and needs. We had Jason as our main videographer for the entire day and Alan was there for part of our day. We're so glad we went with two videographers for several hours to ensure all of the big, most important moments were fully captured! Both men were so talented, very nice, and even brought some much welcomed humor to our day! We would 100% choose byDesign again and we are sooo happy with the films we have to watch and cherish forever! If you're deciding on a videographer, schedule an intro call with byDesign and I guarantee they can provide exactly what you're looking for and you'll be glad you chose them!

ed me and my fiancé time and time again that they were so excited to capture our special day! The day of our wedding when the videographers showed up, they both seemed so excited and ready to go which made me feel even more excited than I was before they showed up. They were extremely professional and I actually forgot that they were in the room with me at times because of how quiet and easy it was for them to do their jobs. I'm counting down the days until we get our video in and can't thank the team at byDesign Films enough for the especially beautiful gift of capturing our day.

Would definitely recommend working with their team.

When looking for a videographer it was not a easy task. Most were extremely expensive and hard to get ahold of until we contacted bydesign films. They literally made the process so...

easy and affordable with many options available. Our videographer did an absolute amazing job on the wedding day it’s like he wasn’t even their, he made it seem so effortless and made it extremely easy. It felt like if he was one of our friends. The shots that they got are stunning and literally take our breath away each and every time we watch it. We went with a short film and literally was everything we would ever and imagine and more. They say that the day will be over before you know it and it is so true. Bydesign film made it so we can relive that day over and over again! I’m telling you they are a must! It literally looks like you are watching a movie . I would say if you are on the fence just do it! I promise you won’t regret it and they are the perfect videographer to make you wedding video dreams come true like they did ours! Would recommend over and over again!

inful to watch, or they were movie material but entirely out of our budget. When I stumbled upon byDesign Films, I knew I had found our wedding videographer right away. Their films are authentic, beautiful, high quality, and diverse. There are many different packages to choose from to work with your budget and everyone I spoke with from day one of inquiring was kind, approachable and very easy to communicate with. I was a very particular bride, and the videographers and editors delivered actually what I wanted, down the the filter of the highlight film. It is an incredible feeling to relive the best parts of your wedding day over and over again, and thanks to byDesign Films we are able to do just that! We have watched our film many times already, and we only received it about a month ago. Within the first 10 seconds of the clip, I am already tearing up. I highly recommend choosing byDesign Films for our wedding. You will not regret your decision!

me I watch it. Michael, our videographer did an amazing job capturing the moments that meant the most to us. He did not miss a beat capturing every meaningful event! He also told Savannah our video editor which songs meant something during our wedding day and she used them to create an amazing video. When I first found byDesign Vanessa, was the first person to reach out to me. She really cared about what my vision was for our wedding video and helped make it a reality! She did a wonderful job helping me plan the time line and make sure the video was exactly what I wanted! I was blown away by byDesign and I am so grateful they created such an amazing video for my husband and I to watch over and over again through the years to come! It really takes us back to how perfect our wedding day was! Thank you byDesign!!!!
