y stressed and said she would take care of it. Considering I had a coordinator, she was already going above and beyond! The venue itself is just stunning. All of our guests talked about how beautiful it was. Bar service was great, everyone was professional. The venue had Friday, Saturday, AND Sunday booked our wedding weekend but we never felt rushed or like anything was dirty in between parties. We didn't love the area it's in, but since it was all indoors it doesn't really matter. Overall, well worth the cost and was my dream venue!

o kind, attentive, and beyond helpful from start to finish. Jenna was absolutely amazing and helped add little details such as adding a picture of our fur baby to our bar menu sheet to personalize it more, as well as adding a vinyl decal to our cocktail hour bar that matched our monogram on all of our stationary details. Everything ran incredibly smoothly, which allowed us to fully enjoy every moment without stress.
The only small critique we would note is that the temperature was quite cold, but this did not take away from the overall wonderful experience. We are so grateful to the entire team for helping make our wedding day so special and would highly recommend this venue to any couple planning their big day.

s to bring parents in multiple times to view the space to see the wonderful venue and plan out the space for our reception. The venue worked really well for our guest count of around 125. We definitely leveraged their preferred vendors and booked several who all exceeded expectations. Thank you Jenna for being such a wonderful venue manager and ensuring our day was a success. Everyone was on-time for all appointments and quickly responded to all inquiries. We heard nothing but positive feedback from all our guests on how beautiful the space was. We highly recommend Melrose Abbey!!!

d the contract! From the very first tour to the actual wedding day, every single phone call, email, meeting was so helpful and so welcoming. Jenna is absolutely the best human and made sure everything was perfect for our big day. The venue is SO STUNNING and there are so many fun details in every square inch of the place.
