Brie was responsive at the beginning of our contact. We hired her for day-of-coordination, and discussed details on the phone several months in advance. We didn't talk during the i...
n-between months but thought it was understood that closer to the wedding we would be in touch more often. Two weeks before the wedding, we grew concerned as we hadn't really heard from her and were getting a bit anxious. We tried to get a hold of her a few different times as the day neared, the first phone meeting she forgot, the follow-up attempt she was stuck in traffic and was unavailable. We finally spoke on the phone the third time, it was brief and less at our own convenience. When we messaged her the weekend before the wedding, she did not respond. After another message at the beginning of our wedding week, she told us she usually sends out timelines to vendors two days before the event. I think that is not nearly enough time, and our other vendors were concerned and mentioned they have never received timelines from coordinators so late. When we did get a schedule, it was lacking detail and had mistakes in the order, timing, and spelling. Communication in general felt like an afterthought and like we were working on her schedule. Unfortunately, Brie also double booked (I don't believe she let us know) so we never saw her on our day. Thankfully her assistant Varun was present and attentive. He did what he could to make our day smoothly and we appreciate his effort. Family still had to help out and fill in the gaps, which we really wanted to avoid. It still ended up being a fantastic day, but the coordinator added stress and confusion when they're supposed to alleviate it.

ions in order to get a feel for what I wanted for my wedding. She ran our rehearsal and everyone knew exactly what to do the day of. On the actual wedding day, she coordinated with my florist to set up and no one in my family had to help with set up like I originally thought they would. We had a few hiccups that she dealt with so well and only included me in if absolutely necessary. But I know there were many behind the scenes things that I never knew about. She jumped through hoops to make sure the day was perfect and advocated for what I wanted. She coordinated with our cleanup crew and everything was cleaned up on time and we got everything back. And she worked well with our other vendors! I cannot recommend her enough! The day went perfectly and we have her to thank for that!

was happy and satisfied. We hired her for our planner in September and I'm so glad we did. She was amazing. She planned and coordinated our wedding for 150 people. She helped me find a venue, look for vendors, decorate, make a guest list, plan out tables, and so much more. It really took the stress off of me and let me have fun while planning because I always knew she was on top of things and had everything handled. She is very reliable, professional, and punctual. The day of the wedding she coordinated everything so I didn't have to worry about being on time or the groomsman being on time. She made sure everything was decorated how I dreamt it to be and took care of guests, the groomsman, and bridesmaids. I really couldn't have imagined a more perfect day. If you're looking for an amazing planner and someone who you can really count on she's your girl! I'm so glad I got the chance to work with her. Our wedding was so much fun and I'm so glad I got to enjoy it without being stressed and knowing everything would be perfect.
